Jackie was my hygienist, and was very competent. Explained everything to me, walked me through what she was doing, showed me what she was looking for and seeing, did an excellent job with the images and cleaning, and then we had a preliminary discussions on future corrective/preventative work and what my dental goals were. Dr. Madry came in for the final exam and consultation and he, Jackie, and I discussed what they found and what my options were. Never pushed for any excessive procedures, and I felt like they actually had my wellbeing in mind. They earned another long-term client today.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Madry had been my dentist for years. He’s stuck by me through my teeth misadventures and mishaps. He’s stuck with me through insurance changes and their nonsense. The front staff is always friendly. The teeth techs (tooth pros?) are professional and competent. The doctor himself is very professional and no nonsense (for example, despite years of trying out my best jokes, today was the first time I ever got a laugh from him, he’s just that focused all the time). The doc does use some really great technology. It’s great knowing that my dentist isn’t afraid or timid to keep up with science. My teeth get high tech treatment and I’m diggin it. I do often get mistaken for my sister when I go (both first names start with an “a” and same last name) but I don’t mind since she’s younger and prettier. At middle age my teeth are healthy and doing well thanks to all their hard work (and no thanks to me since I’m bad at flossing).

Yes, the staff, including Dr. Madry, were friendly and professional. What impressed us both was the technology. It would take a number of words to describe it, but in general, it enable us to see on screen our full set of teeth, including our gums. So, when Dr. Madry was discussing our results,, etc., he was able to pinpoint it on the screen for us. High Tech! We highly recommend Dr Madry and his staff for your complete dental needs.

Experiencia fantástica: My last dentist retired during covid and after a filling fell out between my front teeth and other cavities had developed, I decided it was time to find a new dentist before things got any worse. I have very sensitive teeth and gums and wanted to find a dentist who was gentle and provided sedation, which was something my last dentist did not offer and something I had never tried before. I went Dr. Madry and I am very happy with the treatment I received and outcome of his work. The sedation or "laughing gas" worked well with the regular numbing shots they used and I felt very little pain or discomfort. Best of all the sedation wore off just a few minutes after the dental work was done and I was able to drive home on my own with my teeth fixed and looking great!. Thank you Dr. Madry!

Experiencia negativa: If you want the truth about how you will be treated by the staff at Dr. Madry's read below. This is a letter that I sent them and got NO response after months of being ignored, financially threatened, amongst other things. March 15, 2024 Rob Madry, DDS 4635 Everhart Rd. Corpus Christi, TX 78411 Dr. Madry, How dare you send me a threatening letter to file a claim with collections. From this point forward I will NOT be sending in any further payments to your office! I have made a good faith payment to your office every month. You now have 2 options: You can clear my balance due, and we can part ways. OR You can send my information to collections. If you proceed on this option I will be forced to file a claim with the following American Dental Association, Better Business Bureau, and post a review on Google reviews. The following issues will be included in the claim: Your office did not follow standardized best practices for billing practices. Your office manager did NOT get a determination letter from Humana prior to my service. Best practices states this should be done for all services over $300. If this had been done, we would not be in this issue. I have documentation from my insurance broker to support my argument. Refusal of service due to pending billing issues. Your office refused service for treatment you deemed necessary while we were appealing billing issues. From what I understand, patients' well-being and service should not be refused due to a pending billing issue. Your office manager refused to speak to me on the phone when I called several times to discuss this billing issue. I will have the phone records to support my attempts to discuss. Finally, your office sent me a threatening letter to send my account to collections when I have sent in a payment for every single bill I received in the mail. I will have my payments to provide as documentation. If I do not get a response within 10 business days, I will be submitting my reports to the above-mentioned organizations. Thank you, Lori Frank
