Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Matt is the grestest! We love him and the team! He has been seeing my boys since they were 4 and 1. Now they are 19 and 16. The oldest requested one more visit with him before he transitions! That speaks volumes. Most children hate the dentist. For 15 years our boys has never not wanted to see Dr. Matt! We recommend him to everyone we know! The entire office is to be commended for their exceptional customer service. We love this place!!!

The staff and hygienists were excellent, so kind and accommodating to the nervous little ones. Dentist was patient, informative and very personable. I can honestly say the boys enjoyed their visit. Both smiling and happy when finished. Experience was 10/10. Highly recommend! So glad we found the Smile Station! Thank you for making our visit a great one!

Experiencia fantástica: As an almost 8 year old, I love the games in the waiting room, but we never get to wait very long. My 4 year old sister loves that we get to watch videos while they work on our teeth. I love that too, but what I really love is that everyone is so nice and we get tokens to pick toys when we are all done. AND we even get to pick a new tooth brush!

My 5 yr old was very fidgety at his last dentist office and he was calm and stayed still the entire time. My 3 yr old it was her first dental visit ever and they were patient with her and made sure she was comfy. They gave me all the information they could and answered every question I had. So glad we switched dental offices and chose smile station!

My oldest has special needs and is non verbal, and Dr. Rick has done so much research on her rare genetic condition. He really goes above and beyond. The front staff and surgery scheduler are top notch in their professionalism and kindness to us. The hygienists are talented, gentle and loving. We are so appreciative of each and every one of the team members at Smile Station.

I apologize for the length of this, but a google review does not even begin to capture how welcome, loved, and comfortable we felt at our most recent visit!!!! My 4 year old son recently had to go under anesthesia for some dental work, and from the moment of even scheduling this appointment, we were met with so much fantastic support! Jacki was phenomenal with assisting me in all of the necessary paperwork and items for scheduling, in addition the moment we walked into Smile Station on appointment day, she made my son and I feel welcome, comfortable, and loved! She sat and talked with my son, let him pick out a stuffy before going back, and made the entire experience so nice for us! Dr. Reed, the anesthesiologist was amazing! She called me directly from her personal number the day before and gently walked me through what to expect the following day, and genuinely listened to any questions I had. On appointment day, she made me Eli and I both feel at ease and treated him with such gentle, loving care!! Dr. Amanda Snyder, we already know is the best!! She is amazing at what she does, has a beautiful way of working with kids, and is just a beautiful person inside and out! I had no hesitations having Eli under her care, she is absolutely amazing! When it was time for us to leave, we had help out carrying our things and everyone just gave us such words of encouragement and care!! In addition, the day after Eli’s appointment, I got a call directly from the office checking in on Eli and making sure he was doing ok…. What beautiful personal touches!!! All of this to say…. THANK YOU Smile Station, ALL of you for making us feel so loved and cared for during a scary time (especially this mama!) we appreciate your work more than you’ll ever know, thank you so much and I look forward to the care you will continue to provide for others as it is wonderful care that everyone should have!!

My child does NOT cooperate for the very simple checks, but the hygienists and Dr. Amanda always have suggestions and ideas, and we always figure it out! She is so sweet, caring, and kind <3 Amazing, hands down!

It takes a special type of dentist to be fast and efficient with kids and they do just that! They also make sure the kids are comfortable, allow them to have headphones and watch Disney. My 6 year old had to have fillings and they took such good care of her to make it as least traumatizing as possible. I can’t recommend them enough!

She explains things very well, and makes sure all your questions are answered. On top of all that the hygienists here are great at their job and so nice. The facility is fun and clean. I called the office and sent a picture for review and they immediately got us in and taken care of! Dr. Rick has been an outstanding dentist for my children. Experiencia positiva: My kids have been seeing Dr. Jamie for a while now. She has been great no issues! I will say I have had no issues with any of the staff they’ve all been friendly however, the last time we were there, there was a dental assistant I believe her name was Dawn, that had a terrible bedside manner. My son is a bigger 17yr old and I don’t know if that’s why, or if she was having a bad day but it was apparent that she didn’t want to be working or something. Her tone and attitude should be more positive and caring in my opinion for a pediatric dental office where most of the kids are scared. A second complaint would be the dental assistants bringing kids back and don’t explain that the X-rays are possibly out of pocket and the hygienist did not explain that fluoride treatments were not covered either. You end up paying way more than the estimated amount.

Dr. Rick realized that and has not only set up a plan to correct the fear, he has 100% followed through. My son had a teeth cleaning today, has a small cavity that needs fixed and he's not even worried about the follow up appointment. (He normally would start worrying now and lose it the day of) If Dr. Rick tells him he'll be just fine, my kid trusts him. Dr. Rick has absolutely saved my child's oral health! ❤️❤️

He knows all his patients names and welcomes them with a smile. My son is too old to go there now but my daughter loves going to the dentist and is not looking forward to having to find a new dentist when she turns 19. Luckily, we still have almost 7 years left to worry about that.
