Experiencia fantástica: We have been coming to this dentist for a little over a year now and we only have nice things to say! I especially want to thank Dr. Zletni and the staff for treating us with such kindness at our dental appointments! I am so grateful and cannot wait to continue our dental journey with this office.

Experiencia fantástica: All of the office staff were extremely sweet and welcoming! They had very good care, and my son had Dr. Zletni. She was very professional and was great with him.

Experiencia negativa: Dr. Abeer was the worst dentist. My son was very cooperative and we went there because our dentist was in maternity leave. She said the tooth should be extracted. She started to do it and then she couldn't do it and broke the tooth. She then told us to go somewhere else because it is risky for her staff to hold my son's hand while she is working on the tooth! Then I asked them to give me the Xrays so we can go somewhere else and She said it will take 5 business days. Interestingly enough she said because the touth was infected and is broken now my son will be in so much pain so we better find another dentist soon. Then she left. I told the office staff that we need the x-ray so we can go somewhere else and she denied. We had to go to another dentist and I appreciate his help so much!! We had to extract the tooth at that time because Dr. Abeer broke it but the other dentist told us it could have been saved.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Manny is truly the most amazing doctor ever! He has such a warm, gentle way about him and always takes the time to make my child feel completely comfortable and at ease. You can tell he genuinely cares—not just about his patients’ health, but about their overall experience too. He goes above and beyond in every visit, never rushing and always listening to any concerns. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated, kind, and thoughtful in their approach. My child actually feels happy going to appointments because of him, which says everything. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Manny—you’re absolutely going to love him! I also want to mention that in general this location is wonderful! All staff/doctors are amazing!Thank you for taking good care of my children’s teeth!

Especially for the first visit, Ian noticed that my son wasn’t too comfortable with the other technician and offered to help. He did such a great job breaking the ice with my son and talking about each step at my kid’s level. He made a huge difference and now, 4 months later, my son looks forward to his orthodontist appointments. He has a cool friendship with Ian.

Experiencia negativa: We had a very disappointing experience with this orthodontic clinic and want to share it so other families aren’t misled. We enrolled in a monthly treatment plan for our son, but we were never given a clear written explanation of the services included. We were told a bottom tooth expander would be fitted, but when we arrived for the appointment, we were informed that a required spring was missing. No one followed up to reschedule or complete the treatment. Despite months of payments, the promised treatment was never provided. We later discovered insurance charges that did not reflect the care actually delivered. Because of this, we had to switch to another orthodontist and pay again to complete treatment that should have been handled here. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic professionalism was unacceptable. I’m posting this so other families are not misled or left in the same position.

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t say enough good things about this dental office! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and patient with my kids. The office is clean, bright, and has such a calm, kid-friendly atmosphere that instantly makes little ones feel comfortable. The doctor Dr. Abeer is absolutely amazing — gentle, kind, and so great at explaining everything in a way kids can understand. My children actually look forward to their appointments now, which says a lot! You can tell everyone here truly cares about their patients and loves what they do. Everything about this place — from the warm smiles at the front desk to the caring assistants and the wonderful dentist — makes it a 10/10 experience. I’m so grateful we found this office and couldn’t recommend it more!

The Springfield and Fairfax offices are super clean and the staff is very friendly and professional. It's so well designed to put kids at ease. Experiencia fantástica: We are so happy our children are patients at Let’s Smile Dental - Fairfax. Recently, our son fell and fractured his front adult tooth on a Sunday. I reached out to the on call number, and received compassionate care and service. Amber gathered the facts and information and let me know the plan of action. She put my mind at ease. At our appointment the next day, Trisha knew right away when we walked in what we were there for. She was kind, helpful, and understanding. She made sure we were taken care of before, during and after the appointment. She even walked us to the cosmetic dentist my son had to see. We felt like we were in great hands throughout the experience because of her. During the appointment, Karla and Dr. Zletni treated our son with such care and compassion. Even though he is only 8, he felt comfortable in their care. They were honest about the potential treatment scenarios, while also calming my mama heart from this scary situation. I felt so confident with their care because they had prepared ahead of time before our 8am Monday appointment. Whether it is a regular routine dental visit or an emergency dental visit due to trauma to the teeth, Dr. Zletni and her team have demonstrated to our family that they truly care about our children’s health and wellbeing. Our questions and concerns are always heard and answered, and we feel like we matter. We are so grateful to be patients at Let’s Smile Dental - Fairfax.

Experiencia negativa: I had my daughter in Lets smile Centreville office for ortho for two years, paid full, almost finished. Suddenly they notified that the office will close and I had to transfer to another Let's smile office, but will have to make a new contract. Although my initial contract should cover until completion of treatment, Dr. Ghatri said we should pay additional $1000 to complete it, since he's not responsible for previous provider, Dr. John Ji's treatment. He also said Lets smile is a just management company make contract with individual provider, so they won't take charge of the incompletion. But on the paper I made contract with Let's smile and Dr. Ghatri name is on it. I don't fully understand the legal details, but it looks like the system is designed to maximize their profit and minimize any risk, and in the end it will be on patient's burden since they can't stop what's already started, and it's about children. Regardless of their medical services, I would recommend not to deal with such system. Ortho is a long term treatment and you never know.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent place! I take my kids here, and the staff is absolutely incredible. Dr. Zlenti she’s the kindest ever. When my son had a tooth extraction, she was so patient and gentle with him. Also, when my daughter’s invisalign retainers got mixed up, Dr. Ghatri and Sam stepped right in to help me. Sam even sat with me and reorganized everything—above and beyond! And Marisa is amazing any time I call for any type of assistance. The office is always clean, professional, and welcoming. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality care and a supportive team.

Experiencia negativa: This is the second time they cancelled my kids appointment via text. The first time, they canceled the day before the appointment and i finally was able to find a time to reschedule a few months later. Then yesterday I got a text saying the appointment is cancelled AGAIN! Very unprofessional and they don't even have the decency to call to cancel. Terrible customer experience!

Experiencia negativa: First of all, we have no problem with the doctors. The problem is the woman you see when you open the door. We went to this office twice and the woman was very rude to us. Even though my daughter knows enough English, she insisted on a translator. It is her job to find the translator. I will never step foot in that office again because of this woman.

She was actively listening to our concerns, and not rushing the process. I think this is so important when starting a new procedure such as braces for a child.

Experiencia negativa: I regret to say that my recent experience with this clinic was disappointing. While I understand that pediatric dentistry can be challenging, I expected a higher level of professionalism and care. Concerns: 1. Staff Attitude: The staff did not seem very patient or approachable, especially for young children who may be anxious about dental visits. 2. Quality of Care: My child’s teeth ache was not adequately addressed, and I left feeling unsure about the treatment plan. 3. Environment: The clinic did not feel as welcoming as a children’s dental practice.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Zletni is the very best! My 13 year old has had to have all of his teeth pulled, and it was always a very traumatic experience before coming here. Dr. Zletni calmed all of his fears and was so patient throughout the entire process. She is also very good with my 6 year old.

Experiencia negativa: This has been incredibly frustrating. The dentist did a filling on my 5-year-old, and it’s already come loose after a few months. Now they have to redo it, causing my 6-year-old to go through twice the pain and discomfort. At the very least, they could have offered laughing gas to ease her anxiety, considering it was their error. To make matters worse, they refused and said the charge was an additional $150 for it on top of their mistake.

They are friendly, professional, caring and quite frankly just a place you aren’t anxious about because dentist are intimidating. Roger went above and beyond in making sure I stayed calmed and collected while doing my braces because he knew I am old and it was going to hurt worse than when they do it to a child . So thank you!

JJ was our dental tech and he was exceptional with building toddler rapport so my girls felt comfortable and were cooperative. From choosing their favorite toothbrush, to so singing their favorite songs, prizes and balloons, we had an exciting experience! Dr. Zlenti was also wonderful! We had a lovely experience leaving with tokens for prizes and even balloons. I would highly recommend Let’s Smile Dental and better yet requesting JJ as your dental hygienist, hands down, the best! I was so grateful for an easy mom outing!

Experiencia negativa: I wish I could give them zero stars; they don’t even deserve one star. Trisha was extremely rude and disrespectful. During my nephew's follow-up visit after his tooth surgery, they wouldn’t allow me to translate for my sister-in-law. Trisha insisted I call the office to translate for them. When I called, she rudely informed me that I couldn’t translate over the phone; I had to be physically present or someone else had to come with them to the office. This insistence on physical presence for translation seems discriminatory, especially considering they knew my family members didn’t speak English. They shouldn't have accepted them as patients if they couldn’t accommodate language differences. To make matters worse, Trisha changed their appointment without notifying them and then denied them access to the doctor upon arrival. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. When I attempted to resolve the issue, she abruptly hung up on me just because I suggested they should have been prepared to accommodate non-English speakers. The whole experience was disappointing and frustrating.

Experiencia fantástica: The decor is so kid-friendly. It felt a bit like a mini amusement park! The staff was welcoming and humorous. Neither the hygienist nor the dentist did the awkward interrogation of my children to find out if they were brushing and flossing enough. My kids had such a good time that you’d think they were at Chuck E. Cheese. My kids can’t wait to go back. This was absolutely the best dental experience we have ever had! My kids are thrilled that we will be going back next to have molars sealed so they won’t have to wait six months for their next visit to Let’s Smile. (It should be noted, they accept Medicaid!)

Experiencia negativa: I have gone here for my dental and orthodontics 5 years now, and the staff have been extremely rude and unprofessional to me for almost the entire time. From my experience, they do this commonly through guilt tripping the patient. I highly do not recommend this place as a result.

Experiencia negativa: We love this dental office. My family has been coming here even after moving far west from the city. We love how they made the kids feel welcome and comfortable. My kids love the trinkets they get from the vending machine. They usually give out tokens to the kids after each appointment to use on the vending machine. It was a warm and thoughtful gesture for the kids. Things went backwards after our appointment yesterday. My son is shy so I usually ask the receptionist for a token on his behalf. Sadly the receptionist refused to give us one. In a shameful way she responded while my son stood next to me: “We don’t give tokens to kids who have an orthodontist appointment…We only give them to the kids who get their cleaning done.” I had no words as it took a while for me to process what I heard. We’ve had appointments of all kinds and never experienced this before (one time my daughter got a token simply waiting for her brother in the lobby). I’m not the confrontational type so needless to say, we left the office with our heads down, not having the same warm and fuzzy feeling as before. Just want to be clear, this is not about the prize/rewards (we can get these from Amazon for dirt cheap). It’s about how the receptionist crushed the principle this clinic upholds. If this the policy she is forced to enforce then the clinic is better of discontinuing the whole “reward system” program, instead discriminative of who gets it vs not.

Experiencia negativa: There are 4 receptionists but you can never get them on the phone. You need a key to go to the restroom at this location. Using the bathroom is more than a human right, it’s a necessity. People don’t choose to use the restroom, they HAVE to go. Restrooms should be open during business hours. That’s the cost of doing business….let people do their business. Finally, if something comes up and you have a scheduling conflict they can reschedule you, but it will be 3-4 months out, because they book so many people they don't leave room in the schedule for rebooks. I can't wait to be done with this place! NEVER AGAIN!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Bagha and Heather were fantastic. Went in for a deep cleaning, which they did what they could to make it as bearable as possible and made my appointment very nice. Dr. Bagha also likes to keep his patients informed about the process so it's nice to not be in the dark. Huge points to both of them, this is my dentist of choice from now on!

Experiencia negativa: Extremely unprofessional, rude, and unethical. I had Invisalign through Let's Smile for over 3 years. During this time, there were very little changes to my teeth overall as they were naturally quite straight. They always found a reason to continue my treatment which coincidentally was however long my insurance would pay for it. As for out of pocket costs, they were all paid up front. However, after my teeth were miraculously ready, we were charged over $200. When I went in to ask why this was I was told it was for my treatment. When I stood my ground and affirmed that I paid in full I was dismissed. I then requested to be shown my records and speak with the supervisor, the supervisor ran out and said I didn't have to pay with no verification of who I was or if I had actually paid. Throughout this entire interaction the receptionist was extremely rude and when they "realized" their mistake I was given a free T-Shirt as some sort of bribe? Incredibly rude staff that clearly do not know how to conduct themselves in a professional, ethical manner.

Experiencia negativa: We've been going to this dentist for over 10 years. We've had the same dental insurance the whole time. When I took both of my children there today for their 6 month check up, I was told there was an outstanding bill. After inquiring why, the receptionist explained, after a lot of digging, that they no longer accept our insurance. I am really disappointed that they didn't inform us at any point over the last 6 months. I hadn't even received a bill in the mail. It seems like they only care about keeping a paying customer and did not communicate the insurance problems because they knew we'd go somewhere else.

Experiencia negativa: Dr. Abeer Zletni is WORST pediatric dentist we ever experience. Dr. Abeer Zletni did sealents on my daugher's permanent molars and filling on baby teeth( that didn't need to be done). All the work Dr. Abeer Zletni did, did not last for 3 months. I paid out of my pocket close to $200. Dr. Abeer Zletni is just avaricious person. We have been there for over 2 years. Dr. Abeer Zletni was not the first dentist we saw. Dr. Abeer Zletni is not original dentist we started with. Dr. Abeer Zletni never, not even once mention or educate us about dental hygiene. We are no longer there and I had to spend more money to fix what she did. And the office will not refund me.

Experiencia positiva: My daughter had her first extraction with Let’s Smile, so she was naturally nervous and scared. The staff made her feel comfortable. Dr. Zletni was quick and seamless. Post op was pain free for my daughter.

Experiencia negativa: Unfortunately, priority is not the health of your child, what's easier for them. We were charged full price for a service we didn't receive. Waited 2 weeks for a procedure, on the day we were told, we need something different. Lost time and our kids dental health. I cannot recommend this place to any parent.

Never had any problems here, staff always friendly, organized, consistent, gentle, caring. They offer laughing gas for procedures and have the latest equipment. All the hygienists and providers have always been very nice, receptionists are also kind. Highly recommend this dentists office for children.

They introduced every instrument to my little one, letting him touch the instruments, and naming them - like mister thirsty, let him sit against my husband and played cocomelon above. Such a good experience even with a lot of cleaning to do.

I can not say enough good things about Kait. Kait is the best tech, she is caring, quick and very good at what she does. Experiencia fantástica: The front desk was awesome they greeted me and my son as we walked in and had a easy to take self temperature reader which I loved, and Amber T. saw my son and she was great with communicating with him and me on what the visit Consist of and when Dr Brown came in she was awesome too and was able to inform me of everything my son needed and how the process would be which I found great. My son has been going here since he was 2, and not only is he not afraid of the dentist, but always looks forward to going. We have been going for both pediatric dental & pediatric orthodontics for the past 3 years and have found the staff to be great to work with and all procedures done professionally. They work with us on insurance needs/changes and any concerns we have regarding our children's care we feel are always heard. Very satisfied

Experiencia negativa: They cancelled my childs appointment 3 times.. had to reschedule. If the Dr. is going on a vacation or not working on Saturday. Why would they allow me to schedule an appointment for those dates. Can't get in contact with them to reschedule for the fourth time. I'll be looking into another dentist for both my children.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this place! The staff is amazing and very professional. My daughter had a bad experience with another dentist and after that she has literally phobia to the dentist. They are taking care of here very professional, friendly and specially with a lot of patience. They explain you very detailed everything they are going to do and they give you options that fit with your case. Nowe is starting to make improvement at the time to go to the dentist thanks to them. Thanks to Dr. Brown and all the staff for all the help with her!!!!

The facility is clean and inviting for the kids who may be a little nervous about the dentist. My youngest previously had anxiety about the dentist, but no longer! We love coming here.

Even during this COVID-19 pandemic, they never stopped caring about my son and found a way via phone, email and virtually to show my son what to do for the next stage of the treatment. Experiencia fantástica: I love this practice. Been doing Invisalign here for about 2 years now. The doctors and hygienists really make this place shine. They always help provide a deep sense of comfort for orthodontic patients. For something like orthodontics that can be very uncomfortable, they make this a very good experience. The office staff do a great job as well. Any time that I call, I am always greeted with a friendly voice. When I show up for appointments, I am always provided a warm welcome. One hygienist there, Maria, went above and beyond the call of duty during my appointment the other day. While she was removing aligner attachments from my teeth, she went ahead and cleaned off all of the coffee stains from the rest of my teeth. Not only are my teeth straight now, but they shine thanks to her. All in all, the practice really lives up to its name, and if you are considering orthodontics, quit searching around and give this place a call! 10/10 recommend #invesalign #straightteeth #lemmeseedatsmile

Experiencia fantástica: Our first experience was wonderful. Our daughter has a disability so it’s been difficult to find a pediatric dentist who has experience treating our daughter. The staff is so nice and respectful they made us feel so comfortable. The dentist was great and took her time and was understanding of our daughters condition.

Experiencia fantástica: My 2-year old daughter had an absolutely amazing experience here! The office is warm and welcoming. The hygienist, Dana, was lovely. She showed us around and was very compassionate. Dr. Brown was friendly and took her time making my daughter feel comfortable. My daughter was actually sad to leave and cried in the parking lot! I am very thankful for this dental practice and I highly recommend it!
