My usual hygienist Arjin is amazing, he takes time to explain things and makes the atmosphere so much better.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Mirrada is a good dentist and knows his stuff. Never an issue with that but he is also gentle and caring, taking his time when needed for my comfort. His staff is wonderful, they are aware of any stress I might display and are caring and concerned. The whole office staff works hard to accommodate your schedule to get your needed work done.

Experiencia negativa: while most of the staff and nurses were wonderful, the doctor I got treated me more like a disapproving father. The doctor didn't want to listen to much of what I had to say for what my goal was for my teeth and smile. The doctor very much wanted to do his plans his way which would have also cost thousands more. When I said I still wanted to do it my way cause it was cheaper and got me the same result I wanted he got petty and tried to set me up for failure in the future by attempting to leave out an important part of the medical procedure and got really petty all cause I didn't want to follow his plan. I will never go back to this place. while I did get my treatment done there still the doctor then had the audacity while right in front of me to his nurse complain about him having to do the procedure. The only reason they are getting 2 stars is cause the rest of the staff was friendly and they still did the procedure that I wanted, but the doctor was rly unprofessional and due to this I will not be going back and would not recommend anyone to go here that has an idea/plan for their own smile.

Experiencia positiva: I’ve been going to this provider for several years. Initially, I was very pleased with the Dentist Dr Moreira. I have certain issues with my teeth as he described as wierd two visits ago. I have had him put 2 bridges on and have had quite a bit of ongoing trouble with 1 of them. I had to get a root canal by a endodontist that Dr Moreira referred me to. Then I had another tooth ache several months later by the same tooth and Dr Moreira said I had to go back to the Endodontist. I made an appt but he said that he can’t find anything and that maybe possible a filling on the adjacent tooth may have fallen out or has come loose. Back to Dr Moreira’s office for a cleaning that was scheduled a few weeks later, and I was still having tooth ache and again he tells me to go see the Endodontist. I told him I did two weeks ago and told Dr Moreira what he had said. Then Dr Moreira looks closer at my tooth and said oh there’s a little cavity there and then proceeded to fill it right away and everything was better after that. Well, now (almost a year later) I’m experiencing somewhat of a different issue but on that same tooth/gum. I called for an appt and was told by an office receptionist that it’s probably because I had cancelled my cleaning appt earlier this year. They couldn’t get me in until The following week. Two days before my appointment the office manager Jenny calls me and asks me if I would be willi Nng to come in for a tooth cleaning prior to my appointment. I said sure. At the cleaning, Dr. Moreira comes in looks at my teeth, grinds a couple of high spots away, saying that that’s what’s causing my sensitivity to cold on my right side and on the left where I have my problem, he tells me AGAIN you need to go see the endodontist. My overall feelings at this point is that there may be an issue with the bridge(s) that Dr Moreira doesn’t want to have to deal with as he seemed a bit annoyed with me and my troublesome tooth/bridge. I’m going to make another appointment with the endodontist and see what he says But I don’t know that I’ll be back to Dr Moreira if the Endodontist tells me there’s nothing wrong on his end. Also, there is a dental assistant that works with Dr. Moreira who has on more than one occasion told me that there is no possible way I could be feeling pain in my tooth because it’s had a root canal…as if I don’t know that. I think I’m pretty sure I know when I’m experiencing pain in one of my teeth I may not know exactly which tooth it is, but it’s gotta be one or the other either behind or in front of the tooth that has had the root canal.

Experiencia fantástica: My appointment today was for routine prophylaxes cleaning. The procedure went well. I was advised to get a concentrated antibiotic to curb a few sights. The hygienist was Trish and she kept me informed as she worked and her recommendation for the future. She also scheduled my next appt. The professionalism and efficiently of this practice remains high.

Experiencia negativa: After almost 20 years I feel this office has changed drastically. It is all about money and I got hammered for the "extras" the last few times I visited. I went in for a simple cleaning just before I left for the summer and was told I needed a deep cleaning. I said not this time but sat in the chair for 20 minutes with nothing happening. I was then told to sign a paper saying I did not want the deep cleaning and said "no" so they went and got the doctor. I signed the paper for him and they still hounded me. I left the office without getting my cleaning and am now on the road looking for a dentist. I was told if I didn't trust them to find another dentist. After thousands of $ of work by Dr. Moreida I don't think trust is the issue. It's a new policy that seems to be oriented towards bringing in more money. They don't want to hear that so be prepared to succumb to their extra items and charges.

Experiencia negativa: This place may seems nice everyone seems nice but there something really off about this place my teeth do need work I know I have had no pain with my crown til the doctor literally hammered on my tooth and when showing any discomfort there wasn't really a personal care response, they wouldn't let me see the rays at all nor acataully tell me what was wrong, I felt extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome, not to mention the Dr kept touching my shoulder more then really needed,I asked for copies of the xrays through email and have gotten anything expect that I qualify for a payment plan, if you have good teeth and are just looking for professional sure go here but if you like personal care and able to connect and feel like your being cared about this is not your place to go this place is why people are afraid of dentist, the recepsnist and one of the nurses with blue lashes were really the only real and kind people to talk to I don't not recommend new comers who have serious issues come here

Experiencia fantástica: My favorite part of Litchfield Smiles is the honesty. You can tell that all of the staff genuinely care about each patient. They greeted me by name while going in after it only being my second time in there, and did the same for the patients around me. I was sitting there feeling anxious because I had scheduled to get a couple teeth pulled, and only sat there for maybe 30 seconds before being called. Right off the bat, Dr. Moreira was concerned and I felt like he was disappointed in my choice to remove them all. I told him that he’s the professional and I appreciate any judgment or advice. He assure me that there’s no judgment, but I’m not removing all of the ones I wanted today. We got one out and have a plan for the rest. He gave me a much needed pep talk that pulled me out of wanting to just rip all of my teeth out of my face. I didn’t know about the options I had, and I have no idea what I’m really doing when it comes to the extended care my teeth need. However, the team here really knows what they’re doing so now I know all of my options. They’ve given me hope to restore my teeth and take back my confidence. Even though it will take a couple visits, I’m glad I went here to start fixing my smile. Thank you all for everything and I look forward to coming back.

Experiencia negativa: I needed quite a bit of dental work. Being on Medicare advantage only so much is allowed per year. I wanted to build around that. It would take a couple years to complete. Dentist and soon the whole staff starts telling me I need 29 things done. Just gently pushed me back down the rabbit hole.
