The dentist and techs made it a workable situation for me. I was calm and remained that way throughout the whole procedure. They are wonderful people to work with.

Experiencia negativa: Worst dentist experience ever! Set up an appointment to have a cleaning on my teeth as a new patient. Got X-rays done and then sat in the chair for 30+ minutes waiting for the rest of their new patient exam. Then I was told I needed to set up another appointment for my teeth cleaning because they didn't have time. I was pretty upset because they never communicated to me that I needed 2 appointments for an exam and then a cleaning. My husband had the same appointment right after me...had the exam with teeth cleaning done all at the same time/appointment. He didn't need to set up 2 appointments... So frustrating. I was then talking to a friend about my experience and she said the same thing happened to her and now she goes to Pony Express Dental. I'm going to go there, for my dental needs.

Experiencia negativa: Wow. I didnt know a dentist could be so cruel. To be so angry at a patient while holding a needle in your hand was a bit scary. Most pain I had ever been in at the dentist. This has been my dentist for years now. Not sure why she was so angry. I will never return. Think I will be searching for a dentist that doesn't allow their emotions to take control of their actions. Overly disappointed

Experiencia fantástica: It was so great. All the staff were so kind and helpful and Dr Karli is so sweet and easy to talk to. I had a cleaning, xrays and a small cavity. I worked with Dr Karli and an assistant. They both helped me feel so comfortable. I was worried about the filling but she did such a great job with the shot I hardly felt it. The filling was painless but with each part she checked with me. She really cares. I can tell dentistry is her passion and her favorite is helping people. All the staff were great to work with. The best part is the filling looks and feels great. There is literally no after pain at all.

Experiencia positiva: Great experience - the entire office seemed to really care about how I was doing. I have been getting my teeth cleaned every 6 months 'forever' 20 plus years) and have never has such a thorough cleaning as I did today with Betty. She was gentile, focused and thorough. Melissa the dental assistant was very easy to work with and explained the process and kept giving me 'good job' reinforcement along the way with xrays. Dr Karli was easy going and practical - didn't try and sell me anything - she listened well and gave me pragmatic recommendations. Def recommend without hesitation. 2/18/2026 - update - had to downgrade the office - I have a PPO dental, a work affiliated dental HMO, and a Secure Horizons dental insurance plans. Before agreeing to having a crown placed - the office was clear that they would not bill any of my secondary dental insurance plans. This is the 1st time in 10 years I have not had a dental office be willing to do that. The front office staff offered to tell me how I could submit the bill and try and get my costs reimbursed ‘after ‘ the work was done. So to be honest- I was easily able to find a dental office that was willing to help me and not add the money / insurance stress to my dental stress.

Experiencia fantástica: Their team is so great and compassionate. During a routine procedure my jaw popped out of place. I have always had a shift in my jaw and knew it didn’t fit quite right but had never had it fully pop out of place. Dr. Karli and her team stayed with me the whole time, did everything they could to make me comfortable and Dr. Karli was able to get it back in place. They were professional, calm and still caring during a very stressful and painful experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Stonehaven has made me feel so comfortable when having dental work done. It's not fun to have dental work but Dr Karli and her team made it bearable. They are kind and understanding. The quality of the work done was better than previous dentists I have been to in the past.

Experiencia negativa: I arrived just a few minutes late to my appointment and was told they could no longer see me. What was most disappointing was not just the policy, but the complete lack of empathy from the receptionist. There was no offer to reschedule and no attempt to check for the next available opening. Nothing. I remained in the lobby for over an hour while my wife was being seen, and during that entire time not a single other patient walked in. It was frustrating to sit there knowing there appeared to be availability, yet no effort was made to accommodate me. Customer service matters. A little understanding and willingness to help goes a long way in retaining clients. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling like my time and business were not valued. It may be time to consider taking my business elsewhere.

The entire staff is incredible from the front desk leslie and Brooklyn greeted us with huge smiles, to the loving amazing work melissa, kesha, and dr karli did on my two kids. They are so kind, welcoming, patient, and genuinely caring. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. they make you feel comfortable and valued. You can tell they truly love what they do and care about their patients. My kids absolutely love going to the dentist because of them, which says everything! The team goes above and beyond to make every visit fun, positive, and special. They take the time to listen, explain everything, and make sure my kids feel confident and comfortable every step of the way. We have been to several dental offices in the area, and Stonehaven Dental is by far the best. Expecially the manager that works for the eagle mountain location tina. Wow I have never felt such love and level of care, attention, and warmth they show their patients is unmatched. We are honestly obsessed with this office and so grateful to have found them. I cannot recommend them enough!

Experiencia negativa: The visit started off great. I went for a standard check up and cleaning. They were kind and the lady helping take my x-rays was delightful. After waiting for the dentist for a few minutes she began her examination, informed me my x-rays all looked good. She told me my gums were looking a little inflamed and recommended a stronger form of cleaning. I didn't think to much of it but then they brought the billing dept back and told me that the cleaning wouldn't be covered by my insurance at all if I do that type of cleaning. I've been going to the dentist all my life and have never needed any special kind of cleaning so I informed them I would like to just do the standard cleaning on this visit. My teeth are healthy, my gums are healthy, I don't require any specialty cleaning. They refused to do the standard cleaning. I feel like I have been charged for a full visit and only received half of what I paid for. I feel like they take advantage of people that are afraid to tell them no. How many people are being charged for "special cleaning" when they don't need it and the standard cleaning will be just fine (they didn't even explain what they would be doing differently to build value and make me think it was worth it). I will not be returning to their facility again. I Highly recommend you avoid being taken advantage of by this group.

If I could I would leave 10 STARS, because they made me a star with this smile :) Side note, the girl up front (I think her name was Brook?) was the most sweetest, kindest, nicest, and charismatic receptionist I’ve EVER dealt with. Also just the fact that this place is ruled by all women, heck yeah, dab on the haters, frick the patriarchy, and so on… literally will have my teeth whitened and cleaned by them until the second coming. #ChristisLord

Experiencia negativa: I have been disappointed recently as I showed up 13 minutes before the 15 minute grace period I have always showed up on time and I tried to get there fast as possible, as you know traffic in eagle mountain and Saratoga are not the best. I as I got in a rush I already can see irritability from the girl in the front counter, I apologized for being late and I was still there before the 15 min- immediately she went with "well I don't know if the doctor can still see you as you're close to the 15 min grace period...let me talk to the doctor to see if they can still see you...(she did this to my wife as well even after stating the doctors said it was okay) she comes back 3 minutes later with "sorry you're too late and we can reschedule for the afternoon...I understand if you're late past the grace time but still making 3-4 minutes before and being told you you're to close and have to reschedule, while wasting that time to walk back there and see?? then why have 15 minutes grace period if you cant honor that? why have one at all? so instead I now have to drive back to my job through traffic because of 3-4 minutes before the grace period? so now this follows up to my experience. I feel like there's a lack of urgency sometimes when you bring something up with your tooth that is bothering you- they will recommend "cleaning" or cavities but either than that, it seems like going out the norm is something they don't like to do or really investigate much because the x-rays says so or you show up for something specific and start doing everything else except what you came in for. talking about timing... I can show up 10 minutes early to my appointment and still wait in the lobby for 20. I understand things get hectic(though its mostly empty) but this goes back to me arriving before their grace period for being "too late"- so I can wait in the lobby past my time but you cant see me because of 3 minutes and its not even past your policies time. environment- can be okay, but sometimes you will feel rushed with work being done and having to listen to the gossip or conversations that can wait for the breakroom while they work on your teeth- sometimes forget to put on their mask back over, while your mouth is right under open, sometimes leave you laying there for a while(which I feel most the time there goes to.) I have been bringing my family here for 2 years without a complaint and honestly didn't really care to, but I just had enough.

They are so shady about their pricing and whether or not they even run your insurance, how much it cost how much your insurance paid for, etc. Repeated issues, unprofessional, never coming back and dealing with these people ever again.

Experiencia negativa: My husband and I were looking for a new dentist that takes our insurance. We called Stonehaven and asked if they take our insurance. My husband made sure several times on the phone call that they take our insurance. Once again they said yes. We scheduled our appointments and came in. We checked with the front secretary and asked one final time if they take our insurance. She said yes and that everything was good to go. We got our cleanings done and shortly after received a bill in the mail for $500 for cleanings. We called multiple times trying to figure out what happened and why we were receiving a bill. They said they do not accept our insurance after we checked over and over with the staff who told us they did accept our insurance. They told us it was a “system error” and that we would be responsible for paying this. If it’s a system error it should be on you, not us especially when we asked 5 times if you take our insurance and we were told that you do. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend.

He wasn’t comfortable leaving the lobby for his check-up, so the assistant and doctor kindly came out to meet him where he felt safe. They did the entire visit in the lobby and made sure he felt comfortable and in control the whole time. I truly appreciated how patient, understanding, and caring they were — they turned what could’ve been a stressful first visit into such a positive experience!

I have been to all of the dentistries in Eagle Mountain (I guess I’m picky) and this office is hands down the best. Friendliest staff, and most skilled Doctors and Dental Hygienists. They spent more time cleaning my teeth than any office I’ve ever been to. When I was a patient of Ranches, they did not shape my teeth right so I actually went in to Stonehaven and they fixed them and made them actually look like teeth. Ever since then they’ve had my loyalty (Stonehaven)! I told the dentist that their hands were touched by the gods because of how bad the dentist at Ranches shaped my tooth and how good they made it look. The dentist is also the best I’ve had with injecting amnesia, and the most efficient fillings I’ve ever had!

Experiencia negativa: Going to Stonehaven was the worst dental experience I've ever had and the worst mistake I've ever made. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Every dentist told me different things about what was needed for my teeth. Mixed messages on pricing and work that needed to be done. Shoddy dental work that resulted in broken teeth and extracted teeth that could've been saved easily. They overcharge for everything they do and mysteriously don't charge your insurance for it. I'm convinced I paid out of pocket and the insurance claimed was filed later on. Their office manager Tina took my phone from my hands and used it to try and apply for a dental care credit card when I told her I didn't want it. When they broke my tooth she told me I "looked like a hillbilly" then smiled as she told me it would be nearly $8k to fix what they'd broken through their shoddy work. Come to find out that's just a well known truth from people in this area. Stonehaven will break your teeth and your wallet. I'm just glad my journey with them is over and I'll never have to go back to a Stonehaven dental ever again.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome staff! Had the best experience this morning even though I was nervous. They all made me feel really comfortable and i left with a smile on my face! Best experience at a dentist EVER!

Experiencia negativa: If I could leave zero stars I would! This is an absolutely horrible business operation and I do not recommend them at all! The Dentists aren't very good, they have billing issues, and the service is horrid. To provide an idea of what I mean, the dentist my wife saw last year actually had screwed up her teeth, which another dentist fixed later. The first dentist also caused issues and pain for my son, which is why he won't go back now. We tried booking an appointment for me to get a routine cleaning, and I called to complain about the constant texts (basically so much so it feels like spam). One of the texts stated if I didn't respond my appointment would be cancelled, but this is despite responding multiple times prior. Anyway, I didn't swear, I didn't yell, etc. when I called, but began to say that the texts were irritating and yes I was coming, although it might be my last appointment ever with them. The gal that had answered then hung up on me!! I called back and got another woman who first stated the manager wasn't available and admitted she didn't hear the call, but was told I had been disrespectful, which is why the first gal hung up. I told her that I was not disrespectful, and began stating my issues at which point the woman starts to raise her voice at me. I ask if she heard the call, and this time she says "yes I did", so by now I'm like well which is it? At that point I will admit I lost it, and it wasn't pretty at the end, which is to bad as I don't like to be that way. Regardless, I will never go there again.

Experiencia fantástica: I had the most incredible experience! The people here are so kind and genuinely care about the well-being of your teeth. I highly recommend paying them a visit.

Experiencia fantástica: Great office, had a great experience. The front desk ladies were friendly and helpful, the hygienists were amazing and the dentist was great as well. Nice to have found a dental office so close to home that is so good.
