Experiencia fantástica: Always a pleasure to have my teeth cleaned by Alicia, the dental hygienist, who somehow makes it enjoyable. She also convinced me to floss regularly, which I never used to do until she warned me about bacteria harboring between our gums. Alicia has a way with words! My dentist Dr. Franklin Chu looks like an Asian movie star, so he’s easy on the eyes as well as your teeth, LOL. Staff is warm and friendly. This is probably the most fun dental office I’ve ever visited! Update: Just had a gum graft to fix my receding gums. The wait was super long and I was already anxious and the room started to feel chilly. A staff member named Joycie kindly stepped into the room to check up on me and offered me a blanket as she noticed how cool the room was. I was given a local anesthesia so I didn’t feel any pain during the procedure, but I somehow felt the sensation of the needle and thread going through my gums. It was uncomfortable and scary just thinking about it, but that warm blanket somehow made things more cozy and tolerable for me. I’m so grateful for Joycie’s kindness and warm smile. Surprisingly, I didn’t feel much pain the next day after the gum graft. I kept taking ibuprofen for the mild swelling, though. I’m feeling more confident about the next appointment for the second gum graft next month. Additionally, I want to add that my dental hygienist Alicia recommended TheraBreath Oral Rinse to combat halitosis. It’s probably the most effective product out there for bad breath and the prevention of tonsil stones! Highly recommend this dental office!

Experiencia fantástica: I hated going to the dentist because of all the sales tactics and games they play. "Oh sir, you need this $700 deep cleaning!" Such BS. This place changed all of that for me. First they deep clean you like they used to do and no outrageous charges. And Alicia is the absolute best! Been there twice and she puts a lot of time and effort into each cleaning. My teeth never looked better. I highly recommend this place.

He is also my daughter’s dentist and does a great job guiding her through her dental work taking breaks, answering questions, and minimizing her fear of shots. The staff are amazing. When I call to schedule an appointment Marina recognizes my voice before I even say who I am. She even remembers my daughter’s name and asks how she is, and does everything to get you an appointment when needed. Alicia is my hygienist and she is funny, and gentle while cleaning your teeth and listens to any concerns regarding certain teeth. The staff really takes their time in getting to know their patients and create a positive experience.

Marina always greets me by name when I come here and answers any insurance questions I have. Meg Always is courteous, professional and friendly and gets me checked in quickly. Alicia has always done a great job in cleaning my teeth and offers helpful suggestions. Dr Chu does a thorough job of examining my teeth and fixing cavities or other issues I have had in a friendly and professional manor. I switched from a different dental office I was unhappy with and what a world of difference! I couldn't be happier! I highly recommend this office because of all of the people here.

Experiencia negativa: am extremely disappointed with my experience today. I was referred to your office by a friend and came in specifically as an emergency patient. I was told that the specialist was available today and that the emergency procedure could be completed. At no point was I informed that the wait would be three hours. Instead, I was placed in a room and left waiting for nearly two hours, only to be told afterward that the surgeon was still behind. This information should have been communicated upfront so I could make an informed decision with my time. Taking time off work is very difficult for me, and this visit resulted in my entire afternoon being wasted. To then be told I would need to come back is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable, especially given the urgency of my situation. This experience showed a lack of communication and respect for patients’ time. I expected much better, particularly when coming in for an emergency procedure. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that other patients do not go through the same situation.

Experiencia negativa: I wasn’t planning on writing a review, but after receiving a text from Meadows Dental asking for one, I feel obligated to share my experience. I’ve visited Meadows Dental twice, and both experiences left me deeply disappointed. From the moment I walked in, the office felt cold and clinical, more transactional than welcoming. My first visit was supposed to be a routine cleaning. Instead, it quickly turned into what felt like a coordinated effort to upsell every possible service. It became clear they were trying to maximize what my insurance would cover. As a result, I ended up paying nearly $500 out of pocket for procedures that previous dentists had simply included as part of standard maintenance care. Despite my hesitation, I returned for a second visit since my insurance covers two cleanings per year. This time, I was very clear: I only wanted a standard cleaning. Nothing more. Even so, they attempted to perform additional X-rays (which I declined) and pushed for another deep cleaning (which I also declined). When I checked out, I was handed a bill that included charges for X-rays and a deep cleaning, services I had explicitly refused. I was told insurance would cover most of it, and I would only owe a small co-pay. I had to firmly insist that they remove the services I did not authorize. Even then, the explanation of what was performed did not match reality. Rather than continue arguing, I paid what they said I owed and left. This experience felt less like patient care and more like navigating a sales operation. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this office to others.

My mom was told she has no option except full mouth dentures. But Dr Chu and his team were able to save most of her teeth and make her a healthier and functional implants and crowns. Dr Chu is very gentle and caring dentist. He is very concerned with his patients comfort and health. He has a team of other dental specialists that can meet all your needs all without leaving his office. He collaborated with his periodontist Dr Viet and they were able to give my mother the healthiest and most functional option available. I like how they are very conservative and honest. I was told the reality and what was the best and most healthy options for my mother. They use the latest technology and materials available which makes it most durable and long lasting options. The supporting team in this office from front office to the dental assistants is the most caring and kind people I’ve came across. I left the office feeling happy and sure of my mothers future dental health.

Since the first appointment everyone was so nice and engaging. I have brought my husband and daughter here as well. I have recommended this office to so many people. The girls here are so sweet and try to do anything to accommodate you and explain everything in detail. They work with your schedule and try to help in anyway. The doctors are very nice and always recommended whats best for you. I have never felt like I'm being pressured to do more than needed and they are very gentle and patient to make sure you are comfortable during every procedure and feel no pain. If you are looking for a new Dentist I implore you to come to this office. You will not be disappointed!! If I could give 10 stars I would. ❤️

Had I known there were offices such as friendly and welcoming as Meadows I would’ve come back so much sooner! Easy to book an appointment online and get in quickly, took me less than a day to be seen.

Experiencia fantástica: If you want a good Orthodontist, someone that listens and answers your question Dr Cho is your person. I had traditional braces before and elected Invisiline this time. Dr Cho explained the process and answered all my questions. I have had a lot of questions! She is very patient. I completed my first set of retainers and Dr Cho told me it could be better so I’m on my second round (12 retainers each time). I like this attention to detail because my teeth looked “good” to me. I have been VERY happy with Dr Cho’s care - and the care I receive at Meadows dental. Dr Chu (my dentist) and the staff are wonderful!

Experiencia negativa: This dental practice only wants to upsell you and get you to pay as much money out of pocket that your insurance doesn't cover. Less than half of my teeth are at a range where they need a deep cleaning and yet this office refuses to do a general cleaning on the remaining teeth that are still healthy because they want me to not only pay for a deep cleaning but then sign up for periodontal. Cleanings that my insurance doesn't cover I will never go to this office again and be very wary of going here yourself unless you want to be told that you need a deep cleaning and they refuse to do any other kind of work on your teeth even if only one or two teeth needs a deep cleaning they won't clean the entire rest of your mouth because one or two teeth need a deep cleaning go somewhere else.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible experience with this clinic!!! I made an appointment for regular cleaning at 2pm on April 7 2025, and left at 3:45pm without receiving cleaning service, they hold me for almost 2 hours to sell their deep cleaning and laser product with different people! After I rejected their extra services, they told me I have to wait another 40 mins to get a hygienist, which would have made this cleaning appointment for more than 3 hours, finally I gave up and left without service. Looks like to me that the process of sale was well planned, first they told me that the assigned hygienist was not available today, and they could get someone else later, I should wait. I asked them why they did not call me for reschedule, they had no answer. Then the Doctor made a checkup, everything was fine, and then sent someone to measure the gum, with the result, one office employee started to push to play extra for deep cleaning and laser treatment, she said they would not do the regular cleaning any more if I did not agree with the extra services, which would cost me about 385 USD extra for each cleaning. I told her I needed to do some research and then made decision, but not this time. I requested regular cleaning again and again, then the office manager came in and continue pushed me to buy their services on the same day, also she pushed me sign a paper to decline the extra service, otherwise they could not continue the regular cleaning service , which was very strange to me, I guess this was the procedure of their sale. I signed, then they said I had to wait for another 40 mins to get regular cleaning service, my patience with them got exhausted.

(Yikes) I was so scared to go back thinking all the worst scenarios about my teeth. Well, I recently got different/new insurance so I figured I better get in quick before anymore time goes by. I scheduled an appointment with Meadows Dental Group in Temecula. I was so relieved and happy when I got there. Rhyleigh (hope spellings right) was so nice and easy going. She put me at ease very quickly while doing my x-rays. So pleasant and conversational. Then it was time for my "Deep Cleaning" so Kim came in and continued the same easy going atmosphere and conversation letting me know what she was going to do and updating me on the health of my teeth. (What a nice staff they have) Then last but not least, Dr. Chu came in to do some fillings. He answered questions I had re: my teeth and explained that things weren't as bad as I had thought. I was so relieved and thankful for the pleasant dental experience he and his staff provided. Completely different than I had expected. Experiencia fantástica: My first visit was very thorough from the beginning. The staff was nice, the facility was clean & bright, and the equipment was more up-to-date than my prior dentist’s office. Dr Chu was friendly, listened well, and wasn’t eager to overdiagnose. The dental hygienist was really good as well. I came out of my first visit feeling like I made a good decision to switch.

Experiencia fantástica: I called the office to schedule a new patient appointment because I broke a filling and a piece of my tooth and was hoping to be seen asap. I spoke with Desire who was fantastic and got me an appointment for the following day. She was also able to get me in for a cleaning at the same time as well! Dr. Ellis was great, gave me my options and didn't try to up-sell me on any additional work like some offices do. I had my cleaning with Alicia and she was absolutely fabulous! It was probably one of the best cleanings I've ever had. I highly recommend her, she was so sweet and kind and really took the time to see me (I was the last patient of the day) and didn't rush me out the door. Overall wonderful experience and will be going back for treatment!
