Experiencia fantástica: I had a fantastic experience during my recent regular cleaning at Sundance Dental Group. Dr. Zho, my hygienist Melissa, and Diana were amazing throughout the entire appointment. They were courteous, attentive, and genuinely caring. Judith at the front desk was also incredibly welcoming and made checking in a breeze. My family knows I am usually the last person to go to the doctor or keep up with routine healthcare—let alone a dental appointment. However, this visit completely changed my perspective. I was thoroughly impressed by everything, from the comfortable atmosphere and high-tech equipment to the warm, personal care from the entire team. They took the time to make sure I felt relaxed and well-cared for every step of the way. I will definitely be returning for my regular checkups, and I will be enthusiastically recommending Sundance Dental Group to all my friends and family. Thank you to the wonderful team!

Experiencia negativa: My name is Hannah Royster and I went here about a year and half ago and saw Don Parker and have been too afraid to come back. I had a series of unfortunate events. I believe the other dentists here may be good. After my tooth canal and crown here I was in sever pain and had a tooth infection of my wisdom tooth. I had an impacted wisdom tooth due to crowding. My crown was made too large. My wisdom teeth were pulled and I was put in splints. My jaw was dislocated. I have crowding like I haven't before my tooth is larger and I have gum inflammation. I don't know if it was because I didn't get the higher priced crown. I wish I had now.

I was pleased with the ease of scheduling and the quickness of getting in for an exam. The staff was kind and made sure I understood what the plan was going to be and the financial responsibility. I was able to get my cleaning done that day as well ETA: Sorgalim Torres Hernandez was my hygienist and she’s just the sweetest!

Experiencia fantástica: Going to the dentist's office is no one’s idea of a fun day off; however, the care team at Sundance Dental is exceptional. The front office staff is kind and timely. Hernandez RDH, followed with an in-depth deep clean, and provided helpful patient education to improve plaque reduction, tailored to my needs. My dentist, Dr. Rekken, listened to my concerns despite a crunched time schedule and provided helpful patient education and radiograph interpretation with a kind heart. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: Darn I ran out of stars. These guys deserve at least 10 Stars. I've never had such good treatment 4 years of living in Arizona. I live over 80 mi away in Ajo and they agreed not only to do the cleaning and the exam on the same appointment but they managed to do a cancer screening in addition to, get this, my fillings! I didn't have to take multiple long trips. They wrote off a huge bill left over from the insurance company and my copay was less than I was told at the time. In addition overall I felt like I was working with grown adults that were lucid human beings that treated me like a human. That's as opposed to every other place I worked with. One of the assistants I was standing close to me and laughing out loud but it was my fault because I kept cracking jokes. It was as if I was being treated like these people were my friends with that kind of lite familiarity. Unbelievable.

I ended up having to have 2 root canals and crowns put in due to some serious nerve pain. Dr Parker and Carla were fabulous in diagnosing and even were able to get me in same day to see Dr Melde. I cannot say enough great things about Dr Melde and how amazing he was throughout the entire root canal process, he was so kind and even was willing to add me to the schedule despite it putting his dinner plans behind. Dr Parker was fabulous about getting the crowns put on along with his assistant Carla! I could not have asked to have been in better hands! Thanks again Sundance Dental Group Team!

Experiencia fantástica: Had my first new patient appointment today. My dentist is Dr. Rekken. One of the best dentists I have had in 50 yrs. I was nervous and she made me so comfortable, explained things, happy and positive person. I am very thankful, I was not able to have the cleaning today and had to reschedule which is hard because of my work schedule. I wish they had not been behind and could have done the cleaning while I was there. I hope for a pleasant cleaning experience with no pain!

Experiencia positiva: Been a patient for over 10 years and service and care is always stellar. I rescheduled an appointment for today (Christmas Eve) and didn’t have my normal care team. Dr Rekken was amazing, but the hygienist and assistant felt like they were rushing through their care. I was visibly uncomfortable and wincing from the pain. I wish they’d stopped and asked me what I needed as opposed to just getting my cleaning over with. I know it’s Christmas eve and we all have places we’d rather be, but it stinks when that’s reflected in the care that I received.

Experiencia fantástica: Yesterday’s I visited Sundance dental group from a recommendation from a friend. After a problem at my previous dentist and I was looking for something closer to home in Buckeye. Prior to my visit yesterday I’d actually only ever been to male dentists, however my first experience with a female dentist, Dr. Francuzik was wonderful. She had much smaller hands. I felt like she was able to move into my mouth a lot easier than my prior Dentist. Had great patient side manner, she let me know certain tips and tricks for my tooth sensitivity as well as things to look out for. She was very informative and very helpful and her assistant Anthony was also very accommodating and at explaining what was gonna happen next and putting my mind at ease. I'm not a person who enjoys going to the dentist, and as a child I had a lot of cavities, so as an adult when I go, I do feel a certain way, however, from the front office staff who was very kind as I walked in and greeted me upon arrival, all the way until I finished my appointment and paid... everyone was very helpful kind and I definitely will be back!

Sundance dental was a new dentist for me but from walking in and checking in with the receptionist to meeting the dental hygienist Karla, to Dr Zhu, everyone was so kind and amazing! My hygienist Sorgalim is very professional and ensures everything is communicated what is happening before during and after the checkup and cleaning. The rest of the support staff are always respectful and responsive to any questions I may have. This is clean and well maintained dental facility. I 100% recommend them.

Experiencia negativa: Multiple times now, and for my parents, the wait time is RIDICULOUS. My mom had to walk out after waiting in the lobby for 2 hours. I had a regular cleaning and 2.5 hours later am STILL sitting in the chair in the back waiting. Go somewhere else, this place has gone downhill.

Experiencia positiva: I’ve been a patient at Sundance Dental for 13 years and I’ve been experiencing problems ever since they changed locations (not that the location has anything to do with it, but it was around that time when I noticed a chance). I’ve had scheduling issues where after making an appointment 6 months in advance, they’ve tried to reschedule me two days prior. Always have insurance issues. I’ve had to jump through hoops with my insurance company only to find there was no issue to begin with (on my end). They charge me for services that are covered by insurance, and they end up crediting me the next visit. (Not a huge deal but I don’t understand why I’m being charged up front for something that is covered every time) Ever since the move I’ve been getting random dentists. I had a cavity filled and the filling cracked after two months. I was charger to re-do it and then it was so tight I could no longer floss and had pain from it pressing against the other tooth. They fixed it a second time and now I do not have pain, but still have a hard time flossing. I’ve spoken with past employees who have left due to various reasons and I will most likely be changing dentists offices to stop the cycle of dysfunction. I’m not gonna say this office is inherently bad, but I feel that I could receive better care elsewhere.

Experiencia fantástica: I needed a molar extraction and Dr. Perez made the experience as good as it could possibly be. I’ve had the same procedure in the past and it was a nightmare starting with a very painful anesthesia injection. Dr. Perez injected me with the anesthesia and I hardly felt it at all. She kept me informed with every step she took and that helped me feel comfortable and relaxed. In addition, she adds her great sense of humor which made the experience even better.

Experiencia negativa: The office staff does not know how to properly perform their job twice i had them move or cancel appointments with no notice from them. They claim that in both situations they claimed the spoke directly with me when they never did. My family and I are seeking a different dental office to visit and will not every be returning to this office and I recommend you do the same

As I went to a newly opened dental office near my new home for the convenience, “BIG MISTAKE”. Convenience is not the best. The service at Sundance is head and shoulders above any of the dental offices I’ve went to in the valley. The front desk staff (customer service focused), Xray tech (explained the process) and the Dr was AWESOME . The hygienist was incredibly patient and thorough, did I say thorough? You cannot and WILL NOT go wrong with Sundance Dental. Pricing is very fair, especially compared to my convenience choice. Granted I like many HATE the dentist. But I’m actually looking forward to next years cleaning. Keep up the great work.

But this time my hygienist Sol really took care of me and is always so sweet! I had a cold sore couple days before my apt and it didn’t dawn on me until the night before that it was going to sting during my cleaning and xray. I got to my apt and didn’t mention anything, but Sol noticed and applied petroleum jelly without hesitation. It was a thoughtful gesture and attention from your part! Thank you Sol!

Experiencia fantástica: Was having some pain and issues with a wisdom tooth that had came in. I had been putting it off due to anxiety and thinking it was going to cost me a small fortune. Finally it became too much to bear with. I made an appointment online over the weekend to be seen Monday afternoon. I saw Dr. Zhu and she confirmed that tooth needed to come out. She gave me the option of her pulling it with some local numbing or to see the oral surgeon the following day and to be put to sleep for the procedure. The patient coordinator came in and gave me pricing for both. To my surprise both options were very reasonable. I chose to have Dr. Zhu pull it right then. Let me tell you I was shocked with how easy the procedure was. My appointment started at 3pm and by 4:15pm I was driving home!! I’m sure not every wisdom tooth extraction will go as easily as mine but I am so grateful to Sundance Dental, Dr. Zhu and the patient coordinator (so sorry I forgot his name) for the excellent care I received. I will continue to have my dental needs taken care of at this office. Thank you!!

He took his time to explain everything in detail and was just a comfortable person to talk to. Melissa was my hygienist and she did amazing job she was super nice and just like Dr. Parker, she informed me about the importance of dental hygiene and was very careful yet efficient during my cleaning. Mayerly and Diana!! They have to be of my favorite people during this experience! Those ladies were absolutely amazing during my entire visit from x-rays to check out, they were the nicest and made me feel the most comfortable. I also met other ladies but I didn’t get their names but if I did, I’d write about everyone! I highly recommend this office if you’re in the Buckeye area or any neighboring towns.

Experiencia negativa: This is now at least the second time that this office has canceled BOTH of my children's appointments when I have rescheduled only one of their appointments. Even though they acknowledge that they are not sure what happened, they do not remedy the issue. This is unacceptable and we will be taking our dentistry needs elsewhere. The actual service by Dr. Parker, other doctors, and hygienists is spectacular. That's the only reason this isn't a one-star review.

Experiencia negativa: Patients are nothing but numbers to them. They think nothing of leaving you in the chair for 1/2 hour, waiting for the next hygienist to do her part. And this was after sitting in the waiting room until 25 minutes past my appointment time. It shouldn't take almost 2 hours for a cleaning and 5-minute exam by the Dr.

Experiencia negativa: Worst customer service ever, took the a week to submit the required documents to my insurance all the while having to deal with pain because I broke my front tooth. This is not accounting for the "estimate" provided if you can call it that. Typos, errors and even admitted on their "estimate" that they had not spoken to my insurance yet. It's been a week. An estimate is supposed to be an itemized break down of the projected expenses the customer is going to incur from the provided product or service. Subpar to say the least don't waste your time.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience here after not being at the dentist for a few years. The doctors and surgeons are very knowledgeable from the consultation to a root canal to an extraction, everyone communicates very well. I had a lovely experience with the receptionist team and a special shout out Mariah! You are amazing at your job !

Experiencia negativa: Went in for X-rays and teeth cleaning this morning. First time at this office as we had to change our insurance and previous dentist not in network. Was told everything looked great except a few spots on my gums. Said I required a deep cleaning including the use of a laser. An over 7000 dollar procedure that after insurance my part was almost 800 dollars. I opted out on that and requested just a basic cleaning and polishing. Was told that they would not do a basic cleaning if deep cleaning was recommended. Is it just me or does that sound a little fishy? After I told them I didn't want the deep cleaning, was told "Ok, you're all set, bye." I can see why so many go to Mexico for their basic dental needs. On a positive note, NO CAVITIES!

I walked in without an appointment and Logan went out of his way to get me in . Just amazing service from Logan !! Dr. Francuzik and her assistant were both so very kind and helpful . They explained everything to me as it was happening and they were very easy to talk too . I also REALLY appreciated that they didn't try to up sale me with anything that I didn't need . Experiencia fantástica: Not gonna lie, I’m afraid of the Dentist, or was. I needed a tooth pulled because it was loose and hurting. Dr. Culver was amazing. I’ve never been that numb ever and I felt nothing. Definitely going back to him. Nice guy, explained everything and very thorough.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been coming to this office for a couple years now. I love my doctors & staff. The hygienist I’ve been with mostly is Sol and she is amazing and caring. Always walks me through my cleanings! I’ve seen Dr. Parker as well as Dr. Rekken. They answer any questions I have and always spend time with me versus getting you “in & out” of the office. The front desk staff proactive. Once I’m done with my visit they have cost, treatment plans, and my next visits timeframe ready to go. Good customer service is hard to find these days. Definitely takes good management to get a team this great. See you all in 6 months!

Experiencia fantástica: I have hyperdontia so I needed 6 teeth removed. They were super nice and informative. My appointment and surgery went well! I am glad I went here. They don't answer the phone too often but I missed most of their calls too so that was a two way street. I definitely recommend. My mom also likes them and she has a phobia for teeth so her being happy with a dentist visit is rare but she does well with the visits here.

Experiencia negativa: The doctor was very nice, but hard to believe that the two teeth that they are saying I need to have extracted for the amount of 10k are the same two teeth that I had to have crowns put on for 1.5k 6 months ago. Hmmm

Experiencia negativa: I wasn't satisfied with my visit here. Initially when I arrived for my appointment at 6:45 a.m. everything was going smoothly, however, after being examined by the dentist is when my dissatisfaction started. I needed a scaling and root planning (deep cleaning), the bill for a deep cleaning was coming out to be $884.00 out of pocket expense and I have insurance. This would not be my first deep cleaning so I was baffled as to how a deep cleaning with insurance would come out to that amount, it seemed the receptionist was getting irritated with me because I wanted a clear explanation. I called my insurance and gave them the code that's on the paperwork and the insurance estimated it to be $225.00 for four quads since she didn't have the paperwork in front of her to give an exact amount. I still haven't received a clear explanation from Sundance and the bill was never sent to my insurance so I figure there's some scamming occurring.
