Experiencia fantástica: EDIT: I received a call back & they scheduled my son promptly. The office worked with me & our pediatrician to get everything done quickly as it was so last minute. Huge thank you to Sheila who was so kind and facilitated most of the process. First time meeting Dr. Kennedy himself and we felt very comfortable with our little one in his care. Surgery went great. Great dentists and team, however- I have been trying to reschedule a surgery since September and cannot reach the Driscoll coordinator through phone or email. Hoping this gets noticed and I get a call back. Would love some communication before we decide to switch to a different provider.

Experiencia positiva: We always have a good time experience at the alameda clinic but this time the hygienist didn’t clean my daughters bottom teeth at all.She had so much build up n it’s lk she just skipped completely over it.She was very informative but I was jus shocked when I looked in her mouth and she still had all this build up.Hopefully nxt visit is better.

Experiencia negativa: ** Office on Alameda ** Son was traumatized and hurt by the forccefulness of Isabelle the hygienist. She was clearly frustrated when my son started crying from the pain he was feeling from the cleaning. Instead of trying to be consoling him she gives a sigh of frustration cause he didn't want to open his mouth after that. Then when she proceeds to continue the cleaning she turns his head to where he started to cry again saying his neck is hurting. Once done he sits up crying as she just proceeds to get his goodie bag and was like here you go. She showed no compassion and completely ignored the fact that he was crying in pain saying she hurt his neck. I told her she needs to be more gentle and she was like um ok and walks out I said no it's not ok! He's hurting and you don't even apologize or show empathy then she says sarcastically to my 8yr old son, oh sorry. Still shows no genuine care for my child. As I proceeded to tell her that she needs to be more gentle especially working with children. she just didnt care and gave an attitude the entire time. I held my compsure as i wanted to do more towards that disgusting woman for hurting my son!! I hope no other parent ever deals with her or any other impatient abusive staff member.

Once I arrived I was greeted and welcomed by the front desk and Assistant Margaret, Hygienist Elaine was efficient and fast working with my littles 2 and 1, Dr. Nancy also makes the experience with her soft and gentle approach and explanations, and Oreka the assistant made leaving a breeze with our appointments scheduled and all questions answered!

From the reception and in process through dental cleaning to super thorough inspection/exam by Dr. Nancy and dental past and what we are about to do for the future visits was beyond expectations! Happy to know that we have done well with our son's tooth maintenance and we are happy that very minor future repairs are soon to happen and we are very happy to hear that as well. Atmosphere in the Dental Clinic was superb and kid friendly which makes it a great place to relax kids who visit and could be uneasy in a cold atmosphere to visit. Bravo !!!! Dr Nancy and her team took the time to explain everything to my child and put their concerns (and mine) to rest. The whole staff was kind, accommodating, and incredibly informative. I feel more confident in my ability to meet my child’s dental needs moving forward and I know my child felt safe and well cared for during their experience.

Experiencia negativa: Went to Kennedy Dental on Alameda today friendly and fast service during the cleaning but when they switched us over to the other side for some crowns and fillings they took so long to call us in which they never did and they were not even busy.

Experiencia positiva: My appt was canceled and I got a notification through text. I recently had an appt scheduled for the week before but had to push it back. I spoke to someone and confirmed the appt. I continued to receive texts to confirm. No one called to confirm or reach out. Once receiving the text that my appt was canceled I called and they said they canceled it because they had no insurance on file?? I don’t see why they would just cancel the appt due to no insurance? And even if I didn’t have insurance, why would you just cancel? I was slightly threatened that if I didn’t call back the same day with insurance (because I was at work when I let them know not to cancel the appt and didn’t have my dental ins on me at the moment) then they were going to cancel it. A few hours later I submitted the insurance through a link they sent me, a long with 5+ other digital forms. The morning of when we had our scheduled appt they called again asking about insurance. I said I submitted it via the link they sent me. The lady I was speaking to then was much much nicer than the one I spoke to the day before. She apologized for not checking. The front staff seems to be passive aggressive. I’ve worked in reception before and I just don’t understand why that’s always the case, but unfortunately true for this office. We live in Calallen but still choose to go to the Alameda office as the staff is normally much more friendly and personal. The dental assistant and dentist are always so sweet. We normally opt out of fluoride treatments, but the dental assistant calls it a “vitamin”. It isn’t, unfortunately. Sad they are passively telling parents that and marketing as something it isn’t.

Experiencia positiva: I don't have any complaints about the staff or visit. What I don't like is how you insist on verbal confirmation or else you threaten to cancel the appt. There are times I don't have time to answer calls or call back. I feel like a call to remind me (which I don't even need bc in a response adult and know when my appts are set) is sufficient enough. "Call if you need to cancel, otherwise we will see you tomorrow" why threaten to cancel bc we can't answer or call back? If a confirmation is really needed, an email or text would be fine, that way we can answer quickly when we have the time. No other Dr that I see needs verbal confirmation.

Let me check with dentist if late ok since they are completely booked and may need to reschedule!!! We get here at 11:31 (after speeding through traffic to make it on time) and then end up sitting and waiting until 12:00 to be seen!!! NICE!!!! So done with Kennedy dental!!! Just sayin…..

Experiencia negativa: I am pretty sure I have been with this dentist since my son was 1 he is now 11, my 2 year old also comes here and I have always had such great experiences with the team BUT this last time was the WORST. The waiting room was packed with not only all the kids and teens but their parents so there was no seating. My youngest does have attention problems and thats why I loved this office because there was never over scheduling so he wouldnt have to wait to long but for some reason they overscheduled so that was one thing. When my son started to have an episode i decided it was best to reschedule but the lady in the front was very UGLY about it. it was what was best for my son but of course that was not what she cared about. my original appointment was for earlier and that was cancelled without my confirmation so when i called to confirm i had to take the later appointment and I did not complain so I had only hoped for the same she THEN wanted to give me an appointment in AUGUST because it made her feel better to "teach me a lesson" about scheduling when obviously yall over schedule your books so yall already have that problem WHICH IS NOT PATIENTS FAULTS. so thats fine. BUT THEN she didnt want to give a school excuse, while all this time she is taking my son is having an episode BUT I have to sit and go back and forth with ole front desk lady because she didnt want to be helpful and thats fine, but i hope that anyone who has a child with any kind of attention disorders DOES NOT CHOSE THIS DENTIST. It is already hard and stressful to handle what we go through and to go to a DENTIST and to be treated so awful was so sad. Maybe stop over scheduling or hire younger girls who are happy to be there not old grouchy ladies who are just sitting waiting for lunch.
