Experiencia fantástica: Both of our toddler boys go here. They’re so patient and good with the littles. Our oldest is a social butterfly and doesn’t know a stranger, but our youngest is shy and very reserved until he warms up. They handle both of them so well. Explain things thoroughly. And we are so happy to start a healthy relationship with dental hygiene for both of our kids. We’re so glad we found little smiles. Oh and the welcome packet they send in the beginning is ADORABLE!

Experiencia fantástica: We switched over to Little Smiles of Washington from a larger dental group due to th no longer taking our insurance and I’m SO glad that we did and wish we did it sooner! Everyone is so friendly with positive attitudes and very kid forward. My daughter gets anxious at the dentist (like most) and they make her feel incredibly comfortable. They also explain areas of concern and what we should focus more on. I happily drive a little farther just to go to them because of their staff.

Experiencia negativa: Extremely disappointed with our experience here. Communication regarding dental insurance coverage was nonexistent. No one informed me ahead of time that services would not be covered, and I only found out once we were already at the appointment. As a parent, that puts families in a really stressful and unfair position financially. I also attempted to contact the office multiple times and never received a return call. A pediatric office should understand how important clear communication and follow-up are for parents trying to plan care for their children. Unfortunately, this experience felt disorganized and very frustrating.

Now I’m taking my kids and even though it’s no longer Dr Kollman it has been still just as great. They are so patient and make it fun. My daughter is 3 almost 4 and wasn’t scared at all at our last visit. Definitely worth the drive!

Experiencia fantástica: We truly appreciated how kind and patient everyone was throughout our visit. The manager, doctor, dental assistant Morgan, receptionist, and Donna all made us feel welcomed and supported. My children are usually very afraid and anxious about going to the dentist due to their autism, so dental appointments can be extremely overwhelming for them. However, the compassion, understanding, and gentle approach from the staff made a huge difference and helped ease a lot of that fear. The TVs during the sessions were also incredibly helpful because they gave the kids something comforting to focus on and helped keep them calmer throughout treatment. Overall, we felt very relieved and grateful for the care, patience, and understanding everyone showed our family.

The staff is extremely helpful and lovely, they go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care and fully informed of everything. My daughter loves coming here and feels safe and comfortable with every employee. While assisting my youngest, Dr. Carly even made a special point to tell me to tell my oldest son (who is also her patient) hello. That small gesture truly meant a lot to me as a mother. Sometimes, you really cannot put a price on genuine kindness, patience, and care from the providers treating your little ones. We were able to have check-ups the day after I reached out for information. The office was clean and very organized. Our hygienist, Kya was professional and very sweet. She made my children feel comfortable, especially my youngest who was there for his first dental visit ever. Dr. Corey was thorough and answered our questions clearly. Overall, I was very impressed with our first visit. It felt personal and was extremely informative. We’re looking forward to being established patients here.

They took the time to talk to her and to show her all the tools before starting the cleaning. She left the office very happy and motivated to return back to her next visit in 6 months.

Experiencia positiva: Everyone was great just wait times were not great for 5 minutes of a cleaning we waited for 25 minutes then Waited 5/10 minutes for the doctor after the cleaning. The place itself just came off very dirty not very sterile for a dentist office. The dentist chair had a big hole in it and the waiting room furniture was dirty and from the early 90’s. Everyone was great just wasn’t what I was expecting for a dentist office.

Experiencia negativa: My daughter has been a patient at this dental office for several years, and overall we’ve had decent experiences in the past. We’ve seen multiple dentists come and go, and I’ve always made sure her bills were paid at the time of each visit. I have good insurance, and I’ve never intentionally left a balance unpaid. Recently, my daughter had an important appointment scheduled to have a baby tooth removed that was bothering her. I took time off work and took her out of school for this appointment. I also set aside the money I was told would be needed that day, which was already a stretch as a single working mom. Less than an hour before we were scheduled to leave, I received a text stating that there was an additional balance from over seven months ago that I was never previously notified about. I was told that if this unexpected amount wasn’t paid immediately, my daughter would not be seen. I tried to explain the situation and asked if there was any flexibility, but I was told no. It was very disappointing and stressful, especially after preparing for this appointment and making arrangements ahead of time. I just want other parents to be aware of this policy so they’re not caught off guard like we were.

Experiencia negativa: The communication needs addressed at this office. We were not told that to have a cavity filled for our daughter with braces that those would have to be removed before the appointment. We were also not told for our son who had several cavities that it would be more than one visit. We assumed at the end of the visit that they were all completed until we were told he needed another appointment. If this was the case we wpuld have scheduled multiple visits. Poor poor communication. We will be looking for a different dentist.

Experiencia negativa: Wouldn't even take my dog hear made an appointment for my daughter to have an emergency extraction just for them to say they couldn't do it today and the next appointment they had available was in January mind you my child is in pain and it's nov 10th how sad that's a children's office with no emotions or common sense

Experiencia negativa: This was my son’s second visit to Little Smiles of Dardenne Prairie. He’s autistic and can find dental visits challenging, so I was hoping this office could provide the kind of gentle, sensory-aware care he needs. Unfortunately, both times the procedures couldn’t be completed, and I left feeling that the team may not have the experience or strategies to support children like him effectively. I do appreciate the staff’s effort and kindness during both appointments, but I believe the practice could benefit from additional training in working with children who have sensory or behavioral needs. I hope sharing our experience helps improve understanding and care for families like ours.

Dr. Carly always remembers my other sons when I’m there with one and asked about them. She makes us feel like friends. They’re also very considerate of my sons’ food allergies and always willing to verify ingredients in products are safe.

Experiencia fantástica: I had trouble finding a dentist to see my kid after my kid was told by other pediatric dentist she is to old and has all her adult teeth. Even after another dentist recommending us to another pediatric dentist it was still a no! Tiffany was extremely patient with my daughter and so was her dentist! I could not recommend this place enough! We will definitely be an established patient till she ages out!

Experiencia fantástica: The absolute best place to take a child for dental care. Amazing facility and the best staff imaginable. I could not be happier with how they have handled my child's needs. They strive to make sure no child is ever afraid of the dentist. When my 9 year old daughter had to have a filling and a tooth extraction she was nervous, but they made her feel at ease and explained each step as it was done. As we left the office after the prcedure was completed, my daughter told me she was surprised at how easy and pain-free everything had been. Honestly, I cannot say enough great things. I wish there was a dentist office like this for me when I was a kid.

The office was quick efficient very friendly and it was a seamless experience. Even better she needed a procedure and as we were walking out they had an opening to do it then so that she didn’t have to think about it and we got it done right then and there. 10 stars all around

Experiencia positiva: The stars are for Dr. Cory because he is incredible. The lack of stars are because they rescheduled on us due to renovations and then called us THE DAY OF of what was supposed to be our appointment that we will need to reschedule AGAIN because the doctor was out AND that as of that morning our insurance was no longer in their network…. Thanks for the heads up??? Now my kids are overdue for cleanings and nobody in my hometown is taking new patients, which is why we drove 2 hours for Dr. Cory. They should have had the decency to call or send a letter prior to our appointment date, at least a month in advance, that they would not be accepting our insurance provider anymore. We travel far on appointment days and last minute calls like this are very impactful for us.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Hastings and his team are amazing! They are skilled, friendly and do what they can to make sure your kiddos are comfortable. When a child with high anxiety can go to the dentist and has nothing but good things to say about their visit all the way home, you know they are amazing!

Experiencia fantástica: The dental hygienists and Dr. Corey were great with my 3 girls! They were all super patient, calm, and comforting with my kids. The work space is non-intimidating for kids and inviting.

Experiencia fantástica: We had such a positive experience for my daughter's first dentist appointment (she's 3). They let both my husband and I go back with her (and with her little 8mo brother in tow). They explained everything they were going to do in the cleaning, talked multiple times about going at her pace and within her comfort level, had multiple points where we could ask questions about the cleaning or our daily dental health routines. They did not make her sit in the chair (she was too scared) but they had a little lap table so the dentist and I could sit knees to knees for her cleaning. She was nervous, but no real tears, and she left smiling and with an overall positive experience. I never felt for a second that they were frustrated with her or in a rush. Really made me feel supported in that she was comforted and (for the most part) could go at her pace in the experience. Would recommend!!
