I went to his father for all of my dental work growing up, and after his father retired, Ammon took over the practice and has done an incredible job carrying on the legacy. You can really tell there’s generations of experience behind this office, along with a staff that genuinely cares about their patients. I honestly couldn’t recommend a dental office more highly.

Experiencia fantástica: The front desk staff is always very friendly and welcoming. I especially want to highlight my dental hygienist, Sherri. She is incredibly patient and always takes the time to listen to my needs, making sure I am comfortable throughout the appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: My dentist retired and they referred me to Albright Family Dental. But before I went to Albright, I have encountered some dentist that want to do spa stuff, serve cookies, and then charge high dental fees. Albright is nothing like that. What they are interested in is giving you the top of the line dental treatment and keeping up with current dental procedures and advanced procedures. They also do oral surgery and have a surgical room in the office for those procedures then you don't have to make an extra trip to an oral surgeon office and it doesn't delay treatment. I have been going to this dental office for over 10 years. I am an older person who had horrible experiences in the 60s, and 70s with old dentist. I have been abused by dentist back in those times as a child. The Kaopua Dentists, father and son are the best dentist I have found. I get my Nitrous oxide to keep me calm, I listen to music and of course I get all the numbing medicine in my mouth. They are very conscious about my pain, my anxiety and if I have any problems afterwards. They will have me come in to check it and no extra charge. The dental fees are reasonable, my Deltal dental insurance covers a lot of the cost and when I leave the office I know I am not being taken advantage of. They are great on emergencies, too (tooth, old filling broke) and they got me in that day. I highly recommend this dentist.

Filling out the intake paperwork beforehand as a new patient made the intake very speedy and allowed the staff to get a bit more info from me about my dental anxiety, including asking if I'd need to be sedated. The assistant I met first (Jason??) was incredibly personable and started my appointment off with casual conversation that immediately put me more at ease. Dr Gardner was the dentist I saw and he was very patient, gentle, thorough, and great to talk to about my concerns and what the next steps for my treatment would be. I got a cleaning done with Natalia(? I think I got her name wrong, I'm sorry if so) who gave the same gentle and direct care that I'd been getting from everyone else there, and got me scheduled for my 2nd cleaning. At the end I got a good breakdown with my insurance on what the out of pocket costs are, deductible, etc and it was easy to understand. 100% I'm recommending this place to everyone. I left feeling extremely cared for, happy, and actually looking forward to my next visits lmao

Experiencia fantástica: Editing to add: I was asked to leave a review at the end of my very long appointment and felt like I couldn’t leave until I left a review. While my experience was overall positive, I do want to add that they push night guards hard here. I was in the chair for almost 3 hours and every appointment around me was getting fitted for a night guard. Also regarding the inlay: I was initially told when I made my appointment that I would leave with my new inlay. Then during my appointment, they said it would be a temp cap. Then the temp wasn’t fitting so they did print me an inlay. The whiplash of going in expecting one thing, being told something else, then being at the appointment for 3 hours was rough. I still think they’re a good dentist office, but wanted to include this context for my review. I’ve had a lot of wild experiences with dentists and am glad to say my experiences with Albright Family Dental have been positive. I came in for an inlay and when the temp cap wasn’t sitting right, they were able to make the inlay day of so I wasn’t left with a gap. I appreciate how friendly the staff are with each other and the patients. There’s a nice family vibe here.
