Experiencia fantástica: Every time that I have a appointment scheduled at castle dental walking through the door starting with the ladies at front desk to the doctors and staff are always in helpful spirits and make sure you are comfortable for the time that you are in the office getting seen by the doctors also the ladies in the always make sure you had a good visit by asking and make sure you get scheduled for your next visit before leaving. I have brace's and not one time have I had a issue going through the process of having the braces thank you castle dental I was way past due on my visit with both doctors my hygienist and the orthodontist and not only was I give the opportunity to explain to the girls at the front desk I was given the opportunity to explain to the doctors what had been going on in my day-to-day schedule and like all ways everyone understood and said no worries try not to stretch it out so far like to that again on the next one and before I left I got to see all 3-doctors orthodontist hygienist, and the dentist that will be fixing a chipped tooth I have when my braces are removed and I got X-rays taken. Like always from the time I walk in the door to the time I walk out of the door the staff go above and beyond and I got scheduled for my next appointment before left the office thank castle dental for everything y'all do and for bringing back my smile

The Hygienist was very patient and explained every step and after care to me, answering all questions and concerns to me. In the end, it was quick and painless. This entire staff at this Pasadena location are always cheerful and welcoming.

Experiencia positiva: ⚠️ Honest Review of Castle Dental on Fairmont (Pasadena, TX)** If you’ve been coming here already, that’s fine — but if this will be your first visit, please ask all the right questions upfront**. I went in for what I was told would be a *deep cleaning* with antibiotics and, later on, a second cleaning plus *teeth whitening*. I was approved for a $4,000 loan to cover everything they explained to me. During my first visit, while I was getting the deep cleaning done, I even asked the orthodontist if I was getting my whitening that day. She said, “No, that’ll be on your second round.” At no point did anyone mention that the whitening would be a separate charge or a different contract. They made it sound like the one payment would cover *both* rounds of treatment. When I called to confirm my second appointment — which I thought was for another cleaning and whitening — they told me I was **only scheduled for a cleaning** and that teeth whitening would cost **an additional $900**. That’s a big surprise and a huge upcharge for something I was told was already included. Overall, they **do good dental work**, but the **lack of clear communication and hidden costs** really disappointed me. I just want to warn others — make sure you understand exactly what you’re paying for, what’s included, and what isn’t before signing anything.

They are all always so friendly and it amazes me how they remember everyone's name. Dr. McClure is the best because he listens to my concerns and goes over and beyond to make sure I am comfortable before he even begins with the procedures. I have autoimmune and am allergic to alot of medications. Dr. McClure makes sure I feel safe with the different pain medications I have to use. Everyone makes you feel like family.

I live about 15 miles away and there are plenty of other places I can go but I can’t imagine going anywhere but the Castle on Fairmont because of the people. Recently a front tooth broke off at the gum line. They got me in within hours and ended up doing an implant THAT DAY! They have always taken good care of my entire family. So thankful for this team.

Experiencia negativa: Took 2.5 hours just to take X-rays and tell me I couldn’t get a basic cleaning because they wanted to charge me an additional $500+ to do a deep cleaning. Even after the doctor said my teeth were good. Would definitely not go back. I’ll be stopping by a dentist when I visit Cancun in a few weeks and pay $50

Experiencia negativa: I am very disappointed in this location , I have been a patient of castle dental (Spencer hwy location) to be exact for years but I was recommended to come to the fairmont location for advice on removing my wisdom teeth since they have a oral surgeon .. I seen Dr McClure he is very knowledgeable and nice. He wrote down a list of things I needed done on a piece of paper also I had a bunch of x rays done. This location had lost my X-rays and I had to redo it all over again at the Spencer hwy location, they hardly answer the phone, the manager Lashonda is nice but promised to call me back regards to scheduling my cleaning and about finding my missing X-rays but she never calls back. This was a horrible experience, the excuse I always get told is they have to look in different systems to find my information. I will never be back at this location. I always get the run around . Very upsetting, and a waste of time. I will stick to Spencer hwy location since they are more organized and always answer the phone!!

When I walk in Ms. Shon greets me by name, Mariela is quick to get me checked in and Roxanna takes good care of me while Dr. McClure handles business! I live in League City but continue to go out of my way to Pasadena for all my dental needs because the entire staff there is the best!

Experiencia negativa: Staff was friendly and very accommodating. It was a first visit, but felt very comfortable. After getting dentures i will say I would not recommend them for that. Started procedure after Thanksgiving last year and ended in April. Went back to see if bottom could be readjusted and was told nothing can be done. Recommended implants. After dealing with the ill fitting dentures for months we went to another dentist and the difference was amazing. The second one was so much better at making sure that they fit properly. The procedure the second one performed was so different and so much more detailed. Lesson learned so wanted to share our experience.

Experiencia negativa: They provided my daughters orthodontist care. Before they put her braces on we had all the general dental care they recommended. Every time she went to have her braces tighten the either said she was doing a great job of caring for her teeth or just didn't say anything about her dental health. Never, not once, 'you need to.....because you getting a cavity.' When we asked we were told everything was going great! 2 months ago they called me to the back and let me know she has 11 cavitties that they will fix for about $3500.00!!!! Beware

Experiencia positiva: I had a 10:00am appointment for surgical extractions of my wisdom teeth. I arrived at 9:30am to make sure there was ample time to take care of my financial paperwork. Unfortunately it took until 1:30 4 hours after I arrived to be taken back for my 45 minute operation. The staff was friendly and the dentist was professional and my surgery was successful. Unfortunately on this day the scheduling was not the best.

Experiencia negativa: The orthodontist is only in office on Mondays. So the monthly check ups are only on Mondays. When scheduling the monthly check up, there’s not many time options to choose from. My Daughther has to wait a month and a half or two months sometimes because there’s no available appointments. It’s so inconvenient. There’s no other orthodontist any other day. Could be nice if the office provides that before starting treatment.

Experiencia negativa: Staff was friendly. I was at the facility for 2 hours in order to get FITTED for a partial denture. After my exam by the doctor he left the exam space to “check my insurance “ … I did not see him again for more than hour and only after I got fed up and got up to leave. At the front desk, I was convinced to go back to my chair ( which as the most uncomfortable dental chair I’ve ever spent an hour and a half in. I told several folks who were unimpressed & unsympathetic ) The facility was incredibly cold which is to be understood but I was not offered a blanket until I’d been shivering 45 minutes unnoticed. After several dental casts were made, I was given a 3 week window for returning to get my dentures. Doctor was nice and thorough, staff were all friendly but the place seemed disorganized and inefficient and so overall, I was quite unhappy with my experience.

Dr. McClue is a fantastic Doctor. He took his time to explained all the procedures being done. He recommended additional procedures and care to get me the best smile on my face.

Experiencia fantástica: I scheduled an appointment at the fairmont location for consult and surgery to get my wisdom teeth out with Dr Pasha Sanders. I was very anxious and scared since I’ve never been asleep during a procedure and I was getting all 4 teeth out. The moment I arrived everyone was very welcoming in the front desk and also in the dental room. Dr Sanders was very friendly and made sure I was well informed of the procedure and answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable.The team members were also very friendly and helped me stay calm. I was given all my post-op instructions before the procedure and a hand out to take home. Dr Sanders is also easy to reach with any concerns or questions you may have after the procedure. So far Im 2 weeks in recovery and everything has been great!! Totally recommend if you need wisdom teeth extractions!

I've been to many castle dentals before, and this location is by far, the best one i've been to. they were able to squeeze me in yesterday for an emergency procedure, at 4pm (the office closes at 5pm), they worked with me and kept me calm through my procedure. Dr. Craig Mcclure is the BEST!
