Experiencia negativa: This was the worst experience I have ever had at a dentist. I have never been one of those people that’s scared of the dentist or had any issues going previously, but my experience here has unfortunately ruined that for me. The dentist wrongly dosed me for anesthesia which caused me to feel every second of my crown surgery. I spent the entire time crying telling the team I was in pain and asking them to stop and they just kept telling me I shouldn’t be able to feel anything (even though I clearly did)and kept going. At one point the doctor was holding my mouth open with one of the metal tools and put so much pressure it cut open my lip, I asked him to use less pressure and his exact response was “do you want me to see or do you want your tooth to be messed up”. never in my entire life have I had doctors treat me the way I was treated here. When leaving (after spending FIVE HOURS of them working in my mouth) my temporary crown didn’t even cover my broken tooth, and I had an exposed, and very nervy hole going straight down to my gums, so I couldn’t eat on that side of my mouth for TWO MONTHS. (It took them THAT long to respond to me even while calling multiple times over that period, and speaking with their manager on every phone call.) My first call to the office I tried to get out of the surgery (it had to be done in two sessions) and they told me it was not possible and I would have to still pay even though everything went horribly, I was traumatized, and I still hadn’t even actually gotten my tooth repaired in any way. Every time I spoke with the manager (or any member of staff) I was told I would be called back about receiving some form of compensation for everything they put me through, and never once did I receive a singular call back from this place, even after calling them to remind them I was waiting for a call back. It took 2 months to actually get my surgery planned and on the books because of this, and the best part is they booked it for the wrong time when I finally did get them to plan a day to come in. After my surgery was completed I talked to the manager about receiving my discount and having some of my 4000$ bill reduced, to which her response was “the only way you could have gotten a discount was if the surgery wasn’t completed, and now it is so there’s nothing I can do for you.” When I was BEGGING to not do the surgery before and just receive my money back and get it done elsewhere. This entire place is horribly ran, unprofessional, and genuinely corrupt. Every time I came into the office I over heard a patient at the front desk with similar issues, and getting treated exactly the same by front desk staff. The whole place needs to be shut down, I genuinely don’t know how this place is still open with their treatment of patients. If you take anything away from this review it should be not to come here.

They book too many patients at same time, they’re always so called in emergency procedures to not see anymore patients so they can go home, they never address your concerns and long hours of a wait time. You will never be able to go on a lunch break and be out of there on time like any other dentist. They’re fast to take your money. They just don’t care about their patients needs or concerns, and are so pricey. Rude all the way around. They look like they don’t want to be bothered with any returned patients, but yet they’re fast to take new patients in at first, they never do any follow ups after a procedure to see how you’re doing like any other doctor would. It’s just not professional at all. I was very misled. I should of listened to others that warned me NOT to come here, but I always give the benefit of the doubt to try for myself, unfortunately the people were absolutely right about this office and the work they do. They left a horrible temporary bridge, it look so tacky not even right at all. They need to be reported. Close this whole office down. They let you go with mouth infection. Just horrible experience overall. Stay away from this horrible office. So sad I had to go through this. They charged me so much, very over priced. I wonder if the dental assistants are even qualified or certified. Horrible and scary. I would never recommend them to anyone I care about.

I showed up early and wasn’t even called in after 50 min of waiting while 5 others were called in ahead of me.The staff was rude and I walked out. I got an email after about the “treatment I had received and further recs”. They better not have charged my insurance as I was never seen for anything.

From the very beginning, they have treated me with so much kindness, patience, and genuine care\. My dentist is not only incredibly skilled, but truly listens and makes me feel comfortable and confident in my treatment. The assistants are wonderful and always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for\. Dental treatment can be overwhelming, but having such a compassionate team by my side has made all the difference. Also Josseline who took my xrays was great and gentle. I’m truly grateful for each of them and couldn’t recommend this office more highly! ❤️

Experiencia negativa: I went to See Me Smile following a traumatic dental injury that happened the previous week. Despite telling multiple staff members that I was there because of an injury, I was repeatedly treated as though I had simply come in for a routine cleaning. Even when the dentist came into the room, he initially believed I was there for a cleaning. They took X-rays and multiple scans, and I was then told that my tooth was broken in half below the gum line, could not be saved, and needed to be extracted. I was presented with a treatment plan involving extraction, a bone graft, and eventually an implant. The estimate I was given was approximately $4,500 after insurance. Because this was a major and permanent procedure, I decided to get a second opinion before allowing anyone to extract my tooth. Today I went to another dentist, where they took additional X-rays and a CT scan. I was shown the imaging and was told that there was no fracture in the tooth and that, based on what they could see, the tooth would likely heal with time. I am extremely grateful that I sought a second opinion before proceeding. Had I accepted the original diagnosis, I potentially would have undergone an unnecessary extraction, bone graft, and dental implant for a tooth that another dentist believes can heal on its own. What makes this especially upsetting is that this wasn't a minor recommendation for a filling or routine procedure—it was a permanent surgical procedure involving removing part of my body and replacing it with an implant, based on a diagnosis that another dentist's X-rays and CT scan did not support. I understand that dentists can have different professional opinions, but the severity of this situation and the discrepancy between the two diagnoses is extremely concerning. I would strongly encourage anyone who receives a recommendation for an extraction or other irreversible procedure here to get an independent second opinion before proceeding. I went in looking for help after a traumatic injury and left believing I had no choice but to have my tooth removed. Thankfully, I didn't act on that recommendation.

Experiencia negativa: The front staff are not friendly. They were between 30 minutes to an hour late all 3 times I went. They did not inform me when I checked in that they were running over an hour late. Communication would be helpful. The girl that cleaned my teeth did not clean them very well or spend much time cleaning them. The whitening tray they made me after I did the in office whitening was very sloppy and they did not cut it down enough. It was hurting my mouth so I ended up cutting it myself later. Overall just poor communication, poor customer service, poor timeliness, and poor quality.

Experiencia negativa: I spent 3 hours lying in the chair just to get impressions for crowns. On two separate occasions, I had to stay for another 3 hours, only for the crowns not to fit in the end, requiring new measurements and returning a month later. It took nearly 4 months just to get two crowns placed. In the end, the savings are not worth it because of how much time was wasted. It would have been better to pay double at a clinic that makes its own crowns and resolve in a single day what took nearly 4 months there.

Experiencia negativa: Please look at the bad reviews for this place. This place is deeply unprofessional, and they offer free add-ons if their patients give them a five-star review. I would be very cautious about this place if you do intend to visit.

Experiencia negativa: Don't go unless you want to doom scroll on your phone in the waiting room for 30 minutes then another 45 because your orthodontist got busy pacing around the room waiting for his lunch so he doesn't have to fix braces. Basically waited for nothing and got charged for them to take pictures of my teeth.

It was 4:50pm and I desperately called See Me Smile and David at the reception desk told me to come in and they'd help us. I was so grateful!! They told us that they required one X-ray which I didn't like, but would only be $20. The technician saw my son, she was so nice and was able to fix my son's braces right away. He was in a lot of pain, so it was such a relief. When we were finished they only charged us $20 for the X-ray. What an awesome business that didn't nickel and dime us on our vacay! Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I'd highly recommend them.

Experiencia positiva: It was wonderful to get free X-rays, panoramic photo and mouth screening , because i recently had many X-rays at other offices and didn’t want anymore. On the other hand, I don’t appreciate the approach to push and advise 3 crowns (that are not necessary) and to take over the implant job that is already taken in charge by another dentist. Enormous estimate of a whole treatment : $17,000!

Experiencia negativa: Came in for a general cleaning appointment and it took approx 2 hours and I still hadn't received it, so I had to leave without it. They offered me a bunch of treatments that cost >$500 that I've never heard of before and then saw that others had the same experience and seems to be a scam.

See Me Smile understood her problem and under sedation they took x rays! I love all the staff and appreciate especially the office manager. Thank You.

Experiencia negativa: Update: I finally received my refund in January after 7 months!! As soon as I mentioned small claims court they refunded me my money!! If I wasn't so iĺl August ro December I would have been in them more! -----‐------ I have repeatedly called this practice over the past 3 months regarding a refund that is owed to me. I went in for a dental cleaning and instead was given a $63K estimate!! I agreed to and paid for scaling, which the practice stated was $1,132. A few weeks later, I reviewed my dental insurance claims and realized that the practice NEVER filed a claim with my insurance company!! I notified the practice of their error and requested an updated estimate and a refund. Staff with the practice assured me 4 different times that they would resolve the matter. I AM STILL WAITING!! My dental insurance paid 100% for the scaling, so where is my $1,132 refund!!!!

Experiencia negativa: If you’re planning to come here, just know the wait times are WILD. As a lot of other reviews already mention, their scheduling system seems completely out of sync with reality. You can check in early for your appointment and still end up sitting there for close to two hours… just to be seen for about 15 minutes. I understand that offices get busy, but when patients are expected to arrive early and still wait that long, something in the scheduling clearly isn’t working. The other issue is the front desk staff. Depending on the day, the attitude can be pretty rough. When you’re already waiting forever, the last thing anyone wants is to feel like they’re bothering someone just by checking in. The ironic part is that once you finally get past the front desk, the staff in the back are actually great. The dental assistants and clinical team are kind, professional, and do a good job (mostly).

Overall, the experience has been frustrating and disappointing.

Experiencia negativa: I came to See Me Smile a few times and was happy. However the constant rotation of doctors was frustrating, and it's become clear they are a money-making scheme. Last year I was told I needed a deep cleaning, several fillings, periodontal treatment, and a root canal. I take pretty good care of my teeth so I got a second opinion at another dentist after the cleaning. Lo and behold, none of that was necessary.

Experiencia negativa: I came to this dental office for a broken tooth and, during my first visit, received a full exam and treatment plan. I agreed to have the broken tooth extracted and to begin a root canal on another tooth. The office ran my credit for financing and I was approved. I clearly agreed to use that financing only for the work being done that day. A few days later, my temporary crown came off and I had to return to the office to have it re-cemented. That same night, it came off again, but the office was closed. I called their after-hours line and was told there was no on-call doctor available. I expressed that I didn’t want to go all weekend without my temporary crown, and while the rep said they would try to contact someone and notify the office, I never received a callback. I ended up having to find a different dental office willing to help me over the weekend , thankfully, they did. On Monday, the original office finally called me back at 2 PM in response to the voicemail I left, not the one from their after-hours service. I told them how frustrated I was with the lack of emergency care and communication. Despite this, I decided to continue my root canal treatment just to finish what had been started. However, before my third appointment, I received a bill from the credit company showing I had been charged the full amount I was approved for even though I had not received most of the planned work. When I contacted the office, the finance staff told me they had billed for all the treatment that was proposed, not just what was completed. This was extremely confusing and upsetting. How can a provider charge for work that hasn’t been done especially when there's no guarantee I’ll proceed with all of it, or that I won’t choose another office? I met with the financial coordinator, who gave me the runaround. I made it very clear that I didn’t agree to be charged for future, uncompleted work. As of now, I’ve completed my fourth and final root canal appointment, and I’m still waiting for a credit on my account for the work I never received. My advice to anyone considering this office: DO NOT let them run your credit unless you are 100% clear on what it will be used for. When they do an exam, make it very clear what you want done — and what you do not want done. Read everything before you sign it, even if they explain it to you. At check-in, ask for a printout of the treatment plan for that specific visit before any work is done. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience here and will not be returning.

Experiencia negativa: I have been a long standing patient at see Me Smile Dental. I have had 4 implants done and always very happy with Dr. Delarosa. I have had to cancel 2 dental cleaning appointments due to urgent matters. The first one I called in the morning to let them know that I had an allergic reaction to something that morning and had rashes on face and eyelids were swollen and they were the one to suggest that I should not come and they waved the cancellation fee. Since then I have had a deep dental cleaning done and today I was scheduled for a 4 months maintenance cleaning, however, around 1130 AM I received news that my son was admitted to ER in Orange County and there is a possibility of emergency operation and he needed a family member to be there. Smiley Dental charged me $250 for cancellation fee even after I explained the situation. I paid the $250 and will never go back.

Experiencia positiva: Going to the dentist is never my favorite thing, but this was as pleasant of an experience as I could have had! Everyone was very friendly (Paola, Dr. Kim, Rhiannon - thank you!) and explained the processes well, plus they had really good equipment. Only taking off 1 star due to the level of noise, there was a lot of chatter and I felt weird being able to hear other patients' conversations, plus I wish I had earplugs in for my cleaning. Front of office staff were great and forms were easy to sign! Rhiannon my dental hygienist was super sweet and made my cleaning as comfortable as possible.

Experiencia negativa: This place triple charges for services then bills your insurance very high amounts that are higher then quoted and after insurance pays the usual and customary amount they continue to charge your insurance after payments were made and then try to get the patient to pay amounts way above and beyond treatment cost. Also I was told I agreed to pay the exuberant price which I never did and would not. Now I have to seek legal counsel. Be cautious of this dental group. Plus the work performed was way below average. RUN from this place!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I’m a new patient, started in January 2025. From the time I stepped foot in the door, the staff have been very attentive, quick and even have a sense of humor. They hit the ground running, made an assessment of the work that needs to be done. Explain what the insurance would cover and my out of pocket expense. They were even able to get me financing for my out of pocket portion. They are quick, thorough and friendly, I had 2 appointments in the month of January and 3 scheduled for February. They come up with a game plan and stick to it. What was most surprising was how calm and relaxed I’ve been every time I get in the chair. The music is relaxing and having black out eye mask (I provided myself, but think it’s a good investment for them) helped me relaxed, but I didn’t have to see anything, not even the bright lights. Experiencia fantástica: I had just started to chew on a tootsie roll and my crown came unglued right as I was walking by See Me Smile. I had just relocated from LA and had no plans on returning anytime soon. Walked into the office and the staff immediately got me the paperwork and had me in a chair to get the cap rebonded. The dentist and assistant did a through and professional job in the middle of their busy day to get me fixed up. Thank you everyone!

Experiencia positiva: My appointment was at 4 and I went back at 4:35. When the dentist and assistant were applying my crown, they are talking to each other about current events and not paying attention to the patient. I had to remove my own bib before I left.

Experiencia fantástica: I am terrified of the dentist my whole life and I'm 67. I broke a tooth 2 years ago with a infection that hurt every day, ear ache, face pain. Finally gave in and called See Me Smile and got an appointment in 30 minutes. Saw Dr.Kim and he was wonderful, very patient and understanding of my situation. This is the first morning in two years that I've feel normal. THANK YOU DR. KIM.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible service. Nothing but upselling. Wouldn't even do a basic cleaning as I declined to have my gums scraped which I know I did not need!!! Made me get full X-rays even after my telling them my insurance would not cover that for another year and half. I did do partial X-ray and there was nothing of note that came up as problematic, but still insisted I have a full Xray before dentist could see me. Was there for over hour and half and never got a basic cleaning! Very scam operation. They have been reported to several agencies. I hope others do not get taken advantage of by going there.

Experiencia negativa: We visited the orthodontist with the expectation that they would continue the braces treatment that had been initiated by an orthodontist in South America a month prior. However, the doctor at See Me Smile informed us that they would not continue the treatment unless we paid $5,000 due to the materials they use. This experience felt like a waste of time. They could have informed us of this requirement when we scheduled the appointment, especially since we explained our situation. While they seem professional, the overall experience was disappointing.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff was unbelievably kind and patient. I had my baby with me and they were completely flexible, understanding and gracious. The dentist fixed my chipped tooth extremely quickly and price was very reasonable. Wish I could give more stars than 5.

Experiencia negativa: I had to have my temporary crown reinstalled when it came off last Friday, a week before my permanent one was scheduled to be put in place. I rushed in and took about over one hr to get the temp back in place. By next morning it came off again when I was carefully eating and orange. Many good experiences at See Me Smile in the past but this time was not good at all.

Experiencia negativa: Staff is awesome. At the begining they were great. Then my ortho left for his own practice .I was done paying in june. Started 2 yrs ago and ive gone through 4 different orthos 2 of them i didnt even kno there name. The last two times i went for my apt they have been different orthos. My teeth were looking good now i think they have gotten worse. Some of my bottom teeth are lower then the other bottom teeth and they were fine b4. I paid over 6,000 $ and i hope they come out right. This was the first place i picked thinking they would b good because they took payments. i should have looked around and or gone to an ortho who has his or her own practice. i guess thats what i get for thinking!! Im on social security fixed income so im a little upset and hope im happy at the end whenever that may b

Experiencia negativa: Went in for $155 dental cleaning. Was erroneously told I had 8 cavities. Also told I needed $41,000+ dental work. But they would do it for a discount of "only" $18,000+ if I signed up for their "payment plan". I had been to my regular dentist just 4 months prior. My old dental office had forwarded xrays taking months earlier. No cavities in the past 60+ years. SeeMeSmile claimed they needed a new xray, but at no charge. They then informed me that I had 8 cavities'. I told them they were a scam company and walked out without getting my teeth cleaned. Went to a new dentist...no cavities. You won't be "smiling" if you go to SeeMeSmile...they are just laughing all the way to their bank. September 2024 Lee Moberly

Experiencia fantástica: First off, just want to state that I have a phobia to dentists. It took a broken filling to get me to walk in to See me smile. When I walked in I was greeted by a very courteous staff, who handled all my insurance drama. (Another story) I was taken for X-rays and other then drooling there was no discomfort. Which is amazing to me because I have a sensitive gag reflex. Dr.Kim took a look at my crack and gave me the bad news of needing a crown. He quickly and PAINLESSLY got the rest of my filling out, casted my tooth and got a temporary in he was so gentle and light hearted it helped calm my anxiety down. The dental hygienists were all very nice and thoughtful! And Andrea helped me figure out my finances. She broke down my options and guided me through what was most important to what was just options. I really appreciate all the time and patience she had explaining my options and helping me understand them all. Over all I highly recommend See me smile. They are my new spot and I’m actually not scared to go to the dentist anymore.

Experiencia fantástica: Got a tooth pulled after it was killing me for way too long. It was probably the worst pain I've ever been in. But I went here. The ladies in the front were amazing, the vibe and everybody there was so great! And I got the tooth pulled. And didn't feel any pain!! At all!! Great work. I'd definitely recommend people to go. And I'm definitely coming back!!!
