Experiencia negativa: I bleached my teeth at 3 pm July 13 2026 and at 4pm I am done and it stayed the same color for $400 and they didn’t have the kit to give me. Disappointed and unsatisfied. And have the nerve to ask me to share my experience.

Experiencia fantástica: This dental office provided a thorough and positive experience. I needed my denture repaired due to a hairline crack. Prior to visiting, I contacted a couple of online dentists promising quick and cheap fixes, but they all required X-rays, exams, and ultimately claimed they couldn't fix it—one even made me feel like my case was hopeless. After praying, I felt guided to return to this office, where I had previously had my denture made. They scheduled me immediately and to my relief, they repaired the denture in just one day and it looks brand new!!! The staff is always professional, friendly and polite, and the office is clean and beautiful and quality of work is excellent. Highly recommend this office for best skilled dental care completely!!! I felt blessed to come back. You are in good hands here. You will not be disappointed.

Experiencia positiva: The service was fine, nothing truly exceptional. The wait time was abysmal and their schedule management is horrible. I went with my father on August 23. They told us to come back on December 13 at 9 AM. My father called on December 10 to confirm his appointment. It is apparently on December 17 at 12 PM. He got mad, so I'm leaving this review as a reflection of our experience, since I also recommended he choose a different place after waiting nearly two hours at this overbooked place the first time. I also remember watching someone get up after waiting 2 hours and they were from New York or something, said they couldn't wait any longer. Second visit was way better, we got in pretty quick. Got to wait a long time for a follow up though.

He saw me last week and said my issue is I needed old fillings re done. Went today and had it done in 20 min, I feel so much better. Will continue to see him.

Experiencia negativa: If you want good work on your root canal and getting the crown you pay for... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I paid for a porcelain front crown, found out in a different dentist it's not fully porcelain. It has the metal which makes the tooth look black.

Experiencia negativa: While the procedure itself was excellent—completely painless, and the doctor along with the assisting staff were truly amazing—my issue is with the payment process. Before and during my visit, I specifically asked about the cost of an extraction and was given a price range, which I was prepared for. However, after the procedure, when I went to pay, I was told they didn’t have change and then was suddenly informed that, since it was my first visit, I also had to pay for a consultation and x-rays. This additional cost was never mentioned to me beforehand. I felt blindsided and honestly, I left the office feeling like I had been robbed, especially since that was my last bit of money. It’s really unfortunate, because I was ready to commit to more procedures based on how great the clinical care was. But this experience has made me reconsider. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as transparency in pricing is just as important as quality care.

Experiencia negativa: This is the worst place to go. The staff is very rude and inexperienced. The doctor removed my wisdom tooth and I got the worst infection. I had to go back to which he reopened the incision to clean out infection and suture again. I was in so much pain and still am after 2 weeks. He was in a rush and did a poor job.

Experiencia negativa: Worst dental place I have ever been in my life, the wait is horrible and lobby and dental rooms are small. They kept telling me different numbers of cavities I had. Their anesthetic would wear off within 30-60 minutes leaving the tooth extremely sensitive to cold for months. In the initial cleaning they told me I have 12 cavities and 2 root canal, I then got less than 12 fillings and was told everything was fine after a couple sessions only to come back months later after a filling was still sensitive to anything close to a year they told me I had a hole in my tooth and filled I come back soon because my entire cheek was swollen because it was a root canal only then was I referred to Abra Dental and have never gone back since.

Experiencia negativa: This is one of the worst dental practices I've been to. Sat in the waiting room for 15 minutes, to then be put into a room waiting for the dentist to show. That wait was 20 minutes. The dentist and her assistant finally arrived, only to spend less than 5 minutes on my teeth. Never had such a quick cleaning in my life. They didn't even floss, so I know they missed things. I take care of my teeth, but to spend such little time on them is abnormal. All that wait just to be rushed off like that is unprofessional. Will not ever go back.

Experiencia negativa: I recently visited All City Dental for an appointment with Dr. Khan, and I have to say, my experience was quite disappointing. While the wait time was quick, I have never felt so rushed in my life. The technician who took my X-rays was extremely rude, which set a negative tone for the visit. Dr. Khan was kind, but unfortunately, the cleaning felt incredibly rushed. It half of my teeth were missed, and I was surprised that there was no mouth holder provided. I was left to hold my mouth open with my fingers, and when I expressed that I was in pain, my concerns were ignored. It felt like my appointment, scheduled for 4:30, was being hurried along because they were closing at 5. As I exited the exam room, the technician who took my X-rays made a comment, "Finally, she's done," before proceeding to mop right in front of me while I was trying to check out. To top it off, Dr. Khan was leaving with her coat on before I even finished checking out. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I will be contacting my insurance to report this experience. I will not be returning to this dental office.

Experiencia negativa: I was given a cleaning by Dr.Khan and it was one of my most painful experiences. It felt rushed, aggressive, and non-gentle. I do not recommend having it with her.

Experiencia fantástica: I like the place because it's near, easy to find place, the appointments are fast, you can be seen as a walk-in, the waiting time is not long and at least me, am always treated with respect and professionalism. The only thing I do not like is the parking because even when there are meter parking, sometimes you're with the doctor at the moment you need to add money to your balance and if you're by yourself, you are screwed.

The care and attention to detail are top-notch. I had some questions at the end of my visit and when I asked, Dr. Khan happily answered them. If you're looking for a dentist who genuinely cares about their patients and goes above and beyond, then Dr. Khan is definitely the dentist for you!

Experiencia negativa: I don't know the name of the doctor but when she went to see me if she spend 5 minutes with me was a lot, she got in the room and 5 minutes doing my cleaning (if you can call that a cleaning because she didn't do anything), she stated I don't have a cavity and do the cleaning really fast now she will charged my insurance for nothing while she was in the room with me. Another Dentist had COMPLETELY created a wrong mold so thinking and I was bringing my daughter back for the actual crown, only to discover it had to be done all over again. DMD Dr. Patal stepped in. He is WONDERFUL, he not only created the correct crown molds... He was kind enough to extend his work schedule because of the time my daughter got off from work. That was generous, understanding and above and beyond. However what I really liked about him is that he explained everything in detail. His manners is kind and he is a very thoughtful person. He did an excellent job, she left with confidence and a beautiful smile. Thank you so very much Dr. Patal!!! We are staying with All City Dental. All City dental, 639 Mount Prospect Avenue Newark New Jersey is a fantastic dental office. Especially Fariba Sharifan DMD. She is very thorough. She is sure-handed and painstakingly take your correct mouth measurements so that you will have a positive experience getting your dentures. She made things understandable like an old fashioned doctor. The service was pretty quick and the office was clean. I really like that office for all mine and my daughter's dental Care. Thank you

Puri (not too sure if that’s the correct spelling of the name) and not only did i wait 1 hour to be seen my (i was the 2nd patient) but when she went to see me if she spend 5 minutes with me was a lot, she got in the room and was on her phone 3 minutes texting and 2 minutes doing my cleaning (if you can call that a cleaning because she didn’t do anything), she stated i have a cavity and when i asked if she was going to fix it, she stated i’m too busy my friend you gonna have to come back another day, now she will charged my insurance for pretty much texting while she was in the room with me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS Dr.

Experiencia positiva: All of the women who work here are nice and so respectful but I went here the year before last and I had the worst experience and yes I still hold a grudge...I heard one of the drs talking about me in Spanish I guess he didn't know I understood Spanish and he very clearly said I've had my wisdom teeth in since I was 15 and that I'm probably trying to just get pain medication and that's why I haven't taken them out even tho I explained I didn't have insurance for a couple years and that's why I couldn't get them taken out before not sure which Dr because I heard it while I was in the hallway I just know he was male the actual experience wasn't bad but I feel like I was being judged and that's weird to me

My daughter cracked her front tooth and the temporary they used on her wasn’t even color matched to the closest color they had and it looked like they put a molar on her front tooth. Never again!!! After this visit today I will never come here again

Experiencia negativa: My sister had an appointment for a teeth cleaning in the fall. On appointment day, the cleaning was halfway done since the equipment "broke down". We were moved to a new room. The dentist was in a rush so she barely touched her and gave us a paste to clean her teeth at home. She also told us that she my sister had a cavity. She advised us to schedule a new appointment because insurance "required a new appointment". (I am checking with the insurance on this). I scheduled an appoinment for 11am. I was called to a room at 11:30am and the work to fix the cavity started at noon. During this time, the dentists and nurses are switching back and forth seeing other patients. Both the lack of respect for a patient's time and unprofessionalism are obvious. The above are all reasons for the rating of 2 stars.

She took me in multiple times, even for last minute appointments and she was always so attentive and caring to my preferences. Please believe all the negative comments, because they are true. The (male) Hispanic Dental assistant was so disrespectful even told me to shut up. The girls in the 2nd receptionist desk WOW OMGHEEE i have no words. They were all so rude and so disrespectful. I couldn't believe they treat patients like that. I honestly felt i was going to get attack by everyone. I took my mom and dad of 82 yrs old there and i wish you can see how we were treated. I will be reporting this office to the Better Business bureau. I truly hope this reviews help someone.

I will never go there for a checkup with her again. I explained to her I didn’t need X-rays I just had X-rays a week ago. She proceeded to tell the dental assistant to do X-rays then said she didn’t have time to work on my cracked tooth. So unhappy with this experience. I seen Dr. So there many years ago he was excellent.

They put in for approval to my insurance company to do a root canal, then brought me in to do it and made me wait an hour till they put me in a room to tell me they had to refer me to another dentist bc they can’t do that there. What? So why put in for approval from the insurance if you can’t even do the procedure? Answer: I was told they didn’t think it would get approved! Weeks in pain bc Dr. Garcia and his staff are incapable of doing what they say they can! “BEWARE OF DENTIST”

Experiencia negativa: This place is horrible! Had a 12:30 appointment (waiting room full) wasn’t called to the back for X-rays until an hour later finally saw the dentist and she barely did an exam. She was supposed to be reviewing my X-rays but I caught her looking at tic tock videos. She performed all of a 5 min cleaning. Then said that’s it and asked me to schedule for another cleaning. When leaving I noticed every one of the patients that I saw checking in while waiting was gone. They barely spoke English around me, I did not feel comfortable at all. Not a place if your not from their community.

Experiencia negativa: I’m very sketchy about this place. Dr. Lopez is a sketchy lady. Me and my wife had an experience like no other and let’s just say to keep it short and sweet. She is a liar. She doesn’t seem to care for her job and does a very poor job with her patients including me and my wife. She asked “why are you screaming?” To my wife when she was screaming in pain. Wow…. How respectful……. I originally wanted a metal tooth crown and she said she will pay out of her pocket to get me the other crown. And then she installed it and it just cracked on me. Experiencia fantástica: I came in with a severe tooth pain and was seen by Dr. Puri. She explained me that the tooth cannot be saved and it would have to be taken out. I was very nervous to take my tooth out. She took my tooth out in less than 5 minutes without pain. By the time I realized anything my tooth was out. She gave me all the necessary instructions and medicines. Loved her techniques and beside manners.

Experiencia fantástica: I am honestly terrified of the dentist and use to have perfect teeth being forced by my Mother. I haven’t been to the dentist since I was 17. The people here were so professional and walked me through my insurance process. They were also quick and on time. I was early didn’t have to wait long and this is definitely my new dentist and I feel comfortable putting my teeth in their care. I had a lady Doctor and she went in on my teeth and it was barely any pain and for me to say that that means a lot. I definitely endorse this facility

Experiencia negativa: I booked my appointment online on Thursday for May23 at 9:30 am and the receptionist had me waiting till like 10:30 while other people who came after me were taken in. Also they should have bilingual receptionist. And dentist gave me horrible service, she got water all over my face and shirt because she had no assistance. Horrible Service. 10/10 Do not recommend. This Horrible Doctor, Dr “Thruple” should be fired ASAP. I will report it to my insurance also. THE SERVICE SUCKS.

Experiencia fantástica: I have to say I love this office. Imagine going to a dental office and they didn't care about your pain just your pocketbook. Well this place is the opposite the dentist asked about my pain and removed my wisdom tooth that gave me months of pain. I didn't know that was why I was so miserable and aggravated. After the removale I had so much energy to get so much accomplished. Like a weight was lifted and they were so caring and gave written instructions on how to handle my mouth and an appropriate diet till it healed.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff are generally welcoming but my highlight is on this one dentist there. I must say that the services rendered by Dr. Nividita Puri is exceptional. She is the most gentle dentist to have done dental work on me. I had a root canal done in the past and that experience, I do not want to remember enough to mention, then I had a root canal done by Dr. Puri recently, I couldn’t believe when she said all done. This was an experience to remember. So gentle and efficient. Thank you Dr. Puri for such a wonderful job.

Experiencia fantástica: The only reason that this review is getting 5 stars and NOT the 1 start i wanted to give is because of Dr. Puri. I was first treated by Dr. Garcia and i had a terrible experience with him. He has terrible manners, rude, condescending, does not take time to explain and leaves me feeling totally uncomfortable, and seems to have a smart a** answer to any questions i asked. After having my mouth butchered by Dr.Garcia, as i was walking out i over heard another patient praising Dr. Puri so i decided to give All City Dental one more chance if i would be able to switch to her. Dr. Puri is super sweet, funny, gentle and takes her time to explain what she will do before she does it and answered all questions no matter how silly the question was. She fixed. what Dr. Garcia did and i left the office much happier and taken care of. I highly recommend anyone going to that office to see Dr. Puri, She is a life saver and amazing doctor.

Experiencia negativa: Dwight Garcia is the worst Dentist I have ever met, My appointment was at 4PM, waited 2 hours before I see him, then he did not wanted to clean my teeth and telling me I have bad Gum Disease I beg him to clean my teeth and I regret asking him they way he clean it, i started to bleed he was like an animal he rip my gum and took less than a min to clean, it was so painful so I decided to see another Dentist he told me I do not have anything like that, I would not recommend anyone to see an animal like him.

Experiencia negativa: I do not understand why they continue to allow their staff to work without a mask in a medical office. On their website, they state masks are required for patients, so why not of staff? It is very unprofessional, especially when staff are visibly coughing up a storm. It shows the lack of ethical concern to maintain well being for not only the patients, but also the rest of the staff. Seriously, we are in the middle of a peaking pandemic. It is not that hard to wear a simple mask, especially if you chose to work in a medical office. The only reason why I come here is because of Dr. Singh and her dental assistant. Otherwise, I would hate to be a patient here.

Experiencia fantástica: I always had a phobia with dental offices but they made that fear go away they made me comfortable were very nice made sure I felt no pain it's been a good experience down from the people at the front desk to the dentist that pulled all my teeth out I have no complaints and will always stay with this dentist office and I recommend them to everyone.

Experiencia fantástica: So let me start off by saying I usually have very bad experiences with dentists, and have had to change several times. I made an appointment with Dr. Singh because I heard how knowledgable she is. Even though this office is over a 30 minute drive from me, I am glad I came all the way. Dr. Singh was very kind and actually listened to my pain. I've had many dentist in the past belittle me and ignore my complaints. She explained to me very well what was going on and the plan going forward in my care. She politely answered any questions I had, which kept me very calm and reassured. During my temporary filling, she was very gentle! For anyone who usually fears going to the dentist, I highly recommend her. Especially for younger children, she knows how to talk to people and keep the anxiety down.

Experiencia negativa: The folks here are the worst! First, they flat out lied about not accepting my insurance, then when I made them to call the insurance, they said oh yes we accept your insurance but we have to put a claim to see what’s the cost! Guess what, another lie! They didn’t put a claim with the insurance at all!! They simply want you to pay for their service because they’re too lazy to their job. They also closed their office because of the state of the emergency, but sent reminders to come to office! Then I went there and saw they’re closed!! What kind of office they’re running here?? Shame on them. Never ever go here!

Experiencia negativa: This dental services is the worst one I ever have experienced. They scheduled my root canal which was an emergency and the day of the appointment their office was closed. They didn't call me to say they are not in the office that day and interestingly they sent the a reminder for the appointment. They are so irresponsible . Do not even think about this dental office.
