Experiencia fantástica: So far everything has been amazing. The staff have been super friendly and helpful. This is big for me. Medical/dental staff face a lot of challenges and difficult people, and I think this can cause coldness and generally unpleasant interactions with patients. That has not been my experience in this office, even when I was seen on a Saturday morning I was met with positivity and kindness. Although that part doesnt affect my teeth, it made my decision to choose Dr. Yu very easy. Dr.Yu comes across confident in fixing my slightly difficult situation. I am very excited about my treatment plan.

In 18 months of treatment they started my appointment late just ONCE, by like 5 minutes. They're extremely punctual. They balance professionalism with sweetness, and any question you have about the inner workings of your braces they will be happy to answer in as much or as little detail as you want. The pricing was about market average for above and beyond service, so for me it was a great choice :)

He’s good at answering any concerns and gives good advice on why your teeth may or may not need to be straightened. Since I completed my treatment, I've always received compliments on how beautiful my teeth are. Last, I can't take away from ANY of the CLINICIANS. All of them are very helpful, but my favorite clinician is Ms. Patty and Ms. Terry. The doctors and staff members of this facility are GREAT.

I made a stop here, and though they were closed/on lunch break, the receptionist still was nice enough to help me and give me bags of the elastics I needed to keep my teeth moving even while traveling. I’m not even a patient here nor do I live in the area, but I have roots in Pearland and I will definitely refer anyone to Smile Doctors Orthodontics.
