Experiencia negativa: I think i waisted my time and a days pay at work for the doctors to never send over and antibiotics for my tooth so now I have to wait 4 days till I can feel better.. Iam super mad and super upset and ill never go back!!!!then tells me no we won't pull it tells me a root canal witch is gonna be 7 thousand with crowns also lol all I wanted was to get it pulled now i suffer!!!

Experiencia positiva: I drive a decent distance to this office and had ensured over the phone twice that my exam and cleaning were scheduled at the same time. I received a ten minute exam and then sent to a business office where I was quoted how much my cleaning would be because they found my gums needed additional care. But sent on my way without the basic cleaning I had scheduled for that day. Knowing how long it had been since my last cleaning. I was dissatisfied in the lack of interest of my oral health. The basic cleaning which is covered 100% by my insurance should have been performed that day as agreed upon at setting the appointment. Additional things could have been done at another appointment. It isn't the first time it has happened at this office. So beware when you schedule a cleaning here you most likely will have to plan two visit. Besides that the office and staff were clean and friendly.

Experiencia negativa: After having an extraction...no follow up other than having me deal with my dental insurance for them as they are incompetent. NO customer service skills and chair side manners. Incompetent dental care is their best asset. After my care from Aspen Dental on Putney Road in Brattleboro VT and no follow up support I had 2 ER visits, primary care visit, ENT visit IV therapy for fluids and antibiotics due to poor poor Aspen practice. Lastly Oral Surgery to correct their butcher job with more too come.

Experiencia fantástica: I am truly amazed! After researching, I read so many negatives about Aspen dental before actually making an appointment. Those negative comments don't apply to this office in Brattleboro, VT. ( I really didn't have an option for a private dentist and ther astronomical fees.) There was literally no waiting to get an appointment !!! (I was considered a "new patient"). Not an issue at all! I was apprehensive at first, but that went away after my 2nd visit. After ONLY 5 visits, I am proudly showing off my new smile with my new dentures!! The staff at the Brattleboro, VT Aspen dental office are amazing!! They bend over backwards to make sure you are happy with your results! If there is an issue, they take care of it and YOU right away! I highly recommend Brattleboro, VT Aspen dental office to all!

I didn’t have to wait for a very long time to get the service done, but I felt rushed and that the dentist was not hearing me that well because I was never able to finish what I was trying to say. I was interrupted a lot when I was talking, but the adjustment was done and hopefully everything will be OK

Experiencia negativa: Very welcoming. I hate going to the dentist! But I was treated with kindness and compassion. I'm changing my review!! I have no issues with the hygienists here. However, I have a severe toothache. I called last week for help and was basically told they can't help me until my appointment on Monday. so here it is Monday and I called to make sure that my appointment time is used to fix this horrible pain and was told they can't guarantee that it would be taken care of today. so they make me wait ALL freaking weekend just to tell me I may still have to carry this pain longer! ?? what kind of insensitive dentist office is! the receptionist wouldn't even talk to the doctor for me! if my insurance didn't suck so much I'd be going to see a real dentist and not this "chain" dentist. I'm so disgusted with this whole thing. do yourselves a favor people, find better dental care.... find a "real" dentist that actually cares about its patients and don't believe a word of what it says on their website about taking care of tooth pain and emergencies. It's all lies.

Experiencia negativa: Every time I have an appointment that is booked months out, they call me 2-3 days prior and say they have no availability and try to move me to a different week. I plan my trips to Brattleboro and work schedule specifically around these appointments, so it’s truly maddening to have them changed every single time. Paired with the constant sales pitches for upgrades and cosmetic work, I'll be seeking out a new dentist soon.

The dentist was thorough and explained everything, answering all of our questions and concerns. Mello was extremely helpful with deciding how to proceed and all of our financial needs. Very pleased with our experience.

Experiencia negativa: Bait and switch! I was given a treatment plan where I was responsible for ~ $500, and was told that all the rest will be covered by insurance, all payments are taken upfront, so half of that amount they charged me before the first treatment, and the remainder before the second treatment. When I walked out of the office I was told I was all paid up. In about a month I got a bill for $822 and was told that insurance covered less than they expected. I have never seen anything like this before, what is covered by insurance should be checked in advance, I would've skipped some of the treatments if I knew I had to fork out this much money out of pocket. Not the way to do business, very deceiving! No preauthorization submitted for services and not sure how it was estimated. Already called your office and nothing can be done, you will not see a penny from me! Piece of mind promise, seriously??? Will never step my foot into your office again!

I had some cavities filled and informed them that sometimes the numbing part makes me dizzy. They were very patient and made a point to check in with me throughout the process. I would highly recommend this office!

Experiencia negativa: Absolutely atrocious customer service and staff!!!! Turned me away for being one minute late when I ended up needing 15k in teeth repairs and surgery. Excruciating pain and all, they could care less! Run away from this place I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.

Experiencia negativa: Broken tooth. Had to wait a week to be seen. Had the appointment, had to pay 158.00 to have them tell me I had a broken tooth. Had to make another appointment in 3 weeks to have it fixed, they would not fix it that day. Every other dentist I've gone to has fixed the issue on the day of the appointment. Not happy at all. However, the staff were nice.

Experiencia positiva: I went in for a new patient visit and cleaning, only to be told that there was no hygienist in that day and I would need to schedule another appointment for a cleaning. Took a ton of xrays, the doctor looked at my teeth for less than a minute, said everything looked fine, and sent me on my way. I've never had a new patient visit at a dentist where there isn't a cleaning and the cursory glance wasn't worth the trip at all.

Experiencia negativa: If I could give less than 1 star, I would. This company has done nothing but below standard care and refuses to fix their mistakes for thousands of people, not just me. Absolutely abhorrent ‘care’.

Experiencia negativa: Went in and had my x-rays done and everything was great. Talked about how much an extraction would be and was told i'd have to pay half to get the tooth out and the rest would be set up on financing. Well went to make the appointment and it turned into I needed full payment. Ended up having to scramble to get the money together cause I was in so much pain the tooth had to go. Day of the appointment the assistants were amazing and kind. The dentist wasn't overly friendly but not cold. Everything went ok in the appointment. I go home and a few hours later the novacain wares off and I'm in agony even with tylonal and ibuprofen so I call. That's when I'm told that they will "see" what they can do for me. That they will call me by end of day. Well no call. Didn't tell me they'd be closed the next day either. Not open till Monday. Didn't schedule a follow up either. I'm not going here for the other tooth that needs to come out. I had read all the good reviews and I feel like I was mislead. They just wanted the money and I feel like I've been dumped after they got it.

I highly recommend Aspen in Brattleboro. Very clean and professional. Extremely happy!!!

She's excellent at her job and is very friendly and easy to talk to. Also, the doctor was receptive to all my questions and explained the answers clearly for me.

I did not feel like a number and wasn't rushed through any part of the process. Dr. Hema was extremely professional and gave me excellent advice. Hannah was incredibly polite and was quite instrumental throughout the entire process before and after my examination. She even helped me get set up on a payment plan for future procedures that I will need to maintain optimal dental health. Amanda did a great job with taking my x-rays and made it as comfortable as possible despite it being an awkward procedure. Kelsi was efficient and friendly during her portion of the examination. Everyone there created a vibe that felt welcoming, nonjudgmental, and kind. There were also lighthearted and fun exchanges that made the experience all the more memorable. I'm looking forward to working with all of them going forward. :)

She had broken her bottom denture and Aspen Dental fixed it for her even though it had not been made by them. Everyone treated my mom beautifully and that gets 5 stars by me and my mom. We can’t thank them enough.

Experiencia fantástica: I had 3 cavities and a partial plate to attach to one of the fillings. Not an easy task since it was 2 back teeth! The Dentist Dr Hema and the Dental Assistant Cassie both did an exceptional job. I am very happy with the results.

Experiencia negativa: BEWARE! I wish I could give negative stars to this place. They damaged my wife’s teeth then told her she needed thousands of dollars of dental work. Had a hygienist scream and throw a tantrum. They also have a scam..I mean membership program that will continue to charge you even if you had canceled the year prior with no warning! Many friends have experienced similar if not worse situations, please look anywhere else for dental care.

I wanted to get a filling quicker so I went to a different dentist that I’ve been with my entire life. I was told I had absolutely no cavities or gingivitis. So Aspen robbed me of my money and time. DO NOT GO HERE.

I have had and am going through alot of losses and other things and they were so supportive and helpful and made me feel so good, loved and like someone really cared about me and my feelings! I haven't been able to smile, eat, to feel pretty, etc... Experiencia fantástica: I was surprised at the changes since my visit there, several years ago. What used to be a place of discomfort and frustration has completely changed things around; the new (to me) dentist, Dr Hema was kind and considerate. Cassie assisted her and was instrumental with helping me through with my anxiety and kind, as well. A visit that would normally have been awful, was made easier by having understanding folks- I was even encouraged to listen to my music with earphones! Being able to have a good understanding of the procedure as well as understanding anxiety was key to a positive result. I am glad to have given them another chance, and have no issue with trusting them for the rest of my dental care.

Experiencia negativa: Service was adequate! This is the second time (2 x in 4 months) that this tooth has had to be reattached. Dentist suggested that a replacement crown should be reproduced a further build up of remaining tooth, at a cost of$1900. That is in addition to the original work $1600. I expected that the original work would last Longer than three years. The other work, crowns and root canals have lasted, that was completed at the same time. I have other crowns that have been in place since the mid 90’s. One would surmise that dentistry would have improved since then and current dentistry could be much improved. I am very disappointed in my investment.
