Experiencia negativa: I went in due to a tooth hurting. They did a clean, xray and referred me to another doctor to do a root canal on one tooth. I went paid 695 for the root canal. Then was told to go back to this dentist office to get a permanent filing and a crown. So 2 more visit. I called this office she told me it would be 695 to put a permanent filling and crown on. I said let me call back Im traumatized from the root canal. I call back she said she actually the price is 1295. How did it go from 695 to 1295 she said she was wrong about the first price. No one at this office called to check on me or reassure me that I was in good hands. After I told them I was afraid of the dentist. Then I get my insurance bill in the mail and the office they sent me too, stated they did 3 root canal when I was told it was only one tooth need to be looked at. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL. THEY NEVER TOLD OR EXPLAINED ANYTHING JUST WANTED MONEY.

Getting x-rays is usually a nightmare for me, but the Dental Assistant Tejany totally worked with me and figured it out, even when I had a weird request. Dr. Gray? Total pro. You can tell she knows her stuff and actually cares. I can immediately tell the investment into the staff is paying off in her practice. The Hygienist is now my guy! My cleaning was great, and Greg was cool to chat with while he was, you know, making my teeth sparkle (pause). I truly appreciate the level of communication from the staff. Seriously, if you need a dentist, go here. Dr. Gray's got you! I will recommend to all my family and friends.

Experiencia positiva: I wish I could give 5 stars, I wish I was having a great experience but with that front desk lady Adrianna it’s nearly impossible. To start out I’ve been trying to schedule on any available Tuesday for 2 months. She told me I was on a waiting list time slipped away for a bit but I’ve finally called up there and she told me the doctor isn’t in on Tuesdays and it ALWAYS been like that… I would of just scheduled a different day if that was the case. The last time I called it was because I couldn’t make it to my appointment due to me getting called in at work so I cancelled and they still charged me a late fee oh but wait… it’s only $7 because my insurance “over paid” and they NEVER told me that. Adrianna told me they let you know “the next time you speak to the person” but the last time we spoke was when I was trying to reschedule and she didn’t mention anything. I vividly remember calling and trying to reschedule my appointment so I wouldn’t get a late fee, I called 30 ish minutes prior to them closing and they didn’t answer so I left a voicemail to cancel and she even said they honor those so I asked why I have to pay and she said because they don’t have record of my cancellation and I said can you check your voicemails from November and she said she checks it everyday an that she’d of put a note in if it was. It’s a $7 payment why would I need to lie about me cancelling my appointment? I spend good money here, I’ve had a great experience with the doctors but there’s a huge miscommunication between I and the front desk lady EVERY time. One time I went there got the work done and paid with my insurance, left, then I called and she said I had a balance due because I didn’t pay my last visit and I was like ??? Why didn’t you just tell me that the day I came in? I’d of paid it while I was there. Wondering if maybe she forgot, like how she forgot to put the note in that I cancelled, like she forgot to let me know my insurance over paid. I just think it’s interesting. I see everyone else left pretty good reviews and I’m almost jealous that I can’t have that experience and that I might have to go to a different dentist. I really don’t want to. This right here will be my last attempt for you guys to make it right and if not don’t worry about it I’ll just take my business elsewhere. Thank you to the female doctor who is always so kind and very good at her job but I just can’t keep having these communication issues when I need dental treatment.
