Experiencia negativa: Had a toothache and had a tooth removed, sill having severe pain in jaw and upper palette over a month later. They refuse to believe that s lower tooth removed can cause the pain I'm in and told me I don't know what I am talking about. I'm having referred nerve pain that causes worse pain then the actual toothache. The nerves are connected to run through lower and upper jaw. They told us oh well nothing they can do for me after the new dentist there caused this condition. They also wouldn't answer my calls until I called 5 times in a row because they were avoiding my call. This place used to be great back in 2022-2024 as the dentist that was there was fantastic. I will not ever be going back there. Somebody needs to do more research on refferd nerve pain caused from what they did to me. They refuse to even listen to what I have been trying to tell them.

Experiencia fantástica: Drove 1hr & 32 minutes to alpha dental to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted today & it was worth it when I first arrived I was so nervous & terrified basically about to cry when I got back in the chair but the surgeon & his team made me feel so comfortable & reinsured me that it was going to be okay & it definitely was the best experience for being my first time getting teeth removed all I remember was the iv going in & I don’t even remember falling asleep just the lady waking me up & Katie walking me to the car lol but all of the staff was super nice sweet and professional from the start now I'm at home relaxing and feeling pretty good just a little sore but I’d 10/10 recommend them if you need wisdom teeth extracted !

Experiencia negativa: We left this practice because of the receptionist. She was very rude and talked down to us because we had a scheduling issue. So we decided to go to a different dentist, I called and asked for the records to be transferred and once again she was very rude and said with an attitude that she'd send them over right now. Well today we had an appointment at the new dentist and they never got the records, the dentist had to call while we were there and STILL Katie didn't send them over so we had to do without which made our appointment run late. Its unfortunate because Dr.Lane and the other Hygienists are great but they need to get new front desk people and looking at the other reviews I'm not the only one who has had issues.

Experiencia negativa: I wouldn’t recommend a fly! I came here for a consultation 2 months ago for wisdom removal and was told I would recieve a call when the books opened for my date. Never recieved anything. I called myself and the woman (Katie) on the phone put me on hold then hung up. I called back and she was extremely rude telling me she has other people to help. I don’t even know how this is an open business. So unprofessional.

Experiencia negativa: BEWARE!!¡! Went here to get my teeth checked due to pain and cavity. First we took xrays and the girl took them was very nice. Then went back to a room and this guy came back and just glanced at my teeth. I assume he was the dentist. He never introduce himself. He asked what was going on and I said I was having pain and needed the hole to be fixed. He told me that I needed a deep clean and I would come back after my insurance got check to see if it will be covered and then come back to get filled. I said I came in for nothing. I am in pain. He finally had the hygienist come in and filled it. We'll its a week later and I am in more pain and still haven't heard nothing else. The dentist even asked me where my cavity was. Really aren't you suppose to look and see what is going on or even look at my trays. This place is a joke and never going back. Oh BTW the place where they filled is coming undone. I have another appointment next week somewhere else.

Experiencia positiva: Alpha dental is one of the best dental offices that I have ever been to. The waiting area seems peaceful every time I go. The office girls are very nice. The doctor has a lot of patients and he always makes you feel comfortable. It’s were I met my favorite Dental assistant Kaitlin! She is so nice to me and I love that . She is always patient with me and I love that too, she takes her time with you. She has a great personality and she makes you feel very comfortable!

Experiencia negativa: I was excited to finally find someplace that would pull my teeth. When I got they took one look at my xray and without much explanation they told me they couldn’t help. No one introduced themselves and had a conversation about my condition in the lobby after they pretty much kicked me out without a real explanation. One thing if ur doctors can’t do the work they r supposed to be able to do another thing when they give a vague description why they r processing u out. I would go someplace else if u r looking for help odds r they would have botched it anyways. Went from making a plan in a chair to them processing me out having a nurse at the front desk tell me they were not going to see me. As a veteran I am truly appalled by my experience there. Work on bedside manner and maybe dont turn people away that need help without an explanation why not in the lobby in the dentist chair with a dentist. U all failed at being basic professionals. It’s not that u guys couldn’t do the work it’s more how u treated me through the whole process. Thanks for nothing. And for the hippa violation telling the whole waiting room my condition just to safe face. Just shameful

The dentist was nice and the oral surgeon I had for my surgery was literally amazing he literally asked me questions to get my mind off of everything the IV was easy when normally it's hard for me to handle. This dentist office is literally top notch I've never has a quick experience with people that actually care about you and the anxiety you have with the procedure and everything else I highly recommend this place.

Experiencia negativa: Well I've been going here for around 3 years because even tho they were an hr and half away from me they accepted my Medicaid. So I went ahead and paid out of pocket for my temporary dentures since then I've gone through several different insurances and none of them are accepted here so being a human with a job that's usually 9:00 to 5:00 I couldn't come pick up my temporaries but they just called me in October and let me know that they were still there and I could come anytime and that they would be there so I went at the beginning of July nobody knew where my dentures were I'm still not received a phone call back from the manager or from anybody I keep getting told that they will call me they will call me they will call me they will call me yesterday it was still call me in 5 minutes I've received no such phone call now they're not answering my phone calls corresponding to me at all I'm now out $700 in temporary teeth. Which I had to go to a different dentist to get them pulled because my blood pressure was too high for this dentist but they still wouldn't let me leave with the dentures I paid for. And now no one knows where they are so I have to walk around with no teeth in my face because I don't have another $700 and they won't call me back

Experiencia negativa: Appointment was at Noon We sat in the lobby from 1150-106 with multiple people being called in and out that came in after us plus already this appointment was rescheduled by them a month later because the dentist decided to go on a vacation (after booking appts,or reception didnt realize they mis-scheduled ?) I find very unprofessional and so ill seek a different dentist for my kiddo.

I needed work done ive put off for YEARS he reassured me and took his time and I got through my appointment today all fixed and smiling all day! My teeth look amazing and feel great. Don't hesitate this is the place to go.

I had an initial appointment to discuss the dental work I needed, and was told I would receive a follow-up call on Monday regarding the total out-of-pocket costs. Unfortunately, a full week passed without any communication, so I reached out myself to inquire. I spoke with Katie, who, unfortunately, seemed rushed and did not take the time to fully address my questions or provide clear explanations. As a first-time user of my work insurance, I was hoping to receive guidance on how to navigate the process and ensure I could afford the necessary dental work. When I inquired if there was someone else who could help explain the costs and potential options, Katie explained that she was the person responsible for handling these questions. While she did provide the total cost of the work I needed, which amounted to over $2,000, I was left feeling unclear about possible payment plans or next steps. While I understand that the cost of treatment isn’t within her control, I was disappointed by the lack of clarity and the rushed nature of the interaction. Better communication and a more thoughtful explanation of the available options would have been greatly appreciated.

Dr.Lane and his girls are great..So happy to have finally found one ..I drive from Dunkirk and it's well worth it.. I had 4 fillings and an extraction.. him and the assistant were great l!! They even had the cutest Valentine’s Day decorations which definitely made me smile . The girls that did my X-rays and cleaning (Kaila and Lexi) made me feel super comfortable and they were both so sweet. As for Dr. Lane he was absolutely awesome!!! He is the first dentist I’ve seen in a long time that hasn’t made me feel completely hopeless about my teeth. I haven’t had a good at experience at the dentist in a long time and he made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. He got me in last minute twice and I couldn’t be more grateful for such a positive experience❤️ I would most definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent care!

Experiencia negativa: I must say the few times I visited this place they didnt seem to do the job correctly...I knew I had atleast 2 cavities. They took xrays, the girl filled the one tooth. I even mentioned what looked like to me something caught on my tooth in the back of my mouth. Everytime I would floss that piece wouldnt come out of my mouth. I mentioned it, the girl just told me oh its some sort of stain. ever since this last visit I told myself do not go back to them. I guarantee the few areas in my mouth the few clerks knew about my problems. Once I get to the dentist in a few months I really hope they can fix my problems.

They showed They cared and that they helped me feel relaxed. The drive was definitely worth it and would go again if needed! Honestly wouldn't go anywhere else!

Experiencia negativa: Worst experience I’ve ever had in my life at a dentist. Please do not go here. You will save yourself time, money, and pain if you choose to go anywhere besides here. Firstly, I had a feeling as soon as I sat down to get out of there but I still stayed. I had to get 2 fillings done between my teeth on the left and right side. They numbed me with epinephrine and I had a terrible reaction. My throat started swelling and I felt like I couldn’t breathe, my heart was racing and I felt like I was going to pass out. I had to sit there for an hour for the epinephrine to wear off. They did not check my blood pressure because no blood pressure cuffs were available at the time. To continue with the fillings, they had to use localized numbing and it kept wearing off every 5 minutes. I felt the entire procedure. The drilling and fillings hurt so badly that I was in tears in the chair and a lady said “you must be sensitive”. Very unprofessional. 3 months later I still haven’t been able to eat on the one side of my mouth because of the pain I’ve had since getting the one filling done. It took them a total of 3 hours to do 2 fillings and they also chipped my tooth while doing the fillings with one of the drills they were using. I saw the chip of my tooth on the bib and they lied to me and said it was not my tooth. Later I went home and looked in the mirror and it was clearly chipped. The other side was fine. The filling was done so improperly that 4 days ago I was flossing my teeth and the filling popped right off. Since I’ve gotten it refilled at a different dentist office, I have had no pain at all. Very disappointed with how unprofessional and unprepared this office is. No one in this office should be practicing as a oral hygienist or dentist. They are not qualified!!! Save yourself the time and go somewhere else. I had to pay out of pocket to fix the mistakes they made to my teeth. Do not make the mistake I made.

Experiencia fantástica: The facility itself was very clean. The staff were punctual and professional. I had a broken tooth and was in a great deal of pain and they worked with me to be able to get the x-rays needed in order to see the extent of the damage but did their best to avoid causing me any unnecessary pain. They explained what my procedure would be and because I opted for IV sedation they explained in great detail my responsibilities in having that done. The staff seemed to genuinely care about my concerns and answered the questions I had to the best of their ability. I would strongly recommend Alpha Dental for specific and or routine dental care

I hope they are better at sedation and pulling these teeth than they are at knowing their facts bc now my trust in them is shaky at best!

Experiencia negativa: My significant other visited alpha dental because her wisdom teeth are giving her serious issues. First off they didn't tell her that her teeth are on a nerve and need out asap, then when we find out they can't do it, we found another dentist and it has been a couple weeks now and my girlfriend has called and the other dentist has called twice to get xrays and everything sent over and they are completely neglecting it and she's in alot of pain. We're in a medical emergency and they have no urgency to get this done. It's a little ridiculous.

They told me to come in at 1 I show up 15 mins early and they have no idea who I am .. check me in seat me then some snooty lady came out telling me I couldn’t be seen unless I get them so update my referral. Place is a joke. They just lost out on $300 I’ll keep my wisdom teeth ‍♀️✌ never will I go back there or I’ll find somewhere else . I called and talked to one of your lady’s Wednesday and told me to come in Friday at 1 . So that was my appointment. You guys have no idea what’s going on in your own business. Place is a joke. And for you to say I came in and demanded an appointment is just hilarious don’t post that you want reviews and then treat people this way

Might I add the fillings that fell out THEY put in and they've been replaced twice. Told me they'd get back with me and it's been a week, 32 minutes on hold before anyone even answered my call. Extremely unprofessional. Definitely there for the money and nothing else. Edit to the response from the buisness owner. 1. You didn't even have the correct insurance, I had to correct your receptionist 3 times, because you found delta through my social. WRONG. I've had BCBS for over a year. Yall didn't even run it, had you you would've seen it was a non existent policy. 2. Highly restrictive insurance? No your office refused to push it through on my main insurance and decided to do what you wanted because you don't accept my insurance even after verifying you did, YOU DONT. 3. I wasn't given OPTIONS. I was told you need a deep clean, we have to send a prior authorization.... you sent a prior authorization for something to do with roots being exposed. Meanwhile the dentist specifically stated I didn't have any exposed roots. 4. When I called in, my only option from your atrocious receptionist was to file an appeal. Nothing else. Exact words. Well you'll need to file an appeal with your insurance company and get back to us.. click. 5. I fully intend on filing a complaint with the attorney general and the state dental licensing board for fraud. You misrepresented your insurance options, billed for a cleaning that was never performed and had no intention of actually doing it. 6. Since you're referring to me as caitlyn, it's obvious you don't have the correct persons file youre looking at. 7. After experiencing this kind of result, I'm happy I didn't let you hacks touch my mouth again

Experiencia fantástica: Edit too add I got my whole top and few bottom removed everyone was fantastic I can’t even explain. I am so greatful to find them! Painless and quick it’s been 8 hrs since and still no pain than you so much to all of the staff!! Absolutely great so far. I am petrified of the dentist due to bad experiences at other ones. I explained to the nurse and she completely understood. Her and doc took great care of me now it’s waiting time for the operation and I hope it goes the same way

Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommend this office! I’m not great at the dentist. Not scared or anything but it’s very uncomfortable. Everyone there is friendly and understanding. The dentist especially. These days companies care less and less about providing sincere empathetic service. This office isn’t like that. Their work looks good too and I have very little soreness after losing and having repaired a huge part of my tooth. Another thing they do is look for the underlying cause and try to fix it.

Experiencia fantástica: They are a great group of people. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. The best dentist office I have ever been to I honestly don't regret my decision.
