The dentist was very clear the entire procedure and it was fantastic that I was able to sit and watch while they worked on my kiddo. 100% going here from now on for all our dental needs especially for the kids. All the dental assistants and dentist himself make me feel welcomed and they ran me through everything they would be doing and going over on my teeth. Recently had a cleaning and crown done. They were all very gentle when working on me, and they definetly ease my anxiety when they walked me through the procedures I would be going through. 10/10 recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot recommend Dr. Deeb Alrihani enough! I’ll be honest, I have always been absolutely terrified of going to the dentist. But from the moment I walked in, Dr. Deeb and his amazing staff made me feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. He took his time with me, did a very thorough exam, and walked me through a treatment plan to get my teeth back in shape. What really stood out was his honesty and attention to detail. A previous dentist had told me I needed two root canals, but Dr. Deeb did additional scans and testing and was determined to save one of the teeth and he DID! Thanks to him, I only ended up needing one root canal, which saved me both stress and money. I actually had my root canal done earlier this week, and even though things ran a little behind, he never rushed my care. He made sure I was comfortable the entire time and took the time to do everything right. I even got a follow up call the next day to see how I was doing! That meant so much to me. For context, the root canal was needed because decay had formed under an old filling done by a previous dentist, something that brushing and flossing alone couldn’t have prevented. Dr. Deeb not only treated the issue, but truly helped restore my confidence in my dental health. If you’re nervous about going to the dentist like I was, this is the place to go. Dr. Deeb and his team are incredible!!

The doctor and technicians/staff are excellent. The office and treatment areas are always spotless. And the equipment is state-of-the-art. They consistently go above and beyond to help our kids feel comfortable and cared for. They take the time to explain treatment plans and preventive care in a way that both the children and I can understand, which we truly appreciate. We are so thankful for the role they play in helping our children learn how to care for their teeth and build healthy habits for the future. We highly recommend this office!

Floors were a very calming tile and they had big windows that looked out into a beautiful courtyard with greenery, a koi pond and a train. Very cool! Everyone starting from the receptionist to the hygienist to the dentist were amazing. Explained everything well and I never had to wait long.

I had a tooth extraction, and even though I suffer from anxiety, the whole process was so quick and smooth that I could hardly believe it. I didn’t feel any pain at all. The doctor did an excellent job, and the nurses were incredibly kind, supportive, and professional. They truly work as a great team. They answered all of my questions and were very attentive, always making sure I felt comfortable and calm. I am honestly so grateful for their care and kindness. Thank you for making what I feared would be a stressful experience feel so easy and comfortable. I highly recommend this clinic!

The dentist was SO nice and just wanted to take care of me. The assistants were doing everything in their power to get me everything I needed. They could tell I was nervous and made small talk to calm me down and even gave me a lil blanket They made the overall experience so pleasant. Not to mention the cute little sanctuary in the back with koi’s and turtles. I will no longer be taking my buisness elsewhere. New year, new teeth

They’re all sweet and understanding. I can’t remember the name of the girl who cleaned my teeth but she was so nice and patient. They made sure I was comfortable and not in pain. Experiencia fantástica: I went to rainforest dental simply off of a google search and good reviews. The outside of this place is very misleading. Upon entering the clinic you’ll see an impeccable lobby with fashionable comfy chairs and a beautiful fish tank and very friendly receptionist who went above and beyond to help with some insurance issues and last minute scheduling. The clinic area is jaw dropping, I love the concept they have created, it is SO aesthetically pleasing and really helpful in relaxing an anxious or overwhelmed person. I really appreciated the beautiful scenery. The staff are wonderful and so very friendly, everyone was knowledgeable and professional. Vanessa was so kind and sweet. She was extremely gentle and attentive during my cleaning. She was knowledgeable and thorough and explained everything. My visit with the doctor was short and sweet, just the way I prefer. This place is amazing, I’m so grateful I checked it out and you should too! I wish I could give it 10 stars! Edit: 2 years later and this is still the most amazing office and staff you could imagine. Now not only do I love them but my 3 year old said “I had so much fun” and “I want to go back” after her DENTIST appointment. I adore this staff so very much, it feels like we are with family every time we go. They truly go above and beyond and not only helped me with a potty training accident but even took the time to show my daughter the fish and turtles, which really made her day. I had sudden pain and they were able to fit me in the same day and made me feel taken care of. The office has transformed over the years and is absolutely gorgeous. The new dentist is extremely nice and professional and seems to really care about his patients and employees. The new staff are friendly and personable, and some even staying on from the previous owner. This isn’t a chain, this is a family and that’s how they make you feel.

Experiencia positiva: I’d like to give 5 stars based on the great doctor and nurses care, they was all good. The office looks nothing like the outside when you walk in, it’s beautiful tile in there with a nice pond to look at! But man that white haired lady is so unpleasant for her be the first point of contact when you walk in. I stood there several minutes while she had her head buried into her phone, don’t even say hello or ask my name! That young girl next to her don’t even have a window but popped her out of nowhere and greets us with a big smile and she been like that every time we come in seem like she always happy. It just felt disappointing to be ignored on the way out too. Customer service at the front desk makes a big difference. Maybe it was just an off day for her, because the rest of the staff is great!

I couldn’t even feel him inject the local anesthetic! I had no idea he was administering it. He was so kind and patient.

We took our boys for their first dental visit yesterday, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating to the kids. Everything was designed to be kid-friendly, from the way they spoke to them to the interactive environment. The boys even got to pick their own shows to watch during the visit! The dental team explained everything in a way that the kids could understand, which really helped ease their nerves. They even received goodie bags and treasures at the end of their appointment! To top it all off, they got to feed the fish and turtles in the pond afterward, which was such a special treat. The boys were initially nervous about going, but they ended up absolutely loving the experience. We had such a great time, and I will never take them anywhere else for dental care. Highly recommend Rainforest Dental to any parent looking for a positive and kid-friendly dental experience!

My son, daughter in law and grand children all use them; as well as my daughter and her family and all are very happy with them; so they referred me. Also they are very good with kids and my little ones like to go to the dentist. When I left I understood what was going on in my mouth and what I could do to help. Also they were more than accommodating, I missed my appointment, thinking it was a week later. They gave me a reminder call, but I thought how odd it was they were calling me a week ahead; that should have been my wake up call to check the date. Anyway they still saw me. I’m not encouraging anyone to miss an appointment, I’m just saying they really do work with you. Also I’m self pay and feel like the prices are very fair.
