Experiencia negativa: I don't typically take the time to write reviews but I feel very disappointed. I had recently became a patient at aspen dental less than a year ago. Trying to schedule a cleaning was almost impossible it took months. They did all my major expensive work and then pretty much refused to see me again. Told me they had worse cases with bigger priorities. They told me I would need to come in to even be able to schedule an appointment due to being overbooked. I was quoted 11,000$ in work and somehow that isn't key for worse enough? I'm not a big enough priority when I need 11,000$ in work? Um ok. I still gave them the benefit of doubt. Until they wouldn't schedule my next appointment so I've decided to be seen else where. As one would to get on top of 11,000$ of work and not let it just progressively get worse. Well I called to have my information transferred to the new clinic I'm seeing. The staff decided to be annoyed, bothered, and upset. Mind you I am nothing but respectful no matter what to these people I've been very understanding of them being busy and over worked. I'm trying to lessen there work bc they can't handle it. I get my phone call complete and instead of have a nice day, I'm sorry we couldn't help you more, I get rudely hung up on! With that being said the doctor is great always made me feel comfortable but this staff is overworked, they need help!

Experiencia fantástica: I had to get some fillings redone since the previous ones from a different dentist fell out. The doctor also addressed a bad tooth that needed a crown so they scheduled me an appointment for the following week. Dr. Bhatnagar and Aaron were very informative and made me feel comfortable. As someone that gets extremely nervous about dental appointments it was a huge relief to have that support and all my questions answered. The process was quicker than expected and they explained what was going on for each step. I plan on coming back for future cleanings!

Was able to go on there website and make an appointment the next day. There were able to get me in to get it pulled. I have no pain and it went by so fast. The guy that dose financial is amazing broke everything down and made everything make sense. If you want a great place to go please go here

I am on phase 3 of treatment & my temporary smile is great! As happy as I am with these temporary teeth, I am absolutely beyond optimistic that I will love my permanent smile, even more!! Experiencia negativa: If you’re looking for dental care, keep driving. If you’re looking to be upsold, confused, and billed for nothing—this is your place. I went to Aspen Dental on a Saturday with severe pain in a molar that has had a crown for nearly 30 years. They did get me in quickly, and the office manager initially seemed helpful explaining insurance options. That’s where the positives end. It quickly became clear the focus was on revenue, not care. Their “specialist” only comes in once a week and is considered out-of-network, meaning you pay upfront and hope your insurance reimburses you later. I was told this was because “insurance pays slowly.” That alone should raise eyebrows. When I returned, the specialist took additional X-rays because the first set “wasn’t good enough,” then recommended a conservative approach—drain, rinse, antibiotics, and save the tooth. That sounded reasonable. Then things took a turn. After she left the room, the local dentist came in and flatly contradicted her, saying she was wrong and that I needed a root canal or extraction. Watching one provider undermine another in the same office was the second major red flag. To make matters worse, I was told my insurance would cover most costs—except the specialist. That also turned out to be inaccurate. My wife, who was present for all of this and has a doctorate in public health and a clinical background, and I have never seen such a disorganized, profit-driven environment. In the end, I walked out with a $330 bill for exams and X-rays—no actual treatment performed. We left and never went back. If you value consistent care, clear communication, and ethical treatment—look elsewhere.

Diagnosed the wrong tooth as being the problem but so didn't 2 other dentists. I havent had work done by them yet so we will see how it goes. Care plan will have to change based on the root canal I had to get done, but over all great experience and very fast.

Experiencia negativa: Called in December and got my daughter and I appointments. Mine was regular cleaning and she needs a cavity filled. Got a call in early January talking about upcoming appointment, told them she needed seen ASAP for the cavity. They said they werent even going to do anything for that appointment but take xrays and insurance information. So i explained i had to take days off work for these and would appreciate doing it all at once. So rescheduled for February for her to get filling. Day before the appointment got a message my appointment needs Rescheduled. Called about it and was told theyre too overbooked and wouldn't to be Rescheduled again. Will never think about going to Apen Dental ever again.

Im usually very uncomfortable and stiff in dentist offices but I felt the opposite, it feels so open and bright that it brings down my anxiety and i feel more comfortable than i thought i would. The staff was also a big part, everything felt so natural and smooth. I felt like they actually cared about my health and even my family, when my mom was worried about me they went out and checked on her. I scheduled a visit because my dentist couldn't fit me in and now im making Aspen my primary. Emily and Dr,B were amazing, made me feel comfortable and happy when I left. Everyone was nice and helpful. Alot better than any other dentist I've been to in awhile

During the pricing discussion with the office manager, the interaction felt more like a high-pressure sales environment than a medical consultation. When I discussed opting out of sedation in favor of local anesthesia, I was told it would not be effective regardless of the amount used—despite the fact that my wife previously had impacted wisdom teeth removed using only numbing. Given that sedation is significantly more expensive, this explanation felt questionable. The primary issue arose after the procedure. I was provided with a cost breakdown showing three 15-minute sedation charges, each costing approximately $250, totaling 45 minutes of sedation. However, my procedure took under 30 minutes. When I called to question this, I was informed the doctor was on vacation. Later, a staff member told me the surgery took 32 minutes. I was able to verify the actual timeline. I texted my wife at 12:06 p.m. asking her to be in the parking lot and was taken back for surgery within minutes. After the procedure, I was instructed to call my ride, which I did at 12:35 p.m. Even accounting for prep time, the total procedure duration was closer to 25 minutes—not 32. When I spoke again with the office manager, Aaron, he initially repeated the claim about the longer duration. Once I explained that I had proof, the conversation shifted to unrelated explanations about dental board reporting requirements. He then stated that procedures are “typically” billed at 45 minutes regardless of actual time. This contradicts the itemized billing structure, which breaks sedation into 15-minute increments. Ultimately, the extra charge was removed. However, this raises concerns about how often patients may be overbilled without realizing it. I strongly encourage anyone considering this office to carefully track their procedure time and review their billing closely. For comparison, my procedure at Aspen cost $2,200 for three wisdom teeth. Months earlier, my wife had four wisdom teeth removed—one impacted—at Comfort Dental for a total of $600. Unfortunately, they were booked at the time I needed care. Overall, the pricing, billing practices, and sales-driven approach make this office difficult to recommend. The lack of transparency and inconsistent explanations are simply not worth the stress of dental surgery.

Aspen seen me the next day and set up my wisdom tooth extraction the next week. Came in the next week Doctor B, and Eimily was amazing. I didnt feel a thing, they where done fast. Everybody in the office was nice friendly, from the lady who did the x-rays to the office manager.

Experiencia negativa: I got in about 15 minutes early my appointment was at 10 and another gentleman came in that had an appointment at 10 he was taken back around 10:26 and im still waiting and it’s 10:30 and still waiting only needed an adjustment on dentures this is ridiculous why make appointments if the business is not going to stick to them I will never recommend this pace to anyone The receptionist seen I was here she got up and left never checked me in or anything when I got up to move around she asked if she could help 26 minutes after my appointment time I said the store manager checked me in and she laughed and ignored me again

Experiencia negativa: For 6200 dollars, i feel like i got robbed. The condesending dentist, i wont call him a dr, thats laughable, ignored my request on pulling a crooked tooth. The person that made the teeth lined them up to the crooked tooth. That made them unusable. Every time i tried to explain that to the other employees, i was ignored also. The teeth i have still in my mouth that the dentist scraped with his pick all hurt now, thats a hustle yo get you to return sooner btw, dirty business. Only go to aspen if you want over priced substandard work. Yall should fire yourselves.

Child has a bad cavity after losing tooth. So stated they would keep her normal appointment. Everything would be taken care of they reassured me. My husband called to verify the address as we had to go to a further office to get seen sooner you know child pain want in asap. They told him ohh we were gonna call to reschedule. My husband voiced his concern that she needs seen very soon. They said they would talk to the dentist called back and said we can do the X-rays today but that’s it. Almost an hr drive for X-rays? Absolutely not. Nothing but horrible first impression with this office. So my child missed school and got half way to the office for absolutely nothing.

Called to schedule a appointment and the out of office dispatch basically, said yes they can pull it for me. So I went ahead and went through the motions for getting the appointment setup. Then a hour later I get a call from the actual office and was then informed that they do not do same day extractions. According to the office manger the website says that for advertising and promotional purposes. That's false advertising in my opinion. Now I'm sitting here with a tooth that's killing me and waisted pretty much the whole day to just be told they will not pull my tooth. I will never give these crooks another dime.

I have a severe over bite and I had the Community Center Clinic turned me down and Comfort Dental made me a pair that was so uncomfortable and rough on inside of mouth and would not fix they had to take back. I came here and they have helped me. I would scream from a rooftop if I wasn't scared of heights to run over to Aspen for your Dental Needs. The ladies at counter will also definitely let you talk there ears off if they're not busy lol.
