The dentist himself was amazing and very understanding of the fear of being at the dentist. The staff and the dr explained every step they were doing and constantly kept asking me if I was okay!!! The Dentists keep me informed on treatment plans and are very knowledgeable. There aren’t any surprises when it comes to billing. They let you know up front what the estimated cost is. If it needs to change they let you know right away. I highly recommend Midwest Dental!!

Experiencia fantástica: Well Hello Pekin and surrounding areas this is my Third visit to Midwest Dental in Pekin on court street it is in the middle between two other small town businesses and let me tell you the new dentist in town Dr Papazanis AMAZING and he was right on point with a tooth that was a well my kind of tooth PROBLEM CHILD but he was able to adjust times and get my tooth saved and repaired so what a Job also he was assisted by Kodak and Vicki, Dakota and Joslyn it was once again another AMAZING VISIT and I could not have had a better experience at the Dentist than I have ever had and trust me my mouth has been a challenge for many of a Dentist but this staff and the Two Doctors blow every one else out of the water. I have never been treated with such kindness and caring and respect ever in my life and it feels great to be respected and treated like a person and not just a patient. SUCH A GREAT PLACE TO GO if you know me I would not say use this place if it was not a GREAT PLACE TO GO Thank you for reading this whole post. FYI I GIVE THEM ALL 10ns and not just for there looks but for everything else they do ♥️♥️♥️

Experiencia fantástica: This place has the kindest staff I have ever met in my life and I am 61. So my mouth has been a challenge. I really feared the dentist BUT HUDGE WORD. The staff is so nice and supportive and understanding and when you first enter the establishment you will meet Dakota and Vioda ok there are to many to list but I will tell you if you want to see some of the most beautiful women in the Dental field go here and not that I judge but some of the Male staff aren’t to shabby either if you ladies need some O candy while getting your teeth worked on. I will recommend this establishment to all my friends and family

I highly appreciated the calm music while waiting in the waiting room. Becky was fine with me asking for no music with while she cleaned my teeth. Shout out to the girls at the front desk who actually called me with a cancellation. I moved up from July to January!!

Experiencia negativa: This is the 2nd bite guard I have ordered. The first one was over a year ago and they forgot to place the order so it was actually four weeks before I got it. Recently, I ordered another one because I misplaced mine They said that it would be an in two weeks, but the dentist they had was filling in and I would have to wait 4 weeks. Last week they canceled my appointment because it wasn’t in yet I said are you sure it’s been ordered? This week it is still not in so we’re going on six weeks. It won’t be until later this week. This is ridiculous! I have no problem with my hygienist she’s wonderful, but I would never order anything else from them because for some reason, nobody knows how to push it through even when you question it. This is no way to take care of a patient who is concerned about their teeth.

Experiencia negativa: Everything was good but you can’t use another dentist iat Midwest if it is not within our network and that is what u did with my husband Tim Althiser and we had to pay 107.00 of are own money. Not much I agree but we pay for our insurance and we expect proper service and we did not get it.

Experiencia fantástica: Hands down the BEST dentist I have been too & I have been to a few in my 32 years! I apologize, I do not remember the Doctors name..BUT, he was AMAZING! Made sure I was comfortable. Knew I was sensitive to epinephrine & made sure to slowly give it to me. Thank you for that! It's been about 7 hours since this stubborn tooth was pulled. There is some swelling in my jaw area, but.. the pain, there's literally almost none! That is how you know he's good at what he does! Not only was he attentive, he was friendly, held conversation & my pain is almost non existent! Now for the staff... ALL OF YOU & I mean from the front desk to the ladies in the back... THANK YOU! Do you know how much of a breath of fresh air it is...to have actual nice & friendly staff! You all actually talk & know how to smile & laugh! It's wonderful! You're understanding & also great at explaining insurance (new insurance for me!) Thank you all! I will HIGHLY recommend you guys to others & I do have future appointments, so will be seeing you all again! I will continue to use this office as my regular Dentist office! ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: The most important thing a medical facility can offer you is trust; I have come to trust Dr. Latchinian, on his knowledgeability and his straight-forwardness. This Dr. gives his patients the best possible direction, for their own interests. I would also like to praise the assistant Rachel - she too shows great patience with all sorts of patients, and also shows great skill in what she does. Finally, the facility itself is modern, well stocked and well kept.

Experiencia fantástica: It was my initial visit and I found receptionist and staff to be friendly and kind. I was seen in a timely fashion and all procedures were explained to me thoroughly. I was provided with explanations of cost that included insurance coverage and out of pocket costs. I wish insurance paid more but I am pleased with the team and highly recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: Carla is still the absolute best hygienist in the game. She is friendly, gentle, and somehow makes a dental cleaning feel like hanging out with a friend. Now, yes… she’s still a St. Louis Blues fan (nobody’s perfect), but I’m working on forgiving her for that. I mean, as a loyal Blackhawks fan, it’s basically my civic duty to give her grief about it. Still, even if she roots for the wrong team, she wins every time when it comes to patient care. The rest of the Midwest Dental crew is great too… but let’s be honest, Carla’s the MVP. Go Blackhawks! They took me in right away and Dr. Jerry with his assistant Mya gave me a temporary fix to last until I could get in for an implant. Everyone stayed late (including the office gal) making sure my tooth was repaired and my implant appointment was set. These folks at Midwest Dental are outstanding!
