Experiencia fantástica: My kids look forward to a visit to the dentist with Dr. Barney Olsen like a special outing to a venue. Even when my eldest knocked 4 front teeth out from blunt trauma and had to go through a series of visits to recover. He was seen on emergency in time to save and stabilize them, referred to the right supporting specialists, and just finished his final caps asking to skip the laughing has and numbing because he was so comfortable there. The mural, the friendly staff, the choices of glasses, flavor, smell, show on a ceiling screen, rest between steps, the quality work can't be beat. Frankly, they don't even need the prize at the end of visit, but why not?! :) I want the adult version!

Experiencia fantástica: It’s an awesome clinic. If you are looking for a dentist for your child, look no more, this is your answer. The place is designed for kids. It has a play area with cartoon on. Ensuring your child will be contented in the wait area. All stuff are very skilled dealing with kids. They know how to ease them in the situation, relax them, approach them in a way they are comfortable. I am very impressed by them! I think this is the dentist for my son for as long as possible. Maybe I can be a patient here, too(if they take adults). Dr. Olsen is busy, but he WILL make sure you (your child)are all set and well treated before he dismiss you. They make sure all your concerns are completely addressed, and very well aware of what will happen next, what you need to do, what you need to prepare for your child. They will explain very well what your child need to do/get til you completely understand. If you need something done in the bigger hospital, he’ll schedule you there and take care of you there, not lure you into getting something done in his office. It’s a great place his pediatrician suggested!

Not only have they gone above and BEYOND as a dentist for my 3 kids, he also did my daughter's braces. Her smile is GORGEOUS!! He's a perfectionist and VERY good at his job! His staff have gone above and beyond in helping with insurance, setting up a payment plan, helping when we had appointment emergencies, worked around our insane schedule and many other things. The office has TVs during the procedures, they offer pain meds, flavors for things, drinks if the kids need it and prizes! He also has an amazing waiting room. This office is incomparable to any other. Highly highly recommend if you need a dentist or ortho for your kids. 12/10!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

She was a little nervous but they explained everything very well and helped her get familiar with the tools. They let her make a lot of decisions which was very helpful. Their whole dental team immediately calmed my fears and helped walk us through a much saner plan that evening - and have followed through with a wealth of information and recommendations taking our child’s needs into account with all they do. It’s now been almost 10 years - and still remain impressed. Totally love this office!

The care is superb, and he does procedures as needed not to make money on unnecessary cares, he is truly genuine and honest. His staff are also excellent and most have been with for years, so as your family grows they are part of that growth as well and they treat you as such. I almost wish he did adults, I wouldn’t hesitate to be his patient if he did.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been very happy with CRO. They have helped my son at PCMC with cavities and today they were so kind to my little girl that is scared of everyone. Also my children have been to many different dr appointments and have participated in different organization's and today was the first time anyone has ever asked me how I say my kids names. My kids have names that do not originate from English and today the Dental Assistant asked how I pronounce their names. I know it is a small thing. The staff have helped us overcome any nervous feelings about the dentist office. We tried some places that had "good" reputations, however Dr. Olsen knows his stuff (he teaches dentistry too - so perfect!) and the environment has kept use there even though it is a bit of a drive for us! We highly recommend!

The office is VERY kid friendly and makes something “scary” a lot more fun for the kiddos. Dr Olsen is so kind and is never one to impose unnecessary treatment. I will never take my kids anywhere else because I know they get the best care at Dr Olsens practice.

Experiencia fantástica: My son fell and hit his teeth, jamming them upwards. There was a good amount of blood. I called at about 3:45pm in the afternoon and they were able to squeeze him in immediately and ease this mother's worries. They were fantastic and so sweet with a hurt nervous 3 year old.

Experiencia negativa: I understand when people are new or still learning, but if the hygienist is asking for help and not getting any that’s when I have an issue. My daughter left the office with her mouth bleeding because the gal didn’t know what she was doing.and then couldn’t remember what side the Dr had told her to take the spring off, luckily my husband was paying attention so he could tell her quick side. I think we’ll be finding a new dentist after she’s done with her braces.

Our hygienist was so sweet and really watched to see what my little girl was comfortable with. She and the dentist gave me good direction on what I should be doing with my 2yr old to help keep her teeth healthy. I had no wait time, but if I would have they have a nice little play area. I would totally recommend this place to anyone with little kids and kids who are anxious about the dentist.

One for orthodontics appointments and my younger daughter for her regular check ups and I have been beyond pleased with the attention,care and work that has been done. Although my kids have mentioned that there are times where Dr Olsen is a little too rough.We usually request Chelsea or Dawn to be Dr Olsen assistant for our kids appointments all the time. The office staff is beyond awesome very clean place and very professional.

They've got a great playground/area in the waiting room, all of the staff members are great with kids, and they give toys at the end of the visits. It took us a bit to find a pediatric dentist we were comfortable with to fit her unique dental needs but we have been beyond pleased ever since! Dr Barney & Courtney fit us in for a tooth extraction on an extremely busy afternoon so my daughter would be out of discomfort for the weekend. They are an amazingly and caring team always going above & beyond for my daughter. I cannot thank you enough!

Experiencia fantástica: My son is two and a half and we went to Dr. Barney for his first ever dentist appointment. I love that there was an online virtual tour beforehand and so we could prepare. My son was super excited about the slide in the waiting room, but the staff was so prompt that we didn't have any wait (we used it afterwards just so he could have a chance). The visit was great and the dental assistant and dentist both introduced the tools and office equipment so my son felt familiar with it. Since it was his first time we mostly got familiar with the office, counted teeth, and then just applied flouride to his teeth. My son loved his visit and everything went so smoothly. I almost wish we didn't have to wait a whole year to go back.
