Experiencia fantástica: I needed to have a tooth extracted and went online around 5:00 PM to look for an appointment. To my surprise, I was able to schedule one for 9:00 the very next morning. I’ll admit, I was a little concerned that I might be walking into a typical corporate, run-of-the-mill dental franchise. I couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised. From the moment I arrived, it was clear this was a professional, well-run dental office with excellent systems, policies, and procedures in place. Everything was handled efficiently and smoothly. From the time I walked through the door until the extraction was completed was only about an hour, including all the X-rays, diagnostics, and the procedure itself. Jezzel was absolutely great! She was friendly, kind, attentive, and just an awesome person to have assisting the dentist. She helped make an unpleasant situation a much better experience. Five days later, I was still experiencing some pain, so I walked in at 9:00 AM without an appointment. I was in the dental chair by 9:02! They took X-rays, had the doctor examine me, applied medication for the pain, and I was walking back out the door by 9:20 AM. To top it off, there was no charge for the follow-up visit. From the initial appointment to the unexpected follow-up care, the efficiency, professionalism, and customer service were exceptional. My experience honestly couldn’t have been better, and I would highly recommend them!

However it was in such a loving kind way. I could tell they really cared about my health and well being as we laughed together. Once I went to Megan who went over the cost of what needed to be done (which blew my mind). She assisted on how I could bring that number down to under half of the original cost for that I am so grateful. I am so happy that I went to Aspen Dental. Go Aspen Dental Staff you all are awesome. I would recommend you all to everyone I could think of.

Experiencia fantástica: I love Aspen dental. Not since my small-town family dentist growing up have I felt so welcomed by a dental team. Most medical/dental offices have different faces each time you go in. Not this office. Every time I have an appointment I know I’m going to see my friend Charlotte. I bonded with Charlotte four years ago because I wanted to watch the World Cup on tv while she was cleaning my teeth (which she happily obliged). Over the years, Charlotte and I have shared stories about our families, interests, vacations, and life changes. What’s wild to me is that she remembers all of it six months later. I’m a customer service manager, and I’ve worked in many industries. Charlotte is one of the best customer service professionals I’ve ever met and she just so happens to clean teeth very well. The best part about it? She doesn’t make me feel bad when I haven’t cared for my teeth in an optimal way. She gives advice, tells me why, and finishes with encouragement. She should honestly write a book on how to provide best-in-class customer service for dental and medical professionals. Take this review for what you will, but I’m just some random dude. I have no doubt that Charlotte builds the same level of rapport with each patient she sees. Thanks for hiring the best, Aspen! And maybe consider offering Charlotte to train new-hires on how to make customers for life. *wink*

Experiencia fantástica: I brought my 89yo mother to them. She was having problems with 2 teeth. Both cracked and painful. (They were old teeth…) Got her in same day. Had both teeth evaluated and extracted in less than 2 hours. She was shocked how easy and painless it was. She said once she’s 100 she’ll have to give of the chips and salsa but not yet.

Experiencia fantástica: Going to the dentist has always been anxiety ridden for me. The unknown of how much and how bad the problem was always intimidated me. I started having bad tooth pain and searched for a place that was transparent in pricing but also compassionate bed side manner. They got me in less than 12 hours and were so attentive from the front desk making sure I had an insurance they took and letting me know the price up front if I didn’t. The assistants were so wonderful and friendly and helpful. They made everything so seamless and efficient. The dental hygienist, Charlotte, was the sweetest, she gave me the education behind everything, which I personally love. After I saw her, I saw the Dr , who was very nice and let me know all of the options I had without scaring me. Then I talked to the office manager, Megan, and she was absolutely awesome. I really felt like she was on my side. She made it happen with financing and scheduled my procedure for the same day! They have so many financing options and make the treatment possible so that you’re not in pain and not putting off treatment either. We made a game plan and I’m confident moving forward with my treatment! I cannot say enough about this staff, made me feel seen and comfortable (even when I was crying lol) I’d recommend them hands down. Thank you guys for taking such good care of me! ❤️

Experiencia negativa: Single worst dental experience in my life. Imagine them asking you to pay in advance for services they have not yet rendered, and you may or may not need. Then imagine paying in advance, and them still screwing up the scheduled appointment. It's like a bizarro world where corporate America came up with the idea of what a dental experience should be, without ever actually talking to any patients or customers. As a semi intelligent human, it was painful dealing with staff who wanted to explain the same thing, that you already know, 4-5 times. While being moved from room to room, before bam - they vaguely gesture at some line items on a monitor that results in a significant bill. Even the music in the office was bad, and I like reggaeton, at a beach party, but not in a dental office. I can see zero reason, other than my case having no other local insurance options, anyone would use this place. There are tons of better choices in the area.

Experiencia negativa: Not the greatest experience. I feel some of the staff there does not listen to the patients concerns. I’m stuck with a piece that doesn’t sit right and I’ve been told it’s normal. Tried rescheduling was given a time and date and when I showed up they didn’t even have me scheduled! If you can go somewhere else please do!!! Very unhappy with my product and experience with them I am having to go to another area to help with a new set because they can get my current one correct. Avoid!!

Experiencia negativa: Genuinely the worst dentist office I’ve ever been too, from the front staff to the treatment I received. I had a filling that was so bad I couldn’t chew on one side of my jaw for 6 months. It fell out eight months later and I had it replaced by a different doctor. They convinced me to get the Motto treatment for my bite, which I got done at a different aspen because of how bad this office was. I chose a different aspen to do the Motto treatment and they can’t even fix the concerns; that cause me to buy it in the first place. I wasted my money on a treatment that did not fix the concerns, they told me it would fix. They will upsell you to make money and they do not care about you. frustrated is an understatement... You will wait 50 minutes for your appointment and have minimal time with your doctor. Highly recommend going to a smaller practice who can actually take the time to treat you responsibly.

The front desk staff was very accommodating, the manager Bryan walked me through pricing , and really made it affordable . The quality of work is outstanding—you can’t even tell it was chipped. Experiencia negativa: Kind of annoyed. My husband called at 9:15am to see about our new insurance and getting a quote on what I needed done. They promised him a call back. I got off work at 3:30 and called to get the quote since they completely forgot to call him back, they needed the insurance number from me which my husband had in his wallet so I asked her to call him back instead. She called him and said she would call him back with the quote before end of day. Fast forward to 5:45pm and no call. We called three times in a row before 6pm hit, when they close, and no one would answer the phone. Can anyone in this office just get me a quote for services I need done or not? I’m pretty frustrated at the lack of communication…..

Experiencia negativa: Beware! They will make you prepay for a procedure to “save your appointment slot” but you may not end up needing the procedure at the next appointment like I didn’t. You will NOT get your $ back or get their overseas billing service to understand how to file claims. They lie & say they sent the claims but they never do. On top of that, their office manager, Brian, doesn’t return my calls to resolve the situation & said my insurance policy is inactive when it’s not. He tried to reverify with the wrong insurance carrier when he had no problem verifying at my first visit when he made me prepay! Aspen Corporate sent an auto reply email that said they’d contact me within 48 hrs but didn’t. I have began formal complaints with every agency I know to try to stop this fraudulent madness and get my refund. How ironic that there’s a Facebook group named Stop Aspen Dental-so many complaints similar to mine! These crooks need to be stopped!

I told her I was interested in Invisalign due to my bottom teeth shifting a bit. She went above and beyond to see if my insurance would cover for it and asked her manager to look into. Experiencia negativa: I do not recommend this dental practice. For one of my very first appointments here, I needed to get a teeth cleaning and one tooth extracted both that should have been 100% covered by my insurance but instead I ended up paying $700 out of pocket. The manager (woman, can’t remember her name, she is Hispanic and has an office that is all pink) told me that my insurance wouldn’t cover and she was very rude and pushy about me and getting these services done. I needed it done so I just went ahead and paid for it. That manager was so horrible. I wished that I had just left and went back to my regular dentist. Now that I think about it, they probably split up my appointments so that they can tweak something in the system so that my services weren’t covered and I’d have to pay them 100% out of pocket even though my insurance should have covered for those services. It clearly states in my insurance. (My crown had fallen off so I needed my tooth extracted asap) The second time I came, I had my cavities filled and I ended up asking If I could get a old filling that had some plaque on it re-done in which the male manager said he would check to see if my insurance covered for it and he came back and said it did so I just went ahead and did it. They were kind of slow that day, they obviously needed some more work so they did what they could to get that extra service from me. A few weeks later, I get billed for that filling even though he said insurance would cover for it. To this day, I’m having so much problems with my fillings, anytime I drink something cold my teeth are very sensitive. The dentist obviously did something wrong. I even came back for her to fix it and my tooth is still sensitive. I will never return to this dental practice. I truly believe the staff is trying to scam you out of your money and the dentists here do not know what they are doing. It is all a scam the things they are trained to do at this practice. Highly do not recommend. Go to Rose Dental, they are honest and do a better job than this horrible place.

However, you sent an email to confirm my appointment which included "Directions ". I pushed it and followed the directions which led me to a private residence east of IH-35. I tried 3 times, each time, it was wrong. I managed to find the address and got there late and your staff fit me in. I'm glad with my visit.

And I have neglected to go see a dentist for fear of just dentist in general and knowing that I didnt eant to know what I had going on with my mouth. I have been to several dentist from oregon all the way to texas and this clinic has by far helped me out the most that any clinic has. I got set up on a payment plan, I got approved for credit and was able to get 4 teeth pulled and even after having 4 teeth pulled i really am not in mich pain. Experiencia negativa: Will first of all i went in there just to find out that to get just a bottom implant.Said the bottom dentures cost $16,000.00 and I had a denture repair just one tooth popped off my bottom denture, that was a $160 and it was gonna be ready in 2 hours and 15 minutes before they closed, I had to call them to find out that I have to wait until the next day to pick them up because they never called me to come and get there when they were ready, like they were supposed to So I wouldn't recommend this place. Honestly, I didn't feel very comfortable. I didn't think that I was heard and I don't think that I should have been just in and out. They say that they make your dental work affordable for you. No, they don't. Getting one implant on the bottom of my mouth costs more money than what I still owe my truck.Not to mention, the dentist told me that I needed plastic surgery reconstructed surgery on my bottom jaw.I just didn't like it.I didn't like it and I didn't feel comfortable and I will not go back there

Experiencia fantástica: The best dental care I’ve been to in 40 years. The dental staff is excellent. I recommend them to everyone. Dental care that really cares

Experiencia negativa: I have multiple complaints on my experiences with Aspen Dental. First, I scheduled an appointment for a regular dental cleaning, but they would only do a "new patient visit" (even though I have been there several times before) and insisted that I schedule the cleaning in a second visit. Second, when I walked in, the receptionist told me that I have a past due balance of over $300 from my previous visit, during which I only had a basic dental cleaning performed. With my insurance, I should have only needed to pay $12. Their computer system was down at the time, and they clearly made some kind of mistake, whether it was too long of a delay in making the claim or something else. They tried to blame the insurance company and told me that they were currently trying to work with the company to solve the problem, but that I may be responsible for the full amount if the company doesn't pay. Third, during at least one previous visit, the receptionist tried to charge me over $100 for basic dental cleaning, even though I should have only paid $12. Luckily, I spoke up and didn't simply pay whatever she asked for, because when she checked with someone else in the office, they informed her that I was right and should only be charged $12. Fourth, when some additional dental work was going to be scheduled, someone went over the cost breakdown and said that insurance may or may not cover some costs and that I could end up paying more. Yet, my insurance provider clearly lays out the costs for every possible item. Finally, earlier this year, I received a letter from Aspen Dental indicating that they would no longer be accepting my insurance, yet, as of today, they are still accepting it. If you're rich and don't care about paying more than you should, feel free to go here, as the dentist and hygienist were both nice. Otherwise, I recommend that you go to a different dentist. I personally will never go here again.

Experiencia negativa: My visit to this facility was extremely disappointing. The x-ray department initially informed me that I required a regular cleaning, but when I attempted to schedule an appointment, I discovered that they had changed the treatment to a deep cleaning, which is not covered by my insurance. I explicitly requested a regular cleaning, but they refused to provide the service. I asked to get my x-ray and showed it to another dentist. I found out I was right; I don't need a deep cleaning for my entire mouth. There is just a small area that needs it. But they wanted to do that for my entire mouth and get my money.

Experiencia negativa: Bad Experience – Be Cautious if Using Insurance If you're planning to have major dental work done, such as implants, make sure the billing staff know what they're doing. Aspen Dental charged me the full amount upfront, even though my insurance should have covered over 50% part of it. I'm now stuck working with my insurance company to sort out multiple billing errors from different service dates. Unless you're paying entirely out of pocket, I wouldn't recommend this place.

Experiencia fantástica: All the staff are super friendly They make you so comfortable, it's hard to remember your at the Dental Office. Dr Lee, Mike, and Rosie were Wonderful.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent care! I’am so happy I contacted Aspen Dental for my dental needs. Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor are a pleasure to meet. I was taken care of like family. ❤️ HIGHLY RECOMMEND giving them a call, even if you think you have a good dentist. I thought I had a good dentist until I went to Aspen and found out I didn’t need the work my previous dentist had recommended. I went straight to my old dentist and now I’am waiting for a $600 refund. Thank you Aspen Dental!
