Experiencia fantástica: The Dentist is very skilled in dentistry. His office is immaculate and the staff are very friendly. I'm so glad I chose this dentist who exhibits gentle care and extreme concern for the well being of your teeth and gums.

Experiencia fantástica: Love All the professionalism they showed me.

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional and courteous service provided. They addressed my concern immediately.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was very professional and polite. I felt at ease, and I usually don’t when I’m in the Dentist office.

Experiencia fantástica: Jill our hygienist is the best and Dr Sconion is very thorough and wonderful. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I am a relatively new patient to this practice. However, with Dr. Sconion, the staff has a very professional and cheerful vibe. This doctor has changed the climate in the office. There seems to be a team approach now. For example, all the staff had on team tshirts. The service received was excellent; the doctor has a friendly demeanor as well. I recommend this practice where you receive one stop shopping--dental service and periodontal maintenance. Jill, my hygenist, and the staff at the front desk were professional. Excellent customer service.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff is great! Always personable and have your overall health in mind. I highly recommend appreciate the genuine care you all provide. The hygienist is a blessing!

Experiencia fantástica: staff was extremely friendly and comforting, Mrs. Lisa cleaned my teeth and did a PHENOMENAL job!

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter had a great visit. The dentist was very gentle, attentive, and thorough throughout the visit. The assistant was friendly and knowledgeable as well. The dentist was informative about each decision he made and they both explained the process in detail. A referral was executed before we reached the front counter. Overall, my daughter had a great experience with the staff, dental assistant, and the dentist. Great job.

Experiencia fantástica: My first visit. This was the best dental appointment I've ever had. No kidding - THE BEST. Everyone is so kind and explained everything to me as they did it. I've found my forever dental team!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff at Chapel Hill Family & Cosmetic Dentistry were friendly, helpful, and fast. Jill was great, gentle, and thorough. Going to the dentist is not usually exciting, but having great service makes it easier. Thank you Jill and Chapel Hill Dentistry staff.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been coming here for about 4 years now and the service has been amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and wonderful bedside manner from the doctor/hygienist/assistants. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Experiencia positiva: This was my second visit after the deep cleaning. I was not told that every time you come they require antibiotics for every tooth that bleeds and your tooth number is 4 and higher. Insurance will not pay for this each time. It is a good practice but can be costly. I think this should be told to the patient on the first visit. Cost can run 180.00 on your visit. People like me on fixed income paying this or more every 3 months, requires budgeting. Care Credit is not the way. The service is great.

Experiencia fantástica: Carla provided excellent customer service and was engaging!

Experiencia positiva: So far so good since my 1extraction last year. Have another this Tuesday Dr Scoinon did a Fantastic job on the last 1 so no worries or doubts

Experiencia fantástica: All employees at Chapel Hill, family, and cosmetic dentistry are phenomenal. If you’re afraid of a dentist drill The employees and technicians put you at ease. Experiencia fantástica: Jill is the best. I have been going there over 20 years. Everyone always goes over and above to take care of me.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve finally found “MY” Dentist. The staff was thorough, warm and professional. I have tried a few dental practices since I moved back to Georgia and for the first time I feel like I was thoroughly taken care of. My niece referred me and I am so glad she did. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Great job!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff : nice and friendly The service: 10/10 would definitely recommend. Thank you for taking great care of my teeth.

Experiencia positiva: I was in search of a dental office that would allow me.to be a part of the decisions that affected me. Upon my arrival, I waited while they were helping someone who was.leaving (who seemed pleased with the repose they were receiving) which only took less than five minutes. I only waited approximately 5 minutes before my name was called. Everything was being explained as we went. The X-Ray process, the point process, additional X-Rays and even the cleaning. Once the doctor came into tje room, he was professional, warm and kind as he explained everything that was done and needed to be done. Also allowing me to ask questions as he went. We came up with a plan together and he actually listened to how I felt and what I wanted. I would definitely recommend this dental office to my friends as well as anyone looking for a dental office. Thank you for your warmth and caring nature for my first visit.

Experiencia fantástica: The entire staff understands good customer service. They are personable and professional as they execute their various responsibilities. The hygienists never make me feel less than or unheard and are encouraging and supportive throughout the process. When needed they even brought someone else in to hold my hand and them acting like it was normal truly helped me. I cannot thank them enough. Now going to get my teeth cleaned is truly not a big deal and I honestly didn’t know that was possible.

Experiencia fantástica: Great Dentist who gives you the truth unheard of these days who definitely deserves 5 stars

Experiencia fantástica: Very helpful & they have their clients best interest in hand! Showed me the best way to getting my dental problems fixed.

Experiencia fantástica: Very happy with the work they have done to fix my teeth. Time was running out to use my dental funds and they made room for me. I needed two teeth pulled and some bone work done and a partial. I did have pain yesterday, I took one Tylenol 3 at 8p.m. I woke up without pain. I have not taken Tylenol 3 or, anything for pain today. I do not have swelling. I want to say “Thank You.” Thank you! You did awesome dental work for me.❤️

Experiencia fantástica: My Dentist retired and I needed one for extraction of 2 teeth. I’m petrified of Dentist’s as I grew up so I’m googling local dentist’s trying to find one for emergencies. Chapel Hill was the only one that accommodated my needs. I was in the chair thinking about going under and she said there will be nothing, not even gas. I was ready to walk and was persuaded by the assistant to go for it. I didn’t feel anything except embarrassed. He’s one of the best dentist in west metro!

Experiencia negativa: Be careful, check your benefits, they will over charge for unnecessary treatments. Then blame the insurance company for not approving.

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly and knowledgeable staff !!! They made me feel very comfortable and insurance details were explained thoroughly and with great patience! Five star treatment for sure!

Experiencia fantástica: They all are so nice. And friendly And they made me feel so comfortable there, thank you all for everything

Experiencia fantástica: First time to a dentist in a very long time. Very professional and helpful. The dentist isn't intimidating and resourceful/knowledgeable and Lisa was great taking the x-rays and helpful answering all questions and making me feel comfortable and accepted and not judged. They used updated technology very impressive Hopefully my insurance and the dental fee's aren't out of this world but can't wait to restore my smile again. I can't wait to feel like a human being again. They do dentures and having a lot of extractions done. I appreciated when you took my anxiety seriously and the work on bottome that he could do here he referred me to an oral surgeon to be calmer if needed. That made me feel at ease. Office very welcoming

Although, it has changed dr’s about 3 times since I’ve been here, I must say, it is always pleasant experience. The staff is incredibly professional and extremely friendly. They are up to date with technology and my dental experience is always phenomenal, especially since I hate going to the dentist. Most recently, Dr. Sconion and his staff superseded my expectations. He completed a cavity fill for me and not only did I not feel a thing, he walked me through each and every step. This will be my forever dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: The lady that scheduled our appointments was horrible. Rude. Constantly interrupting. Making you repeat yourself because of the interrupting. Everyone in the office was perfect. Patient, kind, and gave the absolute best care to us. I’m referring everyone I can. I’d just find someone else to book appointments because that woman gave a horrible first impression.

Experiencia fantástica: I brought my son in for a last-minute teeth whitening before prom, and they were kind enough to squeeze us in. Experiencia fantástica: Finally a dentist who doesn’t force you to come in for an “evaluation” before a cleaning or make you do a 4 step “deep clean”. Took my kids in for a cleaning and guess what? They got a cleaning! Jill is great! Perfect.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is approachable and professional. My teeth have never looked and felt so good. Jill, the dental hygienist is amazing!

Experiencia fantástica: As a new patient I’m proud to say I’ve found a dentist closer to home. Upon arriving to the office, I was a little hesitant because the office seemed a bit dated. I decided to not “judge a book by its cover”. Glad I did. The office is equipped with the latest technology and each person I met were both professional and knowledgeable.
