Experiencia negativa: I came in as a new patient and my appointment started normal with x rays and nothing else was normal after that. The hygienist spent maybe 30 seconds polishing my teeth missing there right section all together. Then I waited 45 minutes for the dentist to come and do only a 5 minute cleaning with the focus under my bottom teeth permanent retainer. My mouth is not clean, they used no fluoride, waterboarded me and now if I want a proper cleaning, I’m gonna have to pay out-of-pocket at another dentist and have to request another day off of work.

Experiencia negativa: I went to Align Dental in Altamonte Springs for an initial appointment while searching for a new dentist, and unfortunately it was a very upsetting experience. Dr. Campano performed the most unpleasant teeth cleaning I have ever had in my life. He was very rough and rushed through the entire cleaning without ever checking to see if I was okay. I could barely breathe during the procedure, my jaw began hurting badly, and I felt completely ignored as a patient. By the end of the appointment, I was so uncomfortable and overwhelmed that I began crying. I’ve never had a dental cleaning make me feel that distressed before. A dental visit should never feel rushed, painful, or dismissive. Patient comfort and communication were completely lacking, and because of this experience, I will not be returning and would not recommend this office to others looking for a gentle or patient focused dentist.

They help me with a problem another clinic caused and other clinics deferred to help me because I was not a patient of theirs already. They were all very nice, Dr. Campano assessed me and performed the treatment really quick. A lot of back and forth in other places, but they did it in 15 min.

Experiencia negativa: I have went to Align Dental for past 3 years and during that time I have seen 3 different dentist cause previous dentist leaves office. Everyone was always nice so it was not a big deal when I had to see a different dentist because previous left. Today me and my daughter both had appointments to see the 3rd dentist, when getting there I realized all new staff including front desk. We checked in and a young lady name Vivian (dental assistant) came to get my daughter.we were tooken to a room, then changed because you said that X-rays couldn’t be done in that room, ok no biggie, then she said she needed to take my daughter to another room to do X-ray to see wisdom tooth, still not a problem, then she stated she was getting machine set up. SHE NEVER CAME-BACK. A gentleman who was very pleasant came and got my daughter to do X-ray and then brought her back then asked had she had cleaning. I stayed NO and he stated ok I’ll go ahead and do it. My main issue is the lack of COMMUNICATION, the young lady Vivian never came back and said anything to me or my daughter. Out of all the times me and my daughter have been here we have never been done like that. It was like she decided she didn’t want to complete my daughter cleaning, because she never came back and said anything. I work in customer service atmosphere everyday and if I know I told a patient something I complete or at least communicate with them. The experience with dentist was a bit different too then with the 2 dentist in past, they explained things in details for me and daughter and were more personable. It was for sure different then experienced in past when previous staff was there. The young man that stepped up to help and the front desk young were the reason for at least 2 stars. They were both polite and i appreciate that.

Experiencia fantástica: Went in for a deep cleaning and fillings and had such a positive experience. The front desk lady was super helpful and welcoming, the assistant made me feel comfortable, and the hygienist took time to explain everything as we went. I left feeling well cared for and confident in the treatment I received.

Experiencia negativa: I usually don't write reviews unless they affect me in a really good way or bad way. I went in for my bi-annual check up and the experience with Dr Abel was less than ordinary. On a positive note, the dental assistant was wonderful. He was friendly, caring and made sure everything was comfortable during x-rays and clean up. The thing that bothered me the most was when Dr. Abel aggressively started poking every tooth and sticking the metal tool so deep that it almost chipped my tooth and fillings. Sir, YOU DID NOT HAVE TO DO THAT! I had just gotten them done less than a year ago out of state, and it felt like he was being very forceful and creating a problem. He certainly made sure I had a cavity after the visit. Also, when I asked him to explain why I needed new fillings, he seemed flustered and dismissive, gave very short answers and was not fully interested in showing me where the issues were. He said I had great hygiene and then scared me by saying my gums might start bleeding if I didn’t redo all the new fillings soon! This looks like another dentist that is trying to push unnecessary procedures and less focused on treating the patient. Coming in for regular cleaning with insurance doesn't provide incentive for many dental offices and that was made apparent with this visit.

Experiencia negativa: One word: unethical. I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. The dentist was unprofessional and seemed far more focused on billing than patient care. I was told I needed multiple procedures that later turned out to be unnecessary after getting a second opinion. I left feeling uncomfortable and distrustful of their practices. The cleaning was also very aggressive. I would not recommend this office. The staff, however, was friendly.

The tooth was removed in 5 minutes I was floored. I thought we were still going Doc said its all done. What an amazing experience I highly recommend them for any dental needs. Everyone is so welcoming and we were in and out plus everything was so nice and neat. Im referring all my friends and family with the same insurance here. Experiencia fantástica: Very impressive. I came to know Align Dental as I searched online. As I booked by phone, I was accommodated well by Victoria. I requested the earliest hour and got 8:00am, though clinic hours start at 9:00am. When I arrived at my appointment, the venue is very inviting: clean and nice environment with music being played that calms body and spirit. The dentist who attended to me was Dr. Campano, a young and very pleasant person. He explained to me the results of my tooth xray and proposed treatment. Overall, the Align Dental clinic is commendable.

And trying to get you into debt, I went to the place to get a cleaning A Regular cleaning they took x rays so they can get their money and said, now you need deep cleanings.I said well I can't afford the deep cleaning.Can I just get the regular cleaning?My last cleaning was like 8 months ago, then stated No, we're not gonna do it. You need to get regular app deep cleanings, which is gonna be 200 out-of-pocket and I'm like what happened to regular cleanings. So they refuse to give me service. So this is the kind of place that will try to get you to get the highest. Or make you get sunbit.

All 4 wisdom teeth removed and I was in and out in about 30 minutes, Dr. Campano is freaking awesome. Victoria and Ashley are great additions to the staff that also have made my visit(s) always a pleasant and really efficient experience. Experiencia negativa: I set an appointment for this office yesterday. I went in for their website special new patient 69.99 for exam, cleaning and X-ray. When I got their I was told the price is 99.00 I said ok. I went to the back and the technician took about 10 x-rays of my teeth. Instead of one X-ray for each side they took an X-ray for each tooth. After that I thought they were going to my teeth cleaned. He grabbed the water sprayer didn't spray my mouth while the technician stuck the sucking thing in my mouth and yes they pretended really good. They should receive awards for their performance. He told her a bunch of things that needed to be done for my teeth. He said I could not get a regular cleaning I required a deep cleaning he told me an extremely high price. I only had 136 in cash. So the the other technician came in and told me I needed fourteen hundred dollars for my teeth. In the process of my wanna be cleaning I was asked did I do drugs I replied I can't do drugs if I donate plasma with Grifols and BioLife would you like to confirm. His replied that I have a lot of patience that say they don't but they do. So I paid the 99.00 no receipt was offered I was upset so I walked out went next door to Publix started crying on my way to the bathroom and I was insulted, belittled, and lied to. I fixed my face went back to the office and asked for a receipt with took 5 minutes to get it the I finally got it and they asked did I want to talk to the doctor and I said no at the end of the day he doesn't have to answer to me he will have to answer to GOD and explains to him why he just took advantage of me and lied to me. I told them to have nice day and I walked out. The worst experience in my dental history. My first review ever written. So if your Puerto Rican like myself and paying cash don't go their alone bring someone otherwise their going to take advantage and not do the service that you want. They need to go back to school and refresh their mind on why they chose that practice and why now they are only thinking about what they can get and why now they lost the ambition to provide for the community.

The receptionist was courteous and welcoming, the MA was warm and let me know everything she was doing. The doctor worked fast and efficient. An amazing visit and will be back again.

Experiencia negativa: I’ve visited Align dental office several times because it is near where I live, and it’s been a frustrating experience. They’ve worked on 4-5 of my teeth, and I had to come back three times to fix an issue with a filling. Each time, they filed an insurance claim to charge for the visit. Today, I went in again for a crown that’s been causing me pain for two weeks, and once more, they charged me. The crown is what’s giving me the problem in the first place, so I don’t understand why I have to keep paying for this. And, she told me that she gave me a discount I came today expecting a solution, not another bill. My spouse and I will not be returning, and we definitely won’t be recommending this place to anyone.

Her regular dentist office (Greenberg Dental) was useless as the pediatric dentist was not there..mind you, they had me call the Winter Park, Apopka and Altamonte location ALL USELESS.. I was getting so frustrated . I called Align Dental and they were able to see her the same day and extract her teeth..she did not cry whatsoever.. the Doctor made it Quick, and Easy. Also, everyone was nice. We were in and out in less than 30 mins!! I am gonna make this place her primary Pediatric dentist I WAS THAT IMPRESSED!!!!
