Dr. Pitts takes the time to explain everything clearly, answers questions without rushing, and genuinely cares about his patients’ comfort and long-term dental health. The office is clean, organized, and runs on time, which I really appreciate. Experiencia negativa: My son had an appt @ 2:40. He doesn't have a car so I dropped him off and had to return to work. He's been locked outside in the heat since 2:25 because they decided they were to have an "office meeting" that the AI that answers their phone told him would last until after 3. So he's literally standing outside in 95 deg heat because they can't schedule office meetings at appropriate times. When I called to complain OF COURSE the AI answered. I'd suggest not bothering to use an office with such TERRIBLE customer service. According to him there are now multiple people standing around outside waiting on them. If I could give zero stars I would. Absolute trash of a place.

Haiden is young but very thorough and easy on the teeth, Dr. Pitts does good work and gives a great explanation of his recommendations, and the prices are very reasonable. I have been a patient of this group for over 40 years, and I plan on continuing for another 40 (ok, maybe less) years!

They aren’t going to overwhelm you with all the services that other offices say you need asap. They are great to work with and realize people aren’t made of money. So far I’m very pleased with the treatment I received.

I cannot say enough good about Dr. Finley and his staff for being not only aware of my needs but really in tune to my fear of more pain. Experiencia fantástica: The receptionists very quickly learn to recognize you by your face and name, and are always on top of check-ins, scheduling, and payments. If you don't have dental insurance, the in-house insurance they offer is extremely affordable and generous. Every hygienist is extremely friendly and personable, even if they aren't cleaning your teeth that day. Dr. Pitts and Dr. Finley are both very friendly, but are willing to tell you the hard stuff (in a nice way!) so you can begin working on overcoming any shortcomings. They also tell you what you're doing right! Haven't had any issues with anybody or anything here to date, so I will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist in town.

Somehow, Dr. Finley and his staff completely flip that experience on its head. From the moment you walk in, they go out of their way to make sure you are calm, comfortable, and genuinely at ease. Dr. Finley has a way of making you feel so relaxed that at one point I caught myself asking him if he could pluck my chin hairs. That is how comfortable I was. His staff is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and focused on making sure you have the best experience possible, even while every metal tool known to dentistry is happening in your mouth. If you are someone who dreads the dentist, this office will absolutely change your mind. It is hands down the best dental experience I have ever had, and I cannot recommend Dr. Finley and his team enough.
