Experiencia fantástica: Alway patient and kind service from the staff and Dr. Kim. Thx

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Kim and her staff are very efficient and caring.

Experiencia fantástica: Very polite and professional staff. Conscious of well being (pain) when working on a cavity. Did a great job on cleaning my teeth.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience at Pender Dental in Fair Oaks for my teeth cleaning and X-rays. The entire staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Dr. Kim was thorough yet gentle during the cleaning, explaining each step along the way and making sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. The X-ray process was quick and efficient, and the dentist took the time to review the results with me, answer my questions, and provide helpful recommendations without making me feel pressured into unnecessary treatments. The office was clean, modern, and well-organized, and the appointment ran right on time. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience. I highly recommend Pender Dental Fair Oaks to anyone looking for quality dental care with a friendly and professional team.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Kim and her staff are absolutely amazing. Professional, thoughtful, and very gentle. I will keep coming back here and will highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Kim replaced a crown and did bonding on some of my teeth. Her team is always responsive, polite and professional. Dr. Kim did a great job. I recommend Dr. Kim Dentistry very highly! They do great work! Tom Mathews

Experiencia fantástica: Everything was more than fine ,extractions with no pain at all ,a bit nervous at beginning but everything was smooth snd Dr as her assistance follow all the time how I felt ,so I was good all the time Apprecciate the professional ,kind ness as consideration with me all the time !Her assistance also help me to in translation to Spanish in case I did not understand !Highly recommend this office as their team !

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Pender for a couple years now. They are a perfectly kind crew! I have never had any problems related to scheduling appointments or any doubts in their recommended treatments/care. I would recommend Pender Dental Care to any friends or family!

Experiencia negativa: Patients deserve thorough care, professionalism, and transparency. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here, and I would encourage others to carefully consider their options before choosing this office. I visited Pender Dental Care for a routine cleaning and was disappointed by how rushed the experience felt. The entire cleaning lasted around 15 minutes, with very little actual cleaning before a brief evaluation that seemed more focused on recommending additional procedures and charges.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent work, very good stuff

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT GO HERE! 8 years ago i visited this dentist and they wanted to drill 3 fillings on my initial visit. Now 8 years later i do not have cavities, my teeth are perfectly fine and every dentist i have seen since says i have no issues.

Experiencia fantástica: Entire family has seen Dr.Kim for years. She and her staff are top notch. Definitely recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Eveyone is very professional and you can feel a sense of calm when you enter their office.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve had two visits with them. They seem very knowledgeable and did excellent work to resolve the issues I came to them with as a new patient. I will certainly be back.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Kim is an exceptional dentist, and her staff is friendly, professional, and truly great..

Experiencia fantástica: Really good so far. Everyone is kind. The assistants English was difficult for me to understand. I think it will get better hopefully. She was a sweet woman and good. I am just being honest. The physician was very pleasant and good at her job also. I found it a little odd that they were all wearing masks the whole time. I asked them if I had bad breath cause at one point I thought I possibly smelt my own breath, maybe it was due to the grinding etc. But she said because she was wearing the mask. She couldn’t tell. I try and be really good about my dental and gum care. I did not go to dentist for decades at a time. My teeth and gums could be far better. But I think my genetics and some crooked teeth may for poorly teeth and gums than I would like. I recommend them all at this point. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive. I will let you know of any changes.

Experiencia fantástica: The establishment boasts friendly staff, a clean environment, and an organized layout. My children visited today, January 2026, and were delighted with the services and the helpful advice they received.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr is very professional, always on time, excellent service and pleasant and helpful front desk.

Experiencia fantástica: I needed many broken teeth extracted. Dr. Kim discussed and made an affordable plan with me. She is very kind and was very patient during and after the procedure. Experiencia fantástica: Everyone at pender dental was so warm and welcoming. Dental assistant, unfortunately I don’t recall her name but she was very kind. Dr. Kim is great, she explained everything, first time visiting this office and it was a great experience

Experiencia fantástica: I am unbelievably happy with Dr. Kim and staff. Everyone has been especially kind and gentle with me. I had terrible experiences in the past with other dentist. I have been a patient over a year now and I have made significant steps with my fears, ai gladly go to my appointments and no more tears. I plan to remain with her for as long as she practices.

She is thoughtful, attentive, and always goes the extra mile to ensure her patients are comfortable and well-informed. Her hand skills are excellent, and every procedure I’ve had with her has been smooth and pain-free. What stands out most is how considerate and compassionate she is—I can genuinely see that she prioritizes her patients’ well-being. Highly recommended!

Experiencia fantástica: This office offers the most professional and kind care I’ve experienced in my 10 years here in Fairfax County.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Kim takes the time to ask questions and she listens. Best of all she remembers the previous visit and follows up with the necessary information or treatment.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a crown applied to a tooth in the back of my mouth and they did a great job with it. No pain at all and very efficient.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a dental emergency while away from our home and Pender was able to work me in the same day. Although it was not obvious in the x-rays that I had a fractured molar, Dr Jennifer Kim suspected it and got me an appointment with an endodontist the same day for a root canal. Otherwise I would be suffering all weekend. The front desk staff were polite and helpful too. I would highly recommend them for your dental care.

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful individualized consultation.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing customer service! I just found my new dentist and team. I needed a place to fix my broken tooth. I called them and they got me in the next day! Dr. Kim and her staff had the best bedside manner and best communication. Thank you!!

Experiencia fantástica: I learned long ago that without communication there is no relationship; without respect there is no love; and without trust there just isn't any reason to go on. The demeanor of Dr. Jennifer Kim and her staff, especially Annie and "AP," is superlative. Their service has always been very respectful, and they do exactly what they tell you they are going to do. I trust them!

She provided very thorough care, suggested the best possible options, and treated me with great attention to detail. The hygienist was also very kind and helpful, providing excellent and attentive care. The receptionist was kind and handled everything quickly. I highly recommend this place!

Experiencia fantástica: When I chose Pender Dental Care - in great part because it gets such great reviews- I was afraid there was no hope for my teeth at all. Years of being uninsured had caused a lot of damage, and my teeth needed a lot of work - but Dr. Kim and the rest of the staff are so competent, compassionate and professional that getting the necessary care was just about as stress-free as major dentistry can be. I’ll always be grateful to Dr. Kim for the fact that I didn’t wind up edentulous, and for the encouragement she gave me to take better care of my teeth. High, high marks for everyone in the office! Hilary H.

Experiencia fantástica: My dental insurance changed and I'm so glad Dr. Kim is in my plan. They did a full set of x-rays and pictures so I could really see what's going on the inside and the outside of my teeth. Dr. Kim did a thorough exam, explained and showed what she saw, and we came up with a gameplan for getting some issues fixed. I'm pretty impressed and look forward to future care with her!

Experiencia fantástica: Always great service, very good team across the board. Our family has used their services for about a decade... highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Short wait times and very clean office. The Doctor is very good at explaining everything, and describes what can I do better and how it's done the right way. She also gives me praise for what I'm doing right. I've recommended her to family members and they were always impressed. I feel like She really cares about my well-being. They have great technology. Anytime they take an x-ray, I can see it on the screen. They're very transparent and willing to show you anything. Everyone that works there enjoys working there, and I've enjoyed going there for 7 years and counting.

Experiencia fantástica: Loved loved the practice! Dr. Kim is awesome. Very knowledgeable and takes her time to explain her treatment recommendations. The office is super clean. The staff is very nice. Super glad I went to establish care with Dr. Kim!

Experiencia fantástica: The best dentist ever, for me. Great personality, explains what is being done, never in a rush and does excellent work. You also never need to worry about charges and insurance claims while Anni is the helm.

Experiencia fantástica: Always a very pleasant visit.Dr.Kim and her staff are the nicest and very concerned of me. Anni is the sweetest on the phone and of course in person. Dr. Kim has been treating me for many years.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely love Dr. Kim, she's the best dentist ever! Always so nice and makes the experience enjoyable

Experiencia fantástica: Went to dentist today, very professional, friendly, and informative. They explained everything they would be doing and what needed to be done in the future.

Experiencia fantástica: [Update - longer term review] I have been there since the last summer 2022. I have got several cavity treatments and periodic maintenance services. I am confident in saying that Dr. Kim is the best dentist in NOVA and the lady at the front desk always welcomes me with kindness and bright smiles. I strongly recommend Pender Dental to anyone with zero hesitation. Outstanding services and quality are given. Like most ppl, I had bad memories and awful experience at dentist offices, however, Pender Dental just blew my mind!! Dr. Kim and her team do show the value of kindness in services. Additionally, the whole process of cavity treatments from scheduling to after treatment went smoothly. I definitely recommend her and Pender Dental to anyone.

Experiencia negativa: The worst dental practice. They just want to make sure they can make money from you. If you come there and they see if they can not make money from you, they treat you very badly.

Experiencia fantástica: Great care, Dr takes care of problems quickly and with little pain. Very happy with my family’s care.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience at Pender Dental! Everyone on the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Dr. Kim explained everything to me really well. They all answered my questions and made me feel very welcomed and heard. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Recent dental work by Dr Kim was once again a good experience. My dental care is very, very challenging because of poor maintenance as a child going back 70 years. Her efforts have helped restore my dental health more than I could have ever expected. El

Experiencia fantástica: Extremely profesional, dryaed and thorough service. By far the best Dentist office I have been attended.

Experiencia positiva: Dr Kim and staff are very professional as well as personable. They were pretty busy this day so was there a good while for cleaning, but highly recommend this practice

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly and very thorough staff!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Kim is kind and quite skillful! Her staff is so friendly and competent. I appreciate them:)

Experiencia fantástica: I've been coming here now for 3 or so years and it's always been a good experience all around here. If you're looking for a dentist in the fairfax area I would highly recommend coming here.

Experiencia fantástica: My first visit was a very positive experience. Each point of contact at the practice was handled efficiently and professionally. Dr. Kim performed all the work herself and explained what she was doing, why she was doing it, and discussed both short and long term threats and benefits. She used visuals (photos and x-rays) to complement her explanation. Both my wife and myself are very comfortable with our decision to choose Dr. Jennifer Kim and Pender Dental for our dental care.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Kim does a great job. She and her staff are professional, efficient, friendly and caring. I had a filling replaced and never felt a thing. I’ve also had an old crown replaced and and a bridge done she did a great job on both

Experiencia fantástica: This is a very professional office that I always trust to take care of me. The staff and doctor are friendly and proficient in their skills. I would recommend them to family and freinds.

Experiencia fantástica: We have been seeing Dr. Kim for years. She is friendly and professional. Recently I just finished Invisalign at her office and it was a great experience. Everyone is so easy to work with and well informed. We especially love Annie in the front. She is the best medical receptionist from anywhere we have been. She is on top of billing and scheduling and whatever needs to be done. Thanks for all you do!

Experiencia fantástica: I realized today that we've been going to Pender Dental Care for 10 years. That should be enough to say how comfortable we are there. Dr. Kim amd her team are fabulous folks! I know I'm in good hands.

Experiencia fantástica: Thank you, Dr. Kim, and your kind staff, for your friendly, professional service. It was a pleasure meeting all of you. Looking forward to my next appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient of Dr. Kim for a few years now. She is the best you can get. Her procedure expertise is superior compared to all other dentists I have been with before. I recommend all my friends to her.

Experiencia positiva: Dr. Kim and Lupe were great! Didn’t car too much for the receptionist.

Experiencia fantástica: My family has been with Dr Kim since 2013. She’s professional, patient, and informative. We have been very satisfied with the dental care we receive at Pender. Annie is the “bee’s knees” too.

Experiencia fantástica: I had my appt last month and thing went well as far as following CDC protocol concerned. X-ray and cleaning are greasy. Dr. Kim provides platinum services to every patient at all time.

Experiencia negativa: I went to Dr Jennifer Kim for an emergency and I was treated with a different dentist for a root canal that I am still in moderate pain periodically and I am about to redo with a different dentist, no follow up phone calls once you step out of the place. no care at all, very cold and completely commercial treatment especially The lady working at the front is unprofessional and very high school behavior type, I gave her 3 times a chance but won’t change my opinion of her, she needs training how to behave with all kind of customers or hire a poised professional person who handle this critical position. Very judgmental person because I was trying to make payment with 2 different cards after I maxed out my insurance, poor service. I was referred to a great Dentist 5 stars reviews and warm front desk lady. That is what we all need. My advise, don’t go there waste of money and poor treatment.

Experiencia fantástica: First time at this office. The doctor is fabulous. She gave me so much info about how to treat my pre-existing TMJ and my teen great advice on how to floss/brush with braces. I know our teeth will be in good hands.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Pender Dental for several years and can honestly say that Dr Kim is one of the kindest, gentlest dentists I’ve ever been to. I recommend her highly!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr.Kim and her staffs are wonderful, they are always smiling and very professional!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Kim fit me in for a full exam and cleaning. She and the hygienist, did a great job scaling and cleaning my teeth
