Experiencia fantástica: Just delightful! If I could give this office 10 stars, I absolutely would. I’ve been a patient with Monarch Dental in Bedford for about a year, but after recently moving to Weatherford, this location has quickly become my favorite. I needed a tooth extracted, and the next available appointment elsewhere was two weeks away. I was in a lot of pain and needed help as soon as possible. The team was able to get me in the very next day and take care of the extraction, which was such a huge relief. A special thank you to Sharon (I hope I have her name right—the wonderful older blonde dental assistant!). She was incredibly kind, answered every question I had, explained what to expect, and completely eased my nerves since this was my first tooth extraction. She truly made the experience so much better. The dentist was quick, gentle, and efficient, and the entire staff was warm, welcoming, and friendly from the moment I walked in. I’m so grateful for the excellent care I received and highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dental team that genuinely cares about their patients.

Experiencia negativa: I would not recommend this Monarch Dental location to anyone looking for good customer service. My brother scheduled an appointment for a cleaning and X-rays, but after arriving, they only took X-rays and performed an exam. He was then told he would need to schedule a second appointment for the actual cleaning. The explanation was that the hygienist was overbooked and that new patients do not receive cleanings at their first visit. If that is truly their policy, it should be clearly communicated when the appointment is scheduled. Instead, they allowed him to believe he was coming in for a cleaning, only to send him home without receiving the service he expected. What was most disappointing was the lack of effort to make the situation right. The staff did not seem concerned about the inconvenience, and there was little attempt to provide a solution or accommodate him. Good customer service means valuing a patient’s time and communicating honestly, and unfortunately that was not our experience at this office. If you choose this location, be sure to ask detailed questions before your appointment so you know exactly what services you will and will not receive.

Experiencia negativa: Terrible experience and service. I had tooth pain. Went in for exams and xrays and that was all, quite literally. This location does not do any extractions. Or even care to look and help find a solution. They take your payment and that's about all you get. The dentist came in and looked at xrays but did not examine my teeth. I do not recommend this place

Experiencia negativa: To start with, the hygienist I had for several visits couldn't be nicer. No issues. We changed dentists because monarch is very expensive compared to others. I had a cleaning on 10-28-25. They told me what I owed and I paid it on the spot. On 3-27-26 they send me a bill. FIVE MONTHS LATER! I checked insurance again and I did owe the diff. 3-31-26, less than 2 business days after I am notified that I owe, they TURNED ME OVER TO COLLECTIONS!! No phone calls, no emails, no letters in the mail for 5 months, just an email on a Friday and collections Tuesday. They did the same thing to my wife last August. She did get a little "he he so sorry" but they are messing with people's credit because of THEIR incompetence!!!!!! Let the customer beware here.... very pricey care and who knows who's running their billing department.

Paying big bucks for two implants and should have been one more visit after several months of visits and it was messed up so bad they had to drill out one and start completely over. I am not happy and am beyond upset as this will drag on for several more months now having to take off work and drive there…not to mention more shots, drilling, hammering, etc. Premium price did not result in premium service and I am not at all pleased. I asked how this happened and what might be done to avoid such a thing and they did not want to discuss and my concerns were totally dismissed. My next visit in a month should be the last step for the one implant unless something goes wrong…then I guess I am forced to endure the process on the other one all over again. Not at all pleased!!!

Experiencia fantástica: So im always a little biased against dentist but... This place was awesome. Came here for a tooth ache and swelling. Found out I needed alot more than a simple cavity filled. Needed 2 root canals, 2 fillings, a crown and bridge replacement. 1st off, affordable. They have great payment plans. Second, the dentist was very courteous and kind. Always asking if I was ok to continue. I had a moderate infection that prevented the nerve blocker from working on a specific root canal. So I went ahead and pushed through it. Once he drilled through to the root he immediately got some on the nerve and the rest of the procedure was painless. I was only sore for the rest of the day and today after, im painless and no swelling. Great dentist. Great receptionist. Third, I'm disabled due to a double knee injury. They are very accommodating. I used a walker however they can accommodate wheelchairs. Do yourself a favor and try them out. You'll be very satisfied.

Experiencia negativa: I scheduled an appointment for my mother here after doing some research and seeing the decent reviews. She had a bad upper back tooth that needed to be pulled. Over the phone, I was told an extraction would be around $179, and if it required more (like oral surgery), we’d be informed ahead of time. She went in, had the tooth pulled, and because it was infected, they did a bone graft. She left that day having been charged nearly $800. The real nightmare started after the procedure. Within a day, her jaw became so tight she could barely open her mouth. She followed every single post-op instruction to the letter. When she called to explain her worsening condition, the receptionist brushed her off, saying it was “completely normal” and that she herself had been that way for over a month after a tooth extraction. When my mom finally saw the doctor again, he told her that was not normal and that the receptionist gave her false information. He prescribed a week of steroids. She completed the meds and still cannot open her mouth properly — not even to eat bread. She called again today and was told, “There’s nothing else we can do. You need to go see this oral surgeon.” She called that oral surgeon and was told the consultation alone is $490 — they don’t take insurance. When my mom called Monarch back to share this, their response was essentially: “Then call around until you find someone who offers payment plans.” No accountability. No concern for her pain or quality of life. No effort to make it right. Completely unprofessional and careless. We’re now looking into legal options. Do yourself or your loved ones a favor and AVOID THIS PLACE.

Experiencia negativa: My grandmother was abused by the dental assistant while trying to get denture impressions. They have ZERO respect for elder people and do not have the patience it takes to work with them. While putting the tool in to widen my grandma's mouth, my grandma screamed because it hurt. Ultimately leaving her with lip tears. They had no compassion and asked her to leave so that she didn't disturb the other patients. However, the manager, Amanda, proceeds to tell my grandmother how her mom sat in that same chair and cried because she has a little mouth too and it hurt, but her mother didn't scream. How pathetic of that manager to admit that. Please please please DO NOT take your elder ones to this office. You will regret it. I am still in discussion with the corporate office on how they are going to handle the extreamly unprofessional office manager.

Experiencia fantástica: It was my first time going Here and as soon as I walked in the door, I felt a better environment than all the other dental places that I have been to once my name was called to go to the back. everyone was so nice and polite and explained everything they were doing Dr.Sorokolit came in and explained step-by-step to me which I’ve never really had anyone. Tell me exactly what we should do. I’ve always just been recommended but all staff there is wonderful. Aaron in front desk was great as well!

I explained my situation to DDS Sorokolit and he was able to reattach the crown. Though I may need to go back later for a newer crown, which I understand. Just can’t do it now.

The staff, however, was incredibly patient and kind with me. Mrs. Aaron, the receptionist, came to explain my payment, and when she saw what was happening, she stopped everything to give me a hug. For people who don’t know me, they truly went above and beyond to ensure I was okay throughout every step of my treatment. Thank you so much to everyone involved yesterday. I may not remember all of your names, but you know who you are, and I am incredibly grateful.

The dentist was cheerful, considerate great at numbing my mouth for the procedures I had and it was an overall good experience. Plus they had great music to listen too. The best advice I was given was to breathe and wiggle my toes. That really works. Usually I would be jumping out of chair or trying too.

Dentist and staff alike. (Not monarch dentist) The entire staff and dentist in Weatherford made me feel comfortable. They were never rough. They never made me feel bad for needing the work I did. I have found my dentist. I recommend them to anyone in the area that is looking for an office that has compassion and understanding.

Experiencia positiva: Monarch Weatherford's newest dentist is great! When I came in with a failed root canal from a previous endodontist from over a year ago, he really went to bat for me. He was able to make it so that I didn't pay for the office visit and referral to an endodontist that could start fixing my massively painful problem. One of their nurses was a bit surly, borderline rude but maybe she was just having a bad day? She made sure not to take intraoral X-rays due to the swelling in my jaw and I appreciated that very much. All in all a great experience

Do NOT recommend, especially for anyone with kids.Our daughter is 14 and was very nervous about getting injections to numb her for fillings and wanted me to go back with her, at least until the numbing was done. The person who called her back, stopped me from going back with her and told me she would come and get me BEFORE they started the injections, I waited, then another lady came out and said “the Dr. has already started to get her numb and she is doing fine “ when I asked “is she ok with that ?” She assured me they she was and was doing fine. In the mean time my daughter started texting me, asking why they hadn’t brought me back and that they had already done part of the injections but that they weren’t able to get her numb yet. This was the point I went to talk to the office e manager, I was LIVID ! They took a minor away from the parent and didn’t allow me back with her! Very unacceptable! I was taken back at this point and my daughter was visibly upset and the second woman stuck her head in and stated that she didn’t know she wanted me back there,( with a attitude “ I told her that it wasn’t our problem that they didn’t communicate with one another and that was definitely not what was best for my daughter! She walked off, the office manager came back in and told us at this point they were stopping the appointment and all our future appointments would be canceled because it wasn’t ok for me to be back there cussing at them ( I never said one cuss word when I was back with her ) she basically kicked us out of office, so my daughter got 5 shots in her mouth and we had to go before her app to get her brace wires cut off and back after to have them put back on, all for NOTHING !! The dentist came Out of the office after us to apologize and he was unaware of any of this and had no idea that the First woman had stopped me from going back with her, had agreed that that should NEVER happen with a minor child. He was nice and apologetic but the office manager and the second woman were hateful and very UNPROFESSIONAL !!! The office manager even tried to say that my daughter had said she was fine without me back there ( she wasn’t even back there, so has no idea ) my daughter kinda laughed out loud and said “I did not say that, no one even asked me or gave me a chance to say anything before they started doing it ! We will never go back ! I would have given zero stars if I could have, terrible experience for my daughter, wasted time 5 shots in her mouth and she still has 4 fillings that she needs!!

It had been sometimes since I had been to the dentist and I was not disappointed when visiting the Weatherford location. The staff is very friendly, and my options were clearly explained to me. I was seen quickly after my initial appointment request and scheduled quickly for the procedure that I needed. Even though there was a mild delay in my appointment time, this was clearly explained and they Sincerely apologized.

Experiencia negativa: 10/10 do not recommend this place. Walked in and no one greeted me or asked what I was there for. Finally filled out paperwork. They called me back to do X-rays. Still did not greet me or tell me what we would be doing. This woman mumbled instructions about the X-ray room. During the 50+ X-rays they took, she made sure to pick her nose with her gloved hand and touch the X-ray cards that went in my mouth. Finally got to a room, people came in and out. No communication as to what they were doing. I was, however, asked by the dentist when the last time I had my teeth cleaned and why didn’t I just go to the dentist I went to last year. Finally a woman comes in and hands me a piece of paper to sign showing what it would cost to get my teeth cleaned (the whole reason I scheduled an appt to begin with). I signed. She asked if I wanted to get my teeth cleaned today. I said well, yes that’s the point of me making an appointment today. She said, well if we can fit you in; we’ll see what we can do. (Great customer service - sarcasm) At this point I’ve been there for an hour and fifteen minutes. I finally gave up. Do not go here. They’re rude. Noncommunicative. No customer service skills whatsoever.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff was very friendly and helpful. I went in for a chipped tooth. They had me examined, went over the price, and had my tooth repaired all in less than an hour. The tooth looks like it was never even chipped. Once again great work and great staff.

The ladies at the front desk made me feel super welcomed and helped me figure out all my insurance. The dental assistants Shelia and Erin were so funny! They instantly put a smile on my face and helped me calm my nerves. They helped talk me through the X-rays and kept asking if I was okay! They gave me all the breaks I needed. The dentist was really nice as well. He answered all my questions about my cavities and walked me though the process of getting fillings. The best part is that I never felt judged! All the staff both office and dental were excellent, very professional, knowledgeable and compassionate, especially my hygienist, Lindsey who was a perfectionist in my cleaning. The equipment and technology was up to date and new. Everyone had smiles on their face and made me feel very comfortable and at home. The office staff was ubiquitous in their ability in scheduling my dental plan and I can’t recommend them enough as a top company and dental practice, you will enjoy your visit at Monarch, as I have.

Explained very well what I needed to sign to proceed with my appointment. Didn’t have to wait for a long time they got me in really fast which was awesome! Then I got to meet Shelia and she was very nice and we had good conversation. She took care of me well while I was getting worked on by Dr. sorokolit. Speaking of Dr. sorokolit he was very friendly and did my filling really good. I’ve never experienced getting a filling the way I did this visit and it was amazing. In the past I’ve had doctors mess up on my teeth and filling coming out and not numbing me enough. However this doctor was the opposite, asked me if I was in pain constantly. Had me put on glasses to protect my eyes, and did the filling really well. They put a cage thing over my tooth and then filled it and made sure it wasn’t hitting when I bite down. Then went to leave after my work was done and saw the manager Amanda before I left. She was so nice to me and explained to be careful with the tooth and how long the swelling will last. A very professional and friendly manager which is sometimes hard to find nowadays, really happy about that. Overall amazing experience, tooth feels amazing and I don’t have to go back to get it fixed, very happy with this place!!

Experiencia fantástica: We saw Dr Sorokolit, he was very nice and eased by kids anxiety about coming to the dentist. We also saw the Hygienist Lindsay and she was also very nice and did a great job. But the MVP of the day is the receptionist Amanda because I came in very frustrated with Archstone Dental and she found appointments for my kids for the next day. The whole team is like a fine oiled machine!

Experiencia negativa: This place seemed all about money and not about actual care. I went in for specific things to be done and got bombarded with thousands of dollars worth of extras that I didn't want to deal with at the time. Then both the person that was helping me and the doctor just vanished. I literally made an appointment with another dentist from the dental chair I was in while I was waiting on someone to come back. I didn't trust their opinions or the dentist at all - so I left.

Experiencia negativa: Went there for a broken tooth they said I needed a crown. Ok they used the wrong glue for the temp. Had to cut it off. Then the new crown didn't fit right so after two-hour they put excess glue on it didn't remove the excess. I had to get a pick an chip it off

Experiencia negativa: MEDICAL PROFITEERING! Patients cannot decline non-essential services. My dental insurance pays $75 for a 4 surface filling. Then Monarch Dental adds $83 for desensitization--meaning an extra charge for anesthetic for post-op pain--which is NOT covered by my insurance. They defend this charge by saying 'This is our standard of patient care'. No, it's your way of mandating an out-of-pocket service that makes money for the practice because you aren't limited to my insurance caps. After 8 years, I will be going elsewhere.

My dentist and assistant took such good care of me, since I get very anxious when it comes to dental work, they helped me relax and feel comfortable. Thanks for all y'all do!

Experiencia negativa: I went in for a routine cleaning. They were more concerned about all this other work they wanted to do when all i wanted was a cleaning. They were going to charge me $1500 for a deep clean. And that was going to be just my portion of the bill. It didn't include what the insurance was going to pay. No thank you! I'll find someone else whose not concerned about my pocketbook.

Y’all made a very unpleasant painful tooth much easier. I really cannot say thank you enough. If you are looking for a dentist I highly recommend this office. Experiencia fantástica: The dentist was able to help my pain with in a few hours. Started off with x-rays and the doctor did a cold test on the area. I had a cavity that was not found last time I was at the dentist(another dentist no this one). After explaining to me of possibilities and taking the time to details inform my decision I felt comfortable with the route of procedures that needed to be performed. They used the numbing gel before they even gave me a shot in the gums then throughly made sure they clean out all the decay by redoing the x-rays. After one more clean out they were able to fill in the cavity and did it to where there was no pain. I felt like he was very detailed in all his actions and takes the time to get to the concern. After coming out of the numbing process, I didn’t experience as much pain as I did from other doctors with the same procedures. I will be defiantly coming back in for yearly exams.

Experiencia negativa: Over-charged services for unnecessary treatments! They wanted $3600 for a special periodontitis treatment. Others charge $150 for that treatment. The biggest problem is that the dentist told me that everything looks fine, but the dental hygienist said that it's terrible and if I don't get this expensive treatment, they won't even clean my teeth at all. It is obvious that the hygienist and the office staff get a financial kick back from over charging the customer. CROOKS! Follow up…. I saw another local dentist and hygienist. Guess what… they told me that I had no gingivitis or periodontitis at all. Monarch dental totally lied to me in order to get more money. They should be reported to the Texas board of dentistry.

Experiencia fantástica: It was my first visit to Monarch and I was so impressed by the office manager and her diligence in trying to get my insurance issue resolved. She had much more patience with my insurance provider than I did!! In the end, I was able to see the dentist and get some relief from a toothache. Dr. Brennan was very kind and made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend this office, mostly because Kayla the office manager is the one that keeps that place running with a smile on her face!

Experiencia negativa: Got an dental implant which took SEVERAL months to complete. When the first procedure was done, he put the post in very crooked so after several times of rescheduling he could not put the original crown on and had to sent off for a new crown. I took out a loan for the cost of the implant, which was told it covered everything. When I came back for the crown I had to take out a new loan because I was told thr first loan only covered the post implant, not the crown. Would have been nice to know the total cost before I did the procedure. Not really happy with the implant but not much I can do at this point. They scheduled me for a teeth cleaning, and debated on whether to go back there or do it somewhere else, I thought that is just a cleaning. Well like the other post below, I was told that I had no cavities or anything like that but they recommended a deep cleaning. I was like OK... but when she came in and went over the procedures I about fell out my seat. The total cost of the deep cleaning was $2,500 and my portion was about $800. No thank you. I just want a dang teeth cleaning. Now I hope my insurance will cover me going somewhere else.

Experiencia negativa: I been 5 times to Weatherford office and 2 times to Lake Worth office in 2021/2022, because Weatherford office has no surgeons (nor endodontics despite their name), and thousands of dollars spent on hurting tooth/jaw that I reported 4 days after eating superbowl snacks that I thought only scratched my gum. Every visit to Monarch is a totally new set of (thinking just newly graduated) doctors & technicians(never same doctor twice). Each visit resulted in a totally new set of x-rays charged. Monarch diagnosis is a root canal surgery with crown (no cavities for 62+ years). I went to a local long-time experienced single doctor practice for 2nd opinion, and first visit found a torus bone chip sticking out of the gum, infecting my gum beside the jawbone causing the toothache. My teeth x-rays show zero problems. My new DDS/MPH says Monarch fakes exams to do deep cleaning on every patient regardless if needed or not.

Experiencia negativa: Customer service was great. I never had an issue there. I've always taken well care of my teeth (I see a dentist every 6 months) and even the hygienist and doctor mentioned they looked great. I recently changed dental insurances which forced me to go here to get my regular cleaning covered under my HMO plan) I had a few spots where mild gingivitis was seen during probing. Because of this they gave me a treatment plan for a deep cleaning which would be $1200 but with my insurance was around $600. I didn't feel that was necessary and asked to just be scheduled for a regular clean. The hygienist advised me "they legally couldn't provide a lesser treatment than what the Dr recommend". I walked out and was never scheduled a clean which is what I really wanted. I'm now going back to my regular dentist and paying cash for a cleaning. Ridiculous I couldn't just get a regular clean from this office. Basically they told me deep clean or nothing. I quickly cancelled my son's appointment and told my husband we'll have to eat the cost of our premiums and pay cash at another office this year. What a waste.
