Experiencia fantástica: Omg, my first experience at Montebello Childrens Dentistry I cried.. I love how ALL the staff is smiling & they have a sweet way of talking to kids to comfort them. I was also really worried about my daughters cavities & oral care overall. Dentist came in & was very informative on what she had going on & preventative care. I cried on my daughter's first visit because around 6 months prior our beloved Compadre/ Nino passed away. It had been very hard for me to get up & out of the house. (Even postponing all our appointments) that day I got up & went to my daughter's dentist appointment, the first nurse was the one that did it! He was talking to my daughter trying to comfort her, calling her princess & just simply talking to her how her Nino would sweet talk her. The staff & especially the Dentist will always have a special place in my heart for that. I would recommend this Dental Office for anyone who have trouble taking their kids to dental visits, or really just anyone in general. Thank You Montebello Childrens Dentistry!

Experiencia fantástica: I've been bringing my toddler here for the last 3 years and each time we've been here we received friendly service from all staff. The doctor is so good with the kids, he makes them feel safe and comfortable, answers all their questions and is so patient. The staff follows along and is amazing as well. The place is always clean and there are TVs in the rooms for the children to enjoy while getting services done.

Experiencia negativa: My 3 yo daughter was referred here by her family dentist for treatment on her cavities. She saw Dr. Nasibi and he gave me bad news. He told me that my daughter’s tonsils are too big, between a grade 3-4. Due to the size he is unable to treat her. He said her ONLY OPTION is to go under general anesthesia at a hospital. He recommended for her to see her pediatrician to look at her tonsils and possibly order a sleep test because my daughter snores and grinds her teeth. I took my daughter to see her pediatrician to only tell me her tonsils are fine and go get a 2nd opinion from another dentist. Today I got that 2nd opinion and the dentist told me her cavities are small and at this point we are to monitor them. No treatment is needed. I am disappointed at Dr. Nasibi for telling me bad news. I would NOT recommend going to this dental office.

We went in there for our initial visit, and we're able to extract a tooth that was causing him a lot of pain. It wasn't easy, he was nervous, and a scared but the staff and the dentist were so understanding, and sweet. WE LOVE THEM! Thanks guys!

Experiencia fantástica: We had an emergency. Our son‘s tooth got chipped at school. It was late in the afternoon and they squeezed us in. This is our regular Dentist so they knew my son which made an anxious situation more comforting.Dr. Nasibi really knows how to help kids be calm. My son has ADHD and his medicine had worn off. I’m so thankful for the staff helping us out in a difficult situation. Five stars all the way. We love you guys!

Experiencia fantástica: I drove almost a hour to see this dentist after my 3 year old son was referred here. The drive was definitely worth it and my son now has a new dentist. My son is not comfortable at dentist or doctor’s office but Dr. Nasibi definitely made him comfortable and created a bond with him. I am also not big on customer service but their staff also provided amazing service. I had to leave a review before I left the office because I was so impressed with everyone.

Experiencia fantástica: I'm really thankful with Dr and staff. My daughter had a dental emergency and they were able to assist us promptly. Despite her speech delay, the communication they had made her feel comfortable and the procedure was done very quick and easy.

Experiencia negativa: It’s been a little over the top lately. I understand it’s a children’s dental clinic but it’s extremely overstimulating, cramped, over booked, and a lot going on in general for an already overwhelming dental visit for a child. There’s naturally going to be kids screaming and crying. But the super turned up volume for the TVs, and over crowding of the waiting room was just anxiety central for anyone. Also, they cancel appointments if you don’t confirm. They send multiple reminders through text and phone call, which you would think is sufficient. But unless you confirm, it won’t be kept. Also, avoid rescheduling for 8am if you can, they tend to book several appointments, more than 7, at that time slot, when kids are still sleepy and grumpy, parents coffee hasn’t kicked in. To their credit, they are fast, efficient, professional, but it felt rushed and overwhelming. They don’t take the time to really explain the purpose of each procedure they just go straight in and it’s sort of a shock for the kids. Also, dentist, please don’t kiss the children and avoid the tickling, even though you mean well. It’s just not appropriate thank you.

I have identical twins who are a handful but, all of the staff members make me feel very much welcome and appreciated. I drive almost two hours to bring my girls here and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Both dentist doing dentistry here are amazing . The initial exam of our dental visit was thorough. I love that the dentist/doctor was very firm with my 10 year old son .the doctor Explained to him as to why he had cavities and why it's not good to have cavities && what cause them && how we can PREVENT them. My child is on the autism spectrum and usually finds dentist visits very stressful, but the entire team here was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding from start to finish. Dr. Nasibi really understands, he didn’t rush us at all and showed so much compassion and expertise in working with neurodiverse children. My 4 year old son had to get silver caps and I was so nervous because of the anesthesia and we could not be in the back during the procedure, so that was even more nerve recking, but I was assured everything was going to be good, the assistance kept checking in with us to let us know my son was good while he was getting the procedure done and everything came out great. Experiencia fantástica: Both of my daughters are patients here. From check ups, to lip / tongue tie correction to the beginning stages of the teeniest of cavities. My oldest daughter does not show fear of going to the dentist which is my biggest concern. When my youngest wasn't latching and breastfeeding was painful, I brought her in for an evaluation. Dr. Nasibi was very understanding of my frustration and desperation. The day of her procedure fell on her half birthday (when she turned 6 months old) and I was frantic. I was crying when he handed her to me and I was a hot mess, I wasn't sure if I was going to provide the after care treatment correctly, I wasn't sure how to do it, if I was doing it right or what. Him and his staff told me to come any time and to call whenever needed and they would assist. He even saw me a couple times after hours and didnt charge me. I remember calling on a weekend begging for assistance and they called me back and calmed me down. truly appreciate when businesses know when to cross the line from business to compassion and humanity. I personally never liked the dentist when I was young (and it is apparent by the condition of my teeth lol) and it took me a long time to finally get comfortable with a dentist and I didnt want my kids to live life scared of the dentist and have horrible teeth. They do get busy, but it seems like more and more people have found out about them. Hopefully they add another dentist to their roster soon. I cant speak more highly about this place and hope to stay a patient for a very long time

Experiencia negativa: So the first time I was referred to go with them and I was having issues with the referral the insurance said they never got it so I went somewhere fast-forward I got sent back and they told me that they can’t do my sons check up that I have to go back where they did the treatment for my son and I told them that that place said for them to do the check up and then do the referral but I guess the reception didn’t understand or something

I was super nervous to get her tongue tie fixed since she’s only 2, but the doctor and nurse answered all my questions and were super patient and were not pressuring us at all. Ever since she started coming here she loves the dentist and she looks forward for another visit. Not to mention the professionalism and kindness they offer to all families. Experiencia fantástica: Such an amazing and caring team! The dentist and staff are so loving and gentle, truly perfect for kids. The office is clean, welcoming, and very kid-friendly. One of the sweetest touches is the little therapy dog they have to help comfort the children. It made such a difference for my daughter. My daughter is usually very shy and nervous, especially at medical appointments, but they made her feel completely at ease like she was at home. We absolutely love this place and recommend it 100%!

Experiencia fantástica: My child loved visiting the Dentist. I recommend this office for toddlers- 14yr. Ambience, customer service is EVERYTHING. They were clear with all directions and TX. Doing X-rays on my 5yr old was easy and no GAGGING! They also have an office Mascot! Will be switching my 10 year old to this office soon!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Nasibi is such an amazing Doctor. He is patient, kind and super professional. I know every time my son comes here he treats him with the upmost care. He really makes my son feel at ease and cares about relationships. I appreciate his techniques and dental practices. His therapy dog Vader is also wonderful. I would highly recommend Dr. Nasibi’s services. In addition to this the supports staff in the front are fantastic, especially Lupe. I appreciate her working with me to make sure I am able to get the care I need for my son.
