Experiencia negativa: I have went to lifetime a few times The last time I went in November they told me I owed 76.00 for a cleaning I had in April of 2025. And then I had to get a tooth taken care of on an AsAp. Charged me 400.00 and didn’t inform me that if my insurance did not cover it I would be out the 400.00. I was dealing with Christina that worked at the front desk. Contacted her many times and she would always say get back to you on many occasions and never would. I even spoke to the Dentist about the issues and she never got back to me either. And then my new dentist tried to contact them and never got them to send exrays over.still waiting on the money.

Experiencia negativa: Hi, this is an anonymous review for this dental office and their predatory practices for customers that have shared either a negative but honest review about the dental office and/or their practice. I have personally been to this office and previously left an honest review as I do with many other establishments…this dental business however goes above and beyond to threaten you with legal action aka send you letters INTENDING TO SUE if you do not comply or remove your review from Google. Granted the owner offered in the letter to call in and attempt to resolve the issue…the nature of the letter itself felt very threatening and did not seem to provide a safe environment to respond. They could have done a better job by replying directly to negative reviews and actually state the improvements to work on but instead…THEY WILL HUNT you down if you leave a low rating review. I’ve also uploaded a cropped photo of the letter to protect my privacy. Please be aware of this before you step foot into their business!!!

Experiencia negativa: Two years after getting my root canal at this location the crown broke off, I have found a new dentist and I had to have my tooth extracted as it can’t be fixed. I will be getting an implant now. I don’t recommend this facility. All I have to say is pay attention to all the 1 start reviews.

Experiencia fantástica: Today was our first visit at Lifetime Dental! It was such an easy smooth visit. We filled out the forma before coming which saved us a lot of waiting time. Our Dental assistance / Dental Techs/ Receptionist were nice and sweet. The Dentist was awesome too, very informative but not pushy. We will be back soon!!! I also love seeing a staff oc diversity!!

Dr U was fantastic and made what I thought was a big deal into something that in the end was easy. She is a true professional. Dr U also filled multiple cavities for our 5 year old in one setting, and again did an excellent job. Thank You Lifetime Dental.

I watched HGTV in the room while I waited for the dentist. (Maybe 5 minutes). She was amazing and personable. For the dentist, this was surprisingly pretty painless.

Experiencia negativa: This is my toddler daughters dentist and unfortunately the front desk lady is very rude. My daughters appointment had to be rescheduled due to internal issues at the dental office. Today I have called to reschedule. Almost 60x calling and no answer. I do not understand how a place of business can conduct themselves this way, especially to a reoccurring patient. This type of treatment just reminds me what type of world we are living in and what type of hateful times these are. What an unfortunate and disappointing experience. The doctors and techs are so nice! And so sweet it’s so sad how their front desk who is the face of the office is such a cynical being.

Experiencia negativa: I would leave negative 50 stars if I could. This dentist should have her license taken from her. The amount of unnecessary pain, suffering and money she cost me is incredible. She messed up my mouth from a simple extraction. Caused so much pain but they refused to see me again....told me it took time to heal. I finally went to another dentist and was told I had an absess in my sinus cavity and would have to have oral surgery to correct it. She refused to refund any of my money after I showed her the diagnosis. The whole situation lasted for almost 2 1/2 months of stress and extreme pain. STAY AWAY.

I’m able to get myself and 3 young kids seen with x-rays and cleaning done all within an hour! She has great bedside manner, is very knowledgeable, and practices a more conservative approach to dentistry- which I appreciate! They are not even a BBB Business accredited. This is the only place that wants to do deep cleaning. And sometimes they send bills to insurance companies and they don't do the job.
