Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was very friendly. Waiting time was short. The nurse helped me answer questions that were on a tablet. (Computer illiterate .) The doctor was thorough. They worked with me on payment.

Experiencia negativa: I had an appointment to have the prep work for a crown. The dentist filed off too much of my tooth and exposed the nerve. I have been having pain since Friday night. Called Monday they would not see me until Wednesday. I got there this morning and they were closed. I called and left a message, and they finally returned my call. I was told that the Dentist was out sick. They said they didn't know when he would be back in the office. I ask a logical question what I am suppose to do about the pain the answer I was given is i don't know what to tell you. This is not a way to run a business.

Experiencia negativa: Deceptive, predatory, and intentionally misleading practices I went to Aspen Dental in Tupelo, MS with a federal Delta Dental FEDVIP High Plan, and what they did was fraud, not a misunderstanding. They lied and told me my plan “does not cover crowns,” even though my plan clearly covers 50%. They refused to submit the claim, refused to verify the correct plan, and tried to force me to pay out‑of‑pocket for procedures that ARE covered. That is insurance misrepresentation, and it is illegal. Instead of treating my emergency— • a broken filling • a broken resin over a post • exposed tooth structure • active pain —they wasted two full days of my life trying to upsell unnecessary products, push add‑ons I did not need, and pressure me into paying cash for something my plan already covers. They ignored my emergency, ignored my actual diagnosis, and focused only on selling. This is not a dental office. This is a sales trap. After filing a complaint with the BBB, I discovered I am not the first. Aspen Dental has a long history of: • Insurance fraud • False coverage statements • Predatory upselling • Refusing to treat emergencies • Pressuring patients into unnecessary procedures There are multiple lawsuits and hundreds of complaints describing the exact same pattern. Aspen Dental knowingly misrepresented my insurance coverage, refused to process my claim, and attempted to charge me for procedures my plan absolutely covers. That is unethical, unprofessional, and dangerous. I do not recommend Aspen Dental to anyone. If you value your time, your health, and your money, stay away.

Experiencia positiva: First i will say that the staff is great. They are all friendly nice and do their job. They have never been rude or hateful at all to me. My problem is with the quality of my denture. I got my denture at the end of December. Full top Sinature Elite denture. I ended up paying over 3,000$ for it which is my fault of course for the financing but I am very disappointed at the fact that a tooth has fallen off 4 times. I purposely got the best offered to make sure the quality was great but I dont think thats what I received. The 1st tooth fell off a month after getting them. The second fell off the first of April. That one was "fixed" but fell off again 2 days later. Now today a different one just fell off. While I appreciate you guys always fixing them, I dont think thats the solution after this many times. Each time I have to come to the location and wait for a hour or three and then hope it dont happen again. Having to walk around missing a denture tooth is embarrassing or having to hold the missing one while i eat and hope nobody notices. Now I have to wait until Monday afternoon to have this one fixed. So thats 4 days missing a front tooth. I am extremely disheartened by this.

They were kind professional loving, explained everything step by step, and even I told them I didn't have a lot of money they still helped me and when the process started they were so kind they even hold my hand because I was so nervous, after everything was done I didn't even have to take pain medication just that night and after that just clean my mouth and take antibiotics. So I CAN SAY THIS IS THE BEST PLACE I COULD EVER BE. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Dr.Moore explained everything before he started. He was gentle and caring. Constantly asking how I was feeling. Even though I had so many teeth pulled at one time, I felt very cared for. I will always use Aspen dental. I highly recommend them to everyone. Then Dr Moore called me the next morning to check on me. That shows how much he cares about his patients.

Experiencia negativa: Let me tell you what happened at the Aspen Dental. It was unbelievable. The waiting time was a little long. The front staff was great and the x-ray technician was also great. Butttt, I was waiting forever the dental hygienist. I final got up and asked someone when he/she was coming. Come to find out my husband told me, after we left, she was painting her fingernails at the front desk area, where he was waiting for me. Here is where "Corporate America" came into play. First of all she was very wired and kept licking her lips from dry mouth. And she start a - Sales Pitch - she said I needed deep scale cleaning and then she immediately brought up their version of the "Water Pik", at the front desk I can buy. Then, she went through my teeth rating each of them, so when that was done they printed out a treatment estimate. Then one of the front desk ladies came with a two page print out and started going through what the Ortho Specialist was going to do and they broke down the nitrous oxide in 15 minute increments and a list of TOTALLY unnecessary items. Bottom line the list was a total of $2,600.00 and change. Are you kidding me??? Oh, to boot they said that was my portion because insurance doesn't cover the Ortho Specialist to pull two wisdom teeth, they recommended that I get the other one pulled also. Their Dentist do not pull a simple wisdom tooth, which I was told it was because the Dentist doesn't feel comfortable doing it, excuse me isn't teeth pulling an important part of their schooling??? Did she/he miss that day?? So, during the1.5 hour appointment. My goal was a teeth clean and to pull a wisdom tooth. Oh, but they had to have this consultation for a new patient, it was to sell as many services they thought they could get, $$$$$, from me. It was disgusting the way they went about it and I knew exactly what they were doing. Trying to "SELL" as much as they could. I would bet 10 to 1, they have a monthly dollar quota for each office. I was a returning patient, but it had been a while. Bottom line, for a questionnaire at the front desk and x-rays the rest was completely unnecessary. So, I went because I thought it would be cheaper than my regular dentist and come to find out my regular dentist is 90% cheaper and my dental insurance covers him pulling two teeth. I have definitely learned my lesson. NEVER AGAIN!

Had surgery yesterday and was supposed to be seen today because the dentures they made was messed up but sent an email an hour before the appointment saying they needed to reschedule but won't answer the phone. Surgeon had said he needed to have been seen yesterday but nope and not today either. Do not use Aspen dental if you value your health at all!!!!

I'm one who was terrified of even the mention of the dentist BUT my teeth had gotten so bad (& I had put it off way to long) that it was affecting my health. So I finally decided to "bite the bullet", per se (Lol) ,& get ALL my teeth (18 teeth) extracted at once & get upper & lower dentures so after many weeks of researching, asking around, & reading many many reviews, I decided on using Aspen Dental of Tupelo. From Whitney to Dr. Benson & everyone in between, I couldn't have asked for a better experience!!! Whitney made the experience so easy & so informative & Dr. Benson is a very skilled, talented, professional Dentist!!!! Let me add, he did everything to keep me out of pain the entire process & I had very lil pain if any at all. Even the lady that helped with the financial side of things was great & did all she could to get the numbers where we wanted them. I definitely have found our new family dentist!!!! I will forever be grateful to everyone at Aspen dental for my new smile..... Which BTW is far better than I ever imagined!!!!
