Experiencia fantástica: Our daughter has a port-wine stain on her left cheek, and after her dentist relocated, we were referred to Dr. Parks. We are so grateful that we found her! Dr. Parks is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and caring, and her staff is always kind, welcoming, and compassionate. We live in Covina, but we will gladly continue making the drive because the care and experience are truly worth it. We couldn't be happier with Dr. Parks and her team!

Experiencia negativa: The front desk receptionist is not the nicest. She always has an attitude and is always slouched down in her seat, with a look of annoyance to do her job. Because of that, we will be switching dentists. Not autism friendly either. None of the DDS are experienced in what to do with an autistic child.

She was very thorough, patient, and walked me through the entire filling process. I felt very well cared for in her hands and walked out with no pain! She and her office are very reliable and always enjoyable to interact with as well.

My daughter got up early to make sure we go to the dentist. She loves the little game room and getting her teeth clean.

The team was very patient, kind, and gentle with my daughter. They gave her lots of little goodies and a balloon to help her relax. At the end of the visit, she got to pick a toy from the treasure chest for being so brave. They also took her picture and placed it in a magnet frame for us to keep. I’m so glad that we found this place!

They take their time, see me soon after I arrive, and have a game plan for my teeth. Never have I felt like they wanted to provide me with unnecessary treatment like other offices do. They exude kindness to all of their patients and their parents. I’ve never felt like they were trying to push services my children didn’t need, and they’ve always taken their time with my more nervous child to help him get through his service. Kids are their priority and it shows.

Dr. Park FaceTimed to see what was going on and met us at the office with an assistant to help our daughter. Experiencia fantástica: About 3 years ago, at the age of 3, my daughter got her front teeth knocked out in a bounce house. She unfortunately had to have some oral surgery to have one of them removed and had to wear a spacer up until recently. It was a very traumatic time for her and since that incident, she had a real fear of going to the dentist. The dentist who she'd been seeing was a great dentist but was about 30 minutes away and since they had recently removed her spacer, I really wanted to find a dentist that was closer to home and perhaps could change my daughter's perception of going to the dentist. Needless to say, I did my due diligence in trying to find a new dentist who I felt she would feel comfortable and safe with. I am so glad we found Little Pearls. The office is very inviting for kids, the staff was very nice and Dr. Pham was the absolute best! She sat and spoke with us before going to the exam chair to have a better understanding of what had brought us into the office. She spent time with my daughter getting to know her and making her feel comfortable. She was very gentle with her and explained everything she was going to do. As she was doing her check up and cleaning, she made sure my daughter was okay and eased her nerves by joking with her and making her laugh. My daughter was able to finally get her checkup and cleaning done without crying or feeling scared. When we left, I asked my daughter what she thought of the new dentist and she said "it was fun!" That was a huge milestone for us because since her accident, my daughter had always cried when she knew she had to go to the dentist despite who she was seeing there. I am so grateful to Dr. Pham and her staff for making my daughter feel comfortable and willing to go back again. I highly recommend Littler Pearls if you have a fearful child because they definitely know how to work with them and put their fears at ease.

He had a tooth that was bothering him a day and a half, he was scared so, called the office & they asked for pics but it wasn’t as clear. So they asked if he could come in on Saturday, it’s Thursday. My husband volunteered to take care of it so, they drove down to HB and turns out it’s an extra bone near the molar. Fortunately, they extracted it out and he’s a happy camper and not stressed. Thank you again Dr Park & staff for patiently waiting. Love this dental office!!!

Natalie has been cleaning our four boys' teeth since we started going there and she is so kind, professional and thorough as well. We are so grateful for this practice!

She has a great way of making both kids and parents feel relaxed. We appreciate how down to earth and approachable she is. We never feel rushed. The entire staff is great too. We came from another pediatric dentistry down the road and had quite the opposite experience. Let's just say, our entire family of five was traumatized from the other practice. We feel blessed to have been referred to Dr. Park and would highly recommend her to any and all.

Experiencia negativa: My two kids have been going here for the past 5 years and we have loved it. Unfortunately we won’t be going there anymore. I had called the day off to reschedule an appt to the next day and was honest in my circumstances as to why and asked for a courtesy fee waiver of the $28 cancellation fee. I had two appts bc I have two kids who were going to be seen. I thought it would be one fee bc we’re a family not individual for each kid. My mistake. They were willing to waive one but still wanted to charge me for the other. I have never had an issue, always showed up to their regularly scheduled cleaning, no missed appts, for 5 years so I was hoping loyalty would get me this one time courtesy for both kids but no hope. So unfortunately it gives me the Profit over people vibe. $28 can be alot given the economy nowadays with gas/groceries prices and my family is one income so I would rather see that $28 be spent wisely than a fee. So just a heads up for future customers.
