They take great care to ensure you get the most information possible about risks, and how likely they are or ways to avoid them. Overall I was extremely happy with my experience, and while I hope to never need their services again they will be my go-to if I do.

Experiencia negativa: I was referred to this oral surgery office, but they were fully booked. I was told that consultations are only offered once a month at a location of their choosing, which was already inconvenient. The receptionist said she would call me back, but did not (trick to end the call). Ultimately, I chose to take my business elsewhere. Based on my experience, they didn’t seem very interested in accommodating patients. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time here.

Experiencia fantástica: I was referred to this facility for my wisdom teeth removal of all 4. I had 3 visits total. My consultation visit was in the Fort Collins location. I was in and out quickly. All my questions were answered and staff was friendly. For my surgery and post follow up visit I have no complaints about. The day of my surgery was great. It was a followed up with a phone call by Jena that same day to see how I was doing and if I had any additional questions. For my follow up appointment the assistant was so sweet and showed me how to properly irrigate. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! All the staff was wonderful!

One of them had been infected for a while (but who can afford these things these days), and the other was heavily impacted. Outside of a couple of my own paranoid moments of concern, everything went as smooth as possible for the surgery and recovery. The one time the pain got pretty bad and I called, they had me scheduled for 45min later to be checked out. Experiencia positiva: They were very nice and pleasant to deal with but I guess not every experience can be perfect. Had issue with billing were they had forecasted a final payment of around $300 which then ended up being $1,100 after everything was said and done (I had already paid $1,000+ for wisdom teeth removal and a gingival graft) they eventually got it wittled it down closer to the original estimated statement. My gingival graft about 6-8 months later is still receeding and will probably have to get another one in the future. Otherwise I would probably recommend this place with caution

Experiencia negativa: I called with an emergency, explained the situation of my face/mouth/jaw, mass in my cheek/jaw, lump under my tongue, the fact that I had been in the ER a few days prior, and he said he couldn’t see me for 6 months. When I asked if he had any resources or numbers I could call, he said I can google it.

Experiencia fantástica: My 11 year old needed to have two ankylosed baby molars removed. He was very nervous, but the team at Reynolds made him feel safe and eased his worries. All the nurses and assistants were kind and friendly. He was given IV sedation and the whole process went smoothly. Dr Gresehover was so kind and personable, explained the whole process and even followed up with a personal phone call the evening after surgery to check on our son. I had an impacted wisdom tooth that got infected a couple of times before I got up the guts to go see a dentist. I was referred to Reynolds Oral and Facial Surgery and from the moment I walked in their doors they made me feel at ease. From the front desk receptionist to the dental assistants to the billing rep to Dr. Gresehover, they were all wonderful. They made my mental and physical comfort top priority, they informed me of everything from xrays to procedures to what to expect to a breakdown of what my cost should be. They answered my millions of questions and all made me feel comfortable. I was extremely nervous for my surgery but they comforted me from the moment I arrived. They chatted with me and made me comfortable and eased my worry. Before I knew it, I was waking up and everything was done. My impacted tooth was gone, absolutely no issues. My initial exam and surgery were done at the Loveland office and my post-op follow up was at the Fort Collins office. The front office staff and surgical teams at Reynolds are kind, professional, and welcoming. They reviewed pre-op procedures with me, as well as providing a detailed packet about the procedure, pre-op, and post-op instructions. Dr. Gresehover was an absolute delight! He is warm, hilarious, and ensured that I felt comfortable with the surgery and didn’t have any questions. The day of went smoothly! All of the surgical staff were friendly and welcoming, and I was on the way home within the hour. Reynolds even provided a coupon for a free smoothie at Inta Juice with the best options to pick from post-op (ones without seeds), which I really appreciated! I am now almost 2 weeks post-op, and I am feeling good! I am so appreciative of Dr. Gresehover for his work, attitude, and the extra mile he goes to ensure his patients are comfortable. Did great work, but where Reynolds really stood out to me was the front of house staff and the assistants everyone was kind and helpful. To many names to list them all,but I didn’t have one bad interaction with the surgical staff. Fantastic team!

Dr. Gresehover, Casey and Jazmin were awesome and did a great job. I highly recommend Reynolds to anyone who is need of the services they provide. It was one of the best experiences I've ever had with a dentist/oral surgeon and I have a lot of experience to draw from.
