And since I already did my forms and came early, they tended to me with swiftness and precision when I was originally anxious about wait times. The dental hygienist/assistant for my most recent visit (June 17, 2026), Corrine was gentle and attentive, as was Dr. Abreau. However, I would like for the front office staff to always be transparent about any and all out-of-pocket fees. I have insurance, bill them first and I will pay my balance due thereafter.

Experiencia negativa: Since Dr. Patel left, the quality of care has plummeted. The practice relies heavily on inconsistent per diem hygienists from a temp agency who are unfamiliar with their own equipment, X-ray protocols, and charting systems. During a recent visit, a rushing temporary hygienist severely scraped my gums, causing heavy bleeding. The practice & dentist on that day attempted to cover up the incident rather than ensure I wasn't at risk of infection. A specialist later confirmed I suffered gum trauma. Don't be swayed by the Philadelphia Eagles affiliation. Aside from Jesse, who was wonderful, the subpar service and lack of transparency are alarming. Go at your own risk, plz be safe guys.

The dental hygienist, Ms. Inna, is possibly the most perfect representation of everything that an anxiety-prone (especially about my dental/oral health) person like me could ever hope for in a gentle and caring professional. Thank you kindly Ms. Inna. Dr. Meera was also kind and non-judgmental. She patiently listened to my concerns and addressed them, at least preliminary. I look forward to their combined efforts to help me come up with a plan to keep my oral health pristine for the remainder of my life. I'm misplacing her name, but the administrator of the office lights that place up. Thank you for making my first visit so prompt (same-day), respectful, comfortable, and most of all thorough. I would love to have her again clean my teeth. The receptionist is also very kind and caring. They are pleasant and they can answer any questions you may have. The most great experience at this place is that it is very clean.

This was the most thorough dental exam I have ever had in my life. Today I got two fillings and an extraction. I hardly felt a thing. They took care of all my needs efficiently and carefully. I have a new dentist I trust and knows what to do. I am here for now on. Not going anywhere else.

They listened and respected me and were very friendly. KK the front desk representative was also amazing. He checked me in as soon as I walked in. No long waiting to be seen and he processed and prior authorization for me, on the spot, so I know upfront what fees to expect at my next appointment. The practice itself was very clean. Bright lights and comfortable dental chairs. Their office hours are convenient too. They have Saturday hours which accommodate my busy schedule. I highly recommend this practice.

Experiencia negativa: This office has cause me more frustration than anything I was seen as an emergency patient in November 2025 I have heard absolutely nothing from the office they continue to respond with we will call you back no accountability from KL to Jessie they completely dropped the ball I am and have been in excruciating pain. I have to take the necessary steps calling insurance with no follow up from this office no updates I requested my medical requests no follow up the customer service is non existent pain is 100 frustration 100 do not utilize this office for anything ever they will leave you with no info all pain no resources nothing

They were happy to help! Yes I will drive the 45 minutes to get here because they are wonderful! Nestani (hygienist) took time to talk to me and was gentle and so kind! Dr. Meera Boghara explained x-rays clearly and I know what to look out for. And, I had no dental insurance so Jessie? at the front desk set me up on a great membership plan! So glad to be seeing them all in 6 months! As always (since 2007) great job! And my fiance will now be going as well! Thanks again!

We are definitely happy campers! EDIT- My one complaint is about getting calls asking if I can come in earlier. I work full-time so the time that I originally pick is ultimately the time that I want/need. Maybe there should be a way to denote those who have more flexibility are okay with last minute changes; this way they can be the ones receiving the calls.

Experiencia negativa: The dentist are nice but the people at the front desk are horrible. They willingly scheduled me to come in for my extraction knowing the doctor isn’t here today. They only care about money. The lady at the desk gave me someone else’s prescription without checking. I came in to get my wisdom tooth out which didn’t happen since they couldn’t perform the procedure. People at the front desk didn’t tell the dentist what I was even in for.

Experiencia negativa: I don’t know what has happened to this place but the quality and service has gone down tremendously. Just last year or the year before I left a raving review of Abington Dental because the staff and dental team used to be good. But the last few times I’ve come here it’s been a nightmare. A few months ago I came for a routine teeth cleaning and the person cleaning my teeth was playing her personal music on her phone which was very inappropriate in nature, and unprofessional but I left it alone. They then told me I had a cavity and scheduled me to come back to fill it. The person who did the filling first poked my lip with the local anesthesia needle and my lower lip was numb! Even though the cavity was at the top quadrant of my mouth. As she was filling my cavity it was clear she wasn’t paying attention and was having a personal conversation over my mouth with her colleague as she’s in my mouth with these needles and tools. And she kept calling me ‘buddy’. I’m a grown adult woman… that was just odd and made me uncomfortable. As it turns outs the cavity does not appear to have been treated correctly as I’m back here today because the tooth feels jagged and there is something sticking out of the gum line where the tooth is that wasn’t there before. So here I am back at the office waiting for them to correct the issues. I’ve now been waiting an hour to be seen and still no one has seen me. I will be looking for a new dentist for my dental needs now.

Experiencia positiva: The staff were very nice. They were not upfront about fees. Went in for a free consult and then tried to bill me $250 at the end. There was no conversation about any fees. This was extremely distressing. It did not leave a good taste in my mouth. Not everyone can afford a large bill without preparing for it. They need to be more forth coming with the fees at the time of scheduling the appointment.

But today, after my cleaning with her, I was left sitting in a dental chair for over an hour for a 10 minute procedure--after having been asked to arrive early for my appointment--with no explanation! There was a patient challenge for the doc, but--good grief! why no communication about what was going on? I'd like some restitution for this.

My hygienist Sharon was amazing and comforting.. she offered me services that had never been mentioned to me before, such as oral cancer screening and direct fluoride treatment. My next visit is in June, and it's the first time I'm not trying to come up with reasons to cancel!!

I am also really scared to death of needles and this is the first time I ever was given needles for dental work and it DIDN'T HURT! Experiencia fantástica: Had a Wonderful experience with Dr. Kwak and her team. Would recoomend all patie ts to go get their dentistry done here. The front desk has excellent communication and aerivice. They have Grad A doctors. Would definitely recommend :-)

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice, understanding, and professional. I recently had 2 of my wisdom teeth removed at this location and a root canal a few years ago. This time I called late in the day on a Monday and they were able to get me in and removed them the next day (Less the 24 hours later). There was a new dentist there since I was there the last time and she was excellent! Very caring and respectful. Same with when I had my root canal. Dr Dudhat was able to see me on a weekend because I was in so much pain and I had that completely fixed that next Monday. They definitely care about their patients. They have also supported my small business. Very grateful to find a dentist like Dr D and all of his staff.

Experiencia positiva: My husband had a dentist appointment on a Saturday. It is close with convenient hours, which is always a plus. The dental tech and those up front were very sweet, knowledgeable and pleasant. We liked both dentists we had. We are first timers there but we both had issues with the scheduler/billing personnel. The woman who sits at the back desk comes off unprofessional. For my husband, she went to his chair where they took him back to lecture him about getting a service he didn’t need or want but she practically yelled “education” at him while he continued to politely refuse. The dental tech and dentist even said it was okay but I assume because she was in billing, she was being pushy. If we didn’t have to deal with her, we’d have given 5 stars.

Experiencia negativa: The worst dental clinic I've ever been to. The professionalism of the office manager and front desk are very frustrating. They are rude, call your first name like talking to you as friend, and put you on hold for 1hrs in the waiting area for just general annual exam. Dentist are nice though.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been coming here for years since I worked at the hospital. I’ve moved and I keep coming back because of Sharon! She’s amazing. So sweet, funny, concise. She makes you feel comfortable at all times. My teeth are not the best but I never dread coming here :) thank you!

Dr. Bindu was compassionate & patient in fixing my bonding perfectly. Cant even tell l had a fix. Sharon the hygienist was also kind & efficient in service. Excellent service indeed. Thanks guys

Experiencia positiva: We lived in Tucson, AZ, for 16 years and EVERY time we went in, we saw the same dentist. Now, every time we go into your office, we see a different dentist. This does not instill confidence that we are receiving the best dental care.

Experiencia fantástica: It's been a long time since I've been to the dentist. I was nervous, but the staff were great in understanding my dental background and routines. They conducted the cleaning and exam without judgement, and gave me good tips for moving forward. I look forward to my next appointment in March!

Experiencia negativa: I went to this dentist for a bit, changed to a different one, then recently went back to Abington. Last time I had been there, visits were relatively quick and efficient (a couple years ago). This time I was supposed to have a checkup and cleaning- got back to the room, waited a while, then learned there was only one hygienist working that day and she wouldn’t have time to see me. So no X-rays, no cleaning. An hour later they wanted to reschedule me to come back for the cleaning and told me they were booked out for months. I complained and the office manager took me back to do X-rays herself, still no cleaning (you could tell the office manager hadn’t done X-rays in a long long time). She was rushing everyone and being rude to the staff when really, she could have just called me in the morning, explained they were short-staffed, and rescheduled me instead of wasting half my morning. It was truly one of the most poorly-managed and inefficient offices I’ve ever seen. I felt bad for the staff. UPDATE 7/31: had an appointment for fillings today and they canceled it because the doctor didn’t come in. Time to find a new office!

Experiencia negativa: Worst experience I would NEVER go back. I went in because my BOTTOM molar just started to bother me. However, The doctor was trying to force me to get work done on a TOP tooth that was NOT bothering me. He kept telling me the pain was coming from the top tooth. When I stated to him to give me my records and I will just go somewhere else. His tone change and he said I will fix the bottom tooth. This filling is the worst I still have glue on the side of my tooth and it's ruff. I still feel sensitivity if I touched the tooth. Due to how ruff the doctor was my mouth still hurts and it's been a couple of days since i was seen.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been coming to this office for years and always have an exceptional experience. Friendly staff, clean facility, and very responsive to questions. Sharon is awesome! And the entire front desk team is great, they’re always very kind when I need to call and reschedule my cleanings. This office also does a great job with COVID-19 protocol - everyone is masked, and there are air purifiers in every room. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I was seen today by Abington Dental Excellence- the official dentist of the Philadelphia Eagles. I had an urgent toothache and called to get a last minute appointment- My daughter and her dad were already patients here so I was familiar with the practice but had been seeing another dentist..I tried this office diary because my dentist was difficult to get an appointment with. They were able to take me the same day. I saw Dr. Patel and Sharon- the hygenist... they were very thorough and were able to pinpoint my issue- even squeezed in a cleaning. When my finances threatened to delay my treatment- they were able to offer a reasonable payment plan I could afford. Also the office was very clean and followed stringent covid protocol. I highly recommend this office!

I came in the office with my husband for his visit and I decided to schedule an appointment, and I was seen at the same time. I felt safe during the pandemic given their protocols. They have installed air purifiers, honor social distancing and ensure the environment is safe.
