Experiencia negativa: Would give zero stars if it was an option. Worst, most terrifying, traumatic experience of my life in a dentist office. They lack compassion. They are incompetent. Won’t even commit to making a new appliance when the one they give you is obviously unusable in every way. Can’t talk, eat, or drink with these in. The molars are imbedded into the gum, leaving no chewing surface, they test are uneven, and the bite is not right. Even after they filed everything they could, it was still way too big for my mouth. First 2 photos are before they filed it and last 2 are after they filed it. Edit: since the “owner” is saying that Aspen came up with a resolution for me…. The resolution was not made by this office. I decided it was best for me if I initiated the refund for the unusable appliance they refused to remake. This resolution only fixed the issue of me carrying around an unusable appliance. I am in contact with an attorney. I am filing complaints with the BBB and the WA State Dental commission. I already went to corporate, they are a joke. They just direct you back to the place that traumatized you. I have never in my life been tormented and treated the way I was in this office. I was lucky to find a new dentist, with compassionate staff, who are competent in their work.

Experiencia negativa: I scheduled appointments for my two sons a month in advance and arranged our family schedule around them, only to be told the day before that they do not see children under the age of 13. That was extremely frustrating and disappointing. As a small business owner myself, I believe it's important to be upfront and clear about what services you can and cannot provide so customers can make informed decisions. Initially, I was told the office didn't have the necessary equipment, but after calling back, I learned the real reason was simply that the doctor does not see children under 13 by personal preference, hence not having the equipment. There is nothing wrong with having that policy, but it should be clearly communicated when appointments are made. Waiting until the day before wastes families' time and forces them to rearrange schedules unnecessarily. I hope this policy is made more transparent in the future so other families don't experience the same inconvenience.

The staff is super nice and helpful, and the doctor always makes the process feel easy — he even jokes that it’s his “easy job,” and it really feels like that with him. They use good technology, they do good work on me every time, and I appreciate how they take care of me.

I felt better the next day, and of course will take all meds until they're gone. Was able to schedule appts. for an ongoing issue. And in addition I was not even charged for my first visit due a new promotion! Can't beat that with a stick!

And the dentist and a assistant said that 4k for a root canal was alot. A over priced. But then when I went to go to billing they wanted to charge me 6k then put a 22 percent off discount and it was still 4k. Idk little odd.

I got my teeth cleaned and filled here, 6 months down the line I am still suffering from tooth sensitive as a result of that filling, even after going back to have them fix it. They also gave me a zero balance and weeks later returned to say I have an outstanding balance of over 1k, after making so much trouble, they asked that the bill will be sent back to my insurance , which I kept on following them up with them for an update. Just to receive a text from a debt collector that I owe 300bucks!!! This is totally ridiculous. Look for an alternative dental outlet

Experiencia negativa: A waste of time. I would give it less than 1 star if I could. I drove 1 hour to be seen only for the “doctor” to glance at my partial denture and say they were not fixable. I say “doctor” only because I have no idea who actually looked at them, I didn’t see anyone besides the dental assistants. But I know they’re going to bill my insurance as if I saw a doctor. Not to mention the office rescheduled my appointment 3 times. I called another office who got me in the same day and fixed them within 2 hours. I would not waste your time going to Aspen Dental. I do not recommend this often

Experiencia negativa: I was hesitant to go from the get-go. Staff is nice, doctor seem great. When I got my “plan,” the hygienist, added things that I feel are unnecessary. All I wanna do is get my teeth cleaned and have the tooth fixed that I need to get fixed. My cleaning with insurance was going to cost me $400 in itself with all the extra things they added. I pay almost $2000 a month for insurance. I’m not paying $400 extra for her plan. All I wanted was my cleaning and tooth fixed. What a scam!

The office manager on the other hand is worthless couldn’t even get us in to see the dentist knowing my mom has been having issues with her teeth since January 1st 2026 she called and we have to wait to be seen until next week. But Emily I highly suggest and recommend.

I called today to let them know I changed my mind I would like just a regular cleaning. She said told me since the dentist prescribed a deep clean I can't change it. I said what do you mean it should be my choice what I want done. She apologized and told me she is following doctors orders. And then asked if I wanted the refund process started. Yes please and then I cancelled the appointment. All I want is my teeth cleaned. Why should it be this difficult?! And why isn't it MY choice as to what procedure I want done? It is MY mouth, MY money! It is up to ME! Very disappointed by this place.

They saved my life and they were so quick to help me. I felt noticed and not ignored they were concerned on how they could honestly help me. I called to ask for help regarding an allergic reaction to an antibiotic they prescribed me. I was told that they would send something over at first but then that changed and i was told that I would have to commit to implants to receive help about the antibiotic??? I am so confused because I came to them for help with one tooth that needed pulled and now they dont even want to help because im not getting more work done than that? I am so disappointed because as you can tell from my previous rating I left there very happy. I dont know i will chance it again Unfortunately. Honestly probably one of the better dental experiences I've had. Lexie was super patient and understanding with me while she took my xrays and got me set up with the dentist. The hygienist (sorry I dont think I caught your name) she looked over my gums and answered all my questions which I really appreciated. The dentist was straight forward with what he could do and what the next steps would be for my care. He was willing to take care of things that my previous dentist did not. And last but not least, Libsey (sorry if I dont spell that right) was super helpful about explaining and breaking down the cost of each item of my future care. Thank you all!

Experiencia negativa: I'm from out of state and I had a filling fall out and needed it fixed ASAP and Aspen had availability. They took so many xrays of all my teeth and I only needed 1 fixed. I got the BS story of having issues with my gums, which I know for a fact is BS as my teeth and gums were already looked by a dentist 3 months ago and everything was good. They wanted to have me schedule a cleaning first before fixing the problem I came there for. I wasted my time there and got absolutely nothing out of it, but they got paid by my insurance for taking all the xrays and doing a complete mouth exam and all I needed was one tooth looked at in order to fix a filling.

At one point, someone called me while I was still waiting in the waiting room, and said she would check on it and never got back with me. I finally had to leave because I have other things to do. I considered letting them know I was leaving, but since they forgot I was there, why bother.

Experiencia negativa: What a horrible place. I had a abscess tooth and all the dentist wanted was for me to get implant teeth for $40,000 and didn't even take care of my abscess too. I had to go to the ER to get it taken care of because it got so bad. The finance lady did a soft credit check without my permission to see if I qualified for some amount of money to pay for implants that I told her repeatedly I didn't want. Every time she tried to push the implants on me and I said no she rolled her eyes like I was just some poor joke. I didn't even want to put one star but it's the only way it would let me process my review

There were several stages to go through. There was a bit of too much time between them averaging 15 minutes of just sitting there. The price was great and timeframe to actually get the new dentures was good.

Experiencia negativa: I made an appointment to have my partial repaired. Per the website, it quotes $49 and that it can be repaired onsite within a few hours. My appointment was at 2:30 and I arrived at 2:15. I was not called back until 3:00, at which time I had to have a full set of X-rays! I was told it was procedure for all new patients. I was then put in an exam room, where I had to have an exam by the hygienist! Then the doctor came in (he stood behind me the entire time and I never even saw his face)! He told me they would have to take impressions! I informed him, I did not need impressions, I only need my partial repaired. So he left and I was informed that I would have to leave my partial there and pick it up in 2 days! Needless to say, I left without getting the service they proclaimed on their website. Very disappointed!

Experiencia negativa: Treatment for an upper denture. This has been one of the most unpleasant experiences of my life. They make you pay upfront so you can't fire the Dentist (Dr. Mileski DDS). Seven months without teeth and promises made by the Doctor and broken repeatedly, with blame passed on to their lab. Beware of Doctors who are more concerned about their wallet then their patients. I hope that this is not common practice for all Aspen Dental clinics.

They walked me thru the plan to get things back on track and even helped make sure I had a game plan and understanding moving forward. They also were polite and eager to help me. The conversations I had with them made me feel like they actually cared about me and were willing to go the distance to make sure I was satisfied and in good hands. Made me feel like they actually cared. Would recommend to anyone needing help.

Experiencia positiva: My whole experience w Aspen Dental has been a ride. I had higher expectations since I have not been to see a dentist in a few years. I was scared,nervous, & not sure about the whole process. My main reason for going in was a broken tooth & it was a long,long wait. I was miserable the whole time. I hope that after my new crown has finally been put on,which it just was today ,that everything goes well. I have no plans on returning,unless something goes wrong with the crown. Don't mean to speak badly of this place, this was just my experience.

Experiencia fantástica: If you have any anxieties about dental procedures I strongly urge you to give Aspen Dental a call. From the first phone call Aspen has made me feel comfortable and heard. I went to them with extreme mouth pain and they gave me medications to fight my infection and to keep me comfortable until my procedure. Austin in the front area helped me out with finacing options since I didn't have insurance. The financing was easy to get signed up for and Austin made me feel like I was talking to an old friend. On the day of my procedure, I had to have two teeth extracted and I was terrified. The dental assistant took the time to make sure I was comfortable and talked me through everything so I wasn't surprised. I wish I could remember her name, we bonded over the same taste in music and I could tell she truly enjoyed her job. The dentist was absolutely incredible when it came to the procedure. I get really stressed about needles and tend to get light headed and pass out. The dentists hands were so soft and precise that I did not even feel the numbing injection at all. The dentist explained the entire process to me while doing it and reassured me the whole way. After my procedure I was shocked by how comfortable I was. I coud not say enough good things about this office and the incredible staff inside.

Very expensive for a business that advertises on affordability. Now we are in a medical emergency situation with no attainable options. Very discouraging. Hoping for a workable solution.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is very good so far I couldn’t get financing anywhere for my dental implant and aspen got me approved my appointment on the 14 the and I’ll tell you how it goes !!! Very excited I was about to go out of country but this place saved me the trouble !!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I really did not expect my experience to be as good as it was today, a lot of dentists offices that you visit nowadays the staff are not near as friendly as the staff at Aspen! Everyone was so polite and cheerful, they actually ask how you’re doing and don’t TREAT you like a stranger!!! The dentist that saw me was awesome, I NEVER once felt worried or like I was too afraid to speak up because my comfort level might be an inconvenience! And it was NEVER a thought that crossed my mind! He did such an amazing job!!! I will DEFINITELY be returning, I’m actually hoping I have an excuse to!

Experiencia fantástica: Got my appointment set right away. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I ended going back that day to book the procedure and they got me in at that time due to a cancellation. One front staff member remembered my name even though she wasn't the one who helped me. What a great experience. Thank you for making me feel valued.

Experiencia negativa: Went for a New pt exam and was told that I needed deep cleanings. I have been in the dental field for 18 yrs and knew I didn't need this type of cleaning. So I went and got a second opinion and was told that I did not need deep cleanings that I wasn't even close to needing deep cleanings. I normally do not right bad reviews but I feel this is something that needs to brought to light and that I do not trust the hygienist that gave me this diagnosis on Saturday.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m scared to death of dentists. But everyone there was so nice it eased my mind. David the business manager was so helpful & kind. Kianna was my dental assistant & she was amazing & so thorough & really did her job well. My dentist was very thorough also. Up front on my needs & will see him in about a week. Very professional & would recommend Aspen Dental to everyone. They also get you in when needed & are open on Saturdays.

Experiencia negativa: This place just rips people off. The hygenist told me I needed a special laser to clean my teeth because it had been a while since I'd been to the dentist. She hadn't even looked at my teeth! I have switched dentists and was able to get a cleaning done without the $4,000 price!

Experiencia fantástica: My name is April and today I went in new patient and had the best experience there I’ve had horrible experiences in the past with dental care and the staff and manager were so kind and made me feel comfortable and welcomed plus they did my deep cleaning the same day and they worked with me to find a good plan for me I love it here definitely bringing my kiddos future wise !!!

Experiencia negativa: The office staff is very unprofessional. Thier billing system is not accurate. They were charging me for preventative care that is 100% covered by insurance. Even after our insurance representative spoke with the office staff and verified that services were 100% covered, they refused to honor that coverage. They stated I could pay the amount and then Aspen would refund me. However, you have to fight them for months to get refunds from them as they don’t tell you when you have overpaid and they don’t send out refunds automatically. Do NOT use this office. They can’t be trusted financially.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Martin is not only very professional but he is very kind and comforting with patients. I have seen him a few times with dental problems and he has always made me feel at ease. Aspen dental is very lucky to have him on their staff.

Experiencia positiva: The Dr & staff were kind and very professional. I felt however that the routine dental services performed there, provide the opportunity to create a course of treatment which was likely quite expensive. I declined to schedule any further treatment.

Experiencia negativa: Im only giving one star because i cant do any less!!.. Everything about aspen dental is a joke! Not only did the work they did last NOT EVEN A DAY!! They then didn't submit our claim to our insurance or send us a bill!! Fast forward months later we start getting calls from a collection agency for a bill we didn’t even know we had!! We called and they said we’re really sorry that’s our fault but let me submit it now….. a month after that they finally did!! My insurance paid their portion… you would think after that we would get a bill or hear from them (like we were told) NOPE…I still had to contact them to finish the entire thing!! NOT ONCE DID ANYBODY that is employed by them do their actual job!! Completely ridiculous!! I wouldn’t go back if it was the last dentist on earth!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a positive experience! Ellie, the hygienist, was very patient and did an excellent job in explaining the procedure to me step by step. Her thoroughness made me feel more at ease throughout the process.
