Experiencia fantástica: I have been with Arbor Dental Group since 2007. There are many reasons why I am still with them. I recently had my bridge changed. My temporary bridge placed on March 11, 2026 and 3 weeks later the permanent bridge was installed by Dr. Rica Baigan. She and Azucena did an excellent job. Azucena always made sure that I was comfortable all along during the procedure. Dr. Biagan was very gentle and caring. She kept on asking how I feel and wanted to let her know if something is bothering me through out the process. The permanent bridge fit very well. After the procedure, it felt like it was real. It was made right. The other great thing was that both Dr. Biagan & Azucena nicely picked the right shade of white color for the permanent bridge. I had an awesome experience with Arbor Dental. Everyone in the office was very nice. friendly and with a smile. Check them out. You may like them too.

Watanabe themselves as personal, caring, gentle, and concerned with the patient's comfort. Their focus is on the preventative. My wife and I, while not looking forward to dental visits, enjoy our time at their office. We will go to no one else for our routine dental needs.

Experiencia fantástica: This was our first time seeing at Arbor Dental. I did some research and felt that Dr Pierson would be a perfect fit for our family (mainly our children.) It was a new patient visit for our 5 year old, who was ready and excited. I ended up needing to bring along my very anxious 7 year old. ***Long story short, my husband was working and I didn’t have anyone to pick her up from school. I had to sign both out together. Any other time, we would have taken them separately, boy am I grateful we didn’t. She (7yo) struggles with loud sounds, different noises, feels A LOT. Struggles at school worrying about fire alarms etc. Tends to have obsessive thoughts at times in anticipation of having to face certain fears. (We’re working with her ) The entire way to the office was sheer panic and it wasn’t even her appointment. Her sister and I both tried to reassure her that she was safe and everything was just standard care in making sure our teeth are healthy. She was also concerned because it wasn’t specifically a “pediatric” dentist office and there wasnt a kids play room. She immediately entered the office and asked questions nervously, nearly in tears. The front desk staff were very kind and tried their best to comfort (mind you, I even have difficulty sometimes. Front desk staff are amazing!!!) We checked in and sat in the waiting room until they called my 5 year olds name. We were directed to the room where X-rays were done, my 7 year old sat in the hallway, refused to even look inside. She stayed there, watching a movie on my phone. All the while asking questions and needing constant reassurance. I continually reassured her that her sister was great, her sister did as well! Then Dr Pierson entered the room. Sophia listened from the hallway curious to know what was happening. Once she felt safe and comfortable with what she heard, she entered the room after an invitation from Dr Pierson. Her (Dr Pierson’s) presence and gentle demeanor was exactly what she needed to experience. Her interactions with my daughter were genuine and she felt that. She showed her every tool she uses as a dentist to help her patients. She made it interesting. She invited her closer, to allow her to see each one. She made it fun! She made it a warm and welcoming place! At the end of the appointment my daughter happily shouted “can I come here too!?” She couldn’t stop smiling! Needless to say, ALL things happen for a reason and work out for our good!! We found our new dental office. She is eager and excited to see Dr Pierson again. They both are!

My earlier dentist was adamant to getting my wisdom tooth removed even when it wasn’t bothering me and she never did deep cleaning for my teeth which was so much needed.I told dr Scott and he immediately mentioned it wasn’t needed unless it bothers me. He also scheduled sessions to address my concerns about my gums. He also was on time and I did not have to wait for long time for him to see me. I highly recommend him.

Experiencia fantástica: If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I had never been there. Cold called based upon a friends recommendation. Really bad toothache. I asked "what's the soonest I can get in, I'm really hurting". Answer? "How about tomorrow morning at 8:00". Whaaaaaaat?? I arrive. I'm in quick. Xrays, dentist check, got a cracked tooth. Need a root canal. Endodontist recommended. When can I get in there? How about 11:15 (2 hours from now). Whaaaaaaat?? In for the procedure at 11:15. Out and done and completely pain free by 1:00 PM. Uh... that just doesn't happen very often. The arbor dental group staff were funny, friendly, empathetic, professional, and delivered excellent service. I'm tough on Dr's, but these guys are just top drawer. Could not recommend more highly! Thank you very much for helping me so effectively, and so efficiently. Definitely have a permanent dentist now!

Experiencia negativa: I'm bound to leave this review to prevent others from getting into similar irreversible troubles. Do not let this office schedule more than 1 filling for you in a day. Dr. Scott struggles with leveling teeth after fillings; this is certainly not his strong suit. I was naive to think leveling teeth is easy and unimportant. When he struggled to level my teeth on his third attempt post fill-in --- all attempts being days apart --- he seemed to get frustrated and told me he was going to give me what was called a "bite adjustment". I was naive and didn't know what this term meant. I thought logically it must mean adjusting the fillings that were giving me problems and so I let him carry on without questioning. Worst mistake I made was to trust and let him carry on... He got rid of too much of BOTH my actual teeth structure and the fillings leaving me with a drastically different bite due to this unnecessary decision. I felt a weird gap on one side of my mouth immediately. I have 2 weird cusps on two of my ACTUAL teeth that had absolutely no fillings on them meaning he altered their shape significantly which is even obvious in the pre post photos. It is questionable why he made the decision to touch my real teeth to that extent at all. This is per the opinion of experienced specialists I've seen since to fix the problems that were created. I am still dealing with the consequences after several months today; I cannot chew without discomfort and I cannot speak without part of my front teeth touching each other. The touching of front teeth has improved with so much effort with my current specialist however other problems persist. The worst excuse I heard from this office was that "adjusting several teeth after multiple fillings is very difficult", I have specialists laughing at this commentary, even if that was true, only an insane mind would touch real teeth to solve for leveling issues post fill-in. There is absolutely no justification for that. PS. My poor experience aside, the assisting staff, receptionists and hygenists at this office are absolutely fantastic, I appreciate their help and attempts to accommodate. I wish I had a different experience for their sake.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I have been a patient at Arbor Dental for over 20 years. The office is well coordinated and managed. The front office staff is very friendly and helpful. Check in is speedy and online through a text message link sent to your phone. The dental hygienists are highly skilled and does a thorough job cleaning my teeth, polishing front and back of the teeth and applying fluoride. They also schedule the next visit for you too. Dr. Watanabe is excellent at checking teeth health and dental work. I have my teeth cleaned 3 times a year and it makes a huge difference in my teeth health. I highly recommend Arbor Dental to anyone looking for an excellent dental office that maintains their office, staff, equipment, and technology.
