Experiencia negativa: I give Dr Bhat five stars for her profession. But zero star for the front desk new staff. i recently had a very disappointing experience with the front desk staff at this clinic. Last year, I ordered a teeth retainer only after the clinic checked with my insurance and explicitly assured me that it would be 100% covered with no out-of-pocket cost to me. i never received a cost estimate or a bill. However, during my visit today, a new receptionist told me i suddenly had a past due balance for this retainer. when i tried to explain the previous confirmation i received from the previous receptionist, she was incredibly dismissive and had a terrible attitude. instead of taking the time to investigate the history of my account or look into the miscommunication, she just argued with me and insisted i was given an estimate, which is completely untrue. her coworker tried to stop her suggesting that discussing after investigation, but she stopped her coworker, which completely showed her arrogant. It's unacceptable to surprise patients with bills due to the clinic's own insurance miscalculations, and it is even worse to treat patients with such unprofessionalism and disrespect when they ask questions. i expect better customer service and billing transparency.

They were very expensive.They were asking lot of money for Invisalign .My wife she found Dr Bhat clinic through google with nice reviews.she called them and set up the appointment and ask about how much they will charge for Invisalign. Experiencia negativa: Unfortunately, my family and I can no longer recommend this office. We have decided to leave the practice due to a consistent lack of professionalism and accountability from the administration. There are three specific reasons for our departure: Unreliable Communication: The front desk frequently fails to respond to emails and SMS inquiries. In one instance, I was completely ignored when trying to reschedule an appointment for my wife until I was forced to call in. I am talking about half a dozen messages ignored. Questionable Billing: We previously caught them billing our insurance for X-rays that were never performed. We let this go at the time, but it speaks to a lack of integrity from the office. Refusal to Own Mistakes: Most recently, the staff miscalculated my insurance benefits. They explicitly confirmed an item was covered, but when it wasn't (as they had billed one of the codes previously in the year as well), they refused to waive the resulting $49 fee. Instead of apologizing for their error, the staff argued with me, and the doctor refused to intervene. There was no way i could have known this since i wouldnt have known what codes they have already used in previous visits. They were more concerned in telling me that I had the financial responsibility for the $49 Trust is essential in healthcare, and this office has lost ours.

During that time, I’ve had several fillings, old crowns replaced and all my cleanings at her practice. Prior to finding Dr. Bhat, I was always extremely anxious and tense from many unpleasant experiences in a dental office always dreading the needle and drill. Thanks to Dr. Bhat’s professional, compassionate, thorough and informative approach in detailing every dental restoration procedural step all those fears are gone. Dr. Bhat and her staff provide the BEST of the BEST “PAINLESS” DENTAL EXPERIENCE and OVERALL CARE I’ve ever had. Experiencia negativa: I don’t usually write comments but I would not recommend you to come here for the following reasons (not sure why other reviews are so high): - They have temps that work here often that have no idea what they are doing so expect them to only be doing half the job they were supposed to do if you’re not paying attention - Billing is a mess about 50% of the time - Sometimes they don’t answer the phone during their OPEN hours or you might get dismissed rudely to call back later (like… what?) - Heard other customers give constructive feedback and the staff just blames eachother. No sincere apology to the customer

Experiencia fantástica: I had my twice yearly check-up and cleaning earlier today with Dr. Baht. Mallory greeted me warmly after waiting just a few minutes. She was upbeat and cheerful as always! We engaged in several minutes of small talk before she went straight to work on the task at hand. She was fasr, efficient yet relatively gentle as well. I appreciate her skill and experience as a hygienist. Dr Baht then came in and examined my teeth making one recommendation pertaining to the gum line around one particular tooth. Aii in all it was a very good experience as usual and I would not hesitate at to recommend Sea Dental to anyone for all their dental care!

Experiencia negativa: I went to Sea Dental care 3+ years ago and was told I needed 9 fillings including for some teeth that had staining, but they would cover the patient co-pay cost of the fillings. I asked only for 1 filling for a tooth that was hurting and then found another dentist whom I’ve gone to for 2 years now and they’ve never said I needed any more fillings. There may well be variations in treatment recommendations but expect that Sea will recommend more treatment than most dentists. I’ve been told be other dentists that over treatment can be very bad for your teeth in the long term, so make sure you’re getting a second opinion if you have hesitations about the recommendations from Sea Dental.

Experiencia negativa: Went here for a few years and thought it was great. Then I went to another dentist and they showed me high resolution photos inside my mouth and I found out how badly botched the work was. The dentist didn’t even have to point it out. It was clearly visible. They also fixed in 30 minutes what Dr. Bhat told me for over a year “nothing can be done” about. I’m spending thousands of dollars to fix the damage done here. Perfectly nice people but that just makes it feel more like a betrayal.

Experiencia negativa: I saw Dr. Bhat for a crown and a routine cleaning towards the end of last year, and everything went great. The team was always super friendly, and Maggie at the front desk was very helpful at setting up appointments and liaising with my insurance. Things changed recently when I tried to reach out to them for an emergency appointment (I noticed a crack in one of my molar fillings and experienced some pain in my jaw). I had trouble getting in touch with them by phone or email and it took a while to hear back. When they did get in touch they explained they were having some system issues. Maggie was helpful to offer the next available appointment. When I showed up, I was surprised to see a new dentist (I was expecting Dr. Bhat). The appointment felt rushed, and I was told I needed a root canal and crown, plus Botox injections for my jaw. The dentist said she can take care of all the treatment herself, so I wouldn’t need to see a separate Endodontist. I left feeling like she did not have my best interest and that I'm being pushed into a treatment plan. I decided to get a second opinion from another practice, and I’m really glad I did. Turns out, I didn’t need the root canal or Botox after all (just the crown). While my first experience with Dr. Bhat and her team was good, I don’t feel comfortable returning to this practice.

Experiencia fantástica: My final Invisalign retainer is creating two noticeable gaps in my teeth, including one in an area Dr. Bhat filed down midway through the treatment. After raising this issue, Dr. Bhat tried a few solutions, including filing down the retainer and ordering a new one (which I paid for), but unfortunately, neither fixed the gaps. While I understand her efforts to avoid reopening a new Invisalign case, I can't help but feel like my best interests aren't being prioritized. That said, I’m giving 5 stars because of her incredible team. My hygienist has been incredibly supportive and the front desk staff has been so responsive and patient. It’s when things don't go to plan that you truly see the care you’re receiving. They've now opened a new Invisalign case for me and I’m confident this issue will ultimately be resolved.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Jiyeon Lee and her dental assistant were incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. They maintained a high level of professionalism, which made me feel at ease during my PRF/PRP treatment. The clinic itself has a warm and friendly atmosphere, and the staff really takes the time to ensure you're comfortable and well-informed. This was my second treatment for my scalp within two months, so it's hard to say if I’ve seen noticeable results yet. However, I can definitely say that I am not experiencing additional hair loss from this treatment. I’ll be sure to update my review in a few months! I will be scheduling my third appointment for sure.

Experiencia negativa: She started drilling before I was numb. When I stopped her, she overcompensated by injecting so much numbing agent that I couldn’t close my left eye for over 6 hours. I had to tape my eye shut overnight. She kept saying the cavity was in such a weird spot, like she wasn’t sure how to get at it. And she must not have been sure because the filling hurt for over a year until I got it fixed by another dentist who said it was just a routine filling. I couldn’t chew on the left side of my mouth without pain for over a year! I had gone back to her about 4 times for it and every time she would make the filling lower and lower and then tell me to just wait. She was dismissive of my pain and caused me quite a bit of anxiety. That’s just my experience with the filling. I wasn’t happy with the cleaning either. She uses some auto suction device which did not seem to be working well as I felt I kept choking on my spit. I asked her to switch to the standard suction thing, which the assistant did, but the assistant was not very good with it and did not pause to get the spit so I kept choking anyway. The assistant must have been new and she had switched the number of existing fillings with needed fillings so I was handed a bill for 13 fillings. In all, I went to Dr Bhat for 1 cleaning, 1 filling, and then about 4 follow up visits regarding the 1 filling. She’s the worst dentist I’ve ever been to and I’m very surprised by how many positive reviews there are on here considering how bad my experience was.

Experiencia negativa: I would give one star here, the only reason I give two stars for this place is for the teeth cleaning lady who usually very gentle cleaning teeth. Other than that there is no good experience at all this clinic. First, the receptionist was very rude to me while I was inquiring about my invisible line concerns. She only cares about extra money that I should pay if I want more new trays to replace long-wearing tray. Second, the invisible line experience was a total failure , it doesn’t close the gap between my teeth, but also continuing causing food to squeeze in my teeth and my bite has not been as good as before. Even if I mentioned this concern to the doctor in my last visit, she insisted saying that my teeth look good, ignore what I was saying and worried. If the result of invisible treatment is like such, I would not take it. The doctor should inform the patient about such side effects before encouraging patients to take the treatment .

Experiencia positiva: I've been here for 3+ years wanting to shift from my bellevue provider Dr. Relan even before. The doctor has excellent bedside manners which are close to none. Cleaning is done very well. Hygeinists are nice. With that said, cons: 1. There are mixup in appointment scheduling off late. I am asked on why I cancelled but in reality I still wonder how their system cancels it. I was told if I cancelled it everytime and we need to go back and forth for something which we never did. 2. Once I had given them excess charge but I wasn't apprised about it. I saw at people keep called them and then got refunded. I still believe it'd be nice or fostered trust if they'd called me for this. :) 3. Crown preps don't go well. I've gone back and forth 4 times for crown prep but the crown with my previous doctor stays intact. We did crown lengthening and everything to the point our insurance stopped covering for this. Recementing costs a lot even without insurance and honestly a crown shouldn't come off every time. In fact acc to ADA, crowns are covered for 5 years which means the crown must be strong. I was recommended deep cleaning I honestly don't know for what since it's a pain in my teeth which needs to be addressed. I am quite disappointed this time. If you're looking at invisalign this is your go to place but for crown I still think another provider does it better.

Experiencia fantástica: I've visited a lot of dentists, but my experience with Dr. Bhat and her staff was the best I've ever had. It's clear she takes pride in her work. She keeps up to date on the newest technologies and improvements, and personally tries them first before she will use them on her patients. For my visit, these new instruments made the process go much faster and with less discomfort. She remembered details from our conversation on my first visit, and she was also happy to answer all my questions and explain things i was curious about. I feel that she really cares. 10/10 I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Bhat was able to quickly diagnose the root cause of my year-long tooth pain resulting from two consecutive root canal failures and resolve it, which, according to three other dentists, was a very challenging and even unsolvable problem to handle. I got my first root canal treatment in 2014, only to find in 2019 that the crown was not sealed properly. A second dentist helped replace my crown, but I started to have swelling gums and pains around it. Before Sea Dental, I consulted with three general dentists about my case. Two referred me to specialists for this issue and the third one recommended that I endure the pain until I’m financially ready to get the tooth extracted and plant a new one, yet it literally took five minutes for Dr. Bhat to identify the issue (I was allergic to the materials of the crown & the crown was again, not properly sealed) and come up with a treatment plan. Now I get to keep the tooth and the pain never returned. Meanwhile, Dr. Bhat was able to identify and treat pulpits for my husband during a regular dental visit, even before he himself noticed anything. Adding on to Dr. Bhat’s reliable diagnosis and treatments are her staff’s professionalism and friendliness. The whole team is honest, responsive and patient. I always feel comfortable discussing insurance coverage, billings and pricing with them. Treatments are reasonably priced and there is never aggressive marketing for any particular products or services. I highly recommend Sea Dental to anyone looking for reliable and professional dental care!

Experiencia negativa: Thank God I got a second opinion. Within 20 minutes and a few X-rays she determined I had a dead tooth (a gold crown’) molar. Then advised I immediately have it extracted. So quick and rude. I got a second opinion and all it was was a deep cavity in a tooth that was close to it. It was even the right tooth she had. I didn’t even need a root canal. Thank God for Kirkland Family Dentistry. I didn’t lose a tooth and since then I’ve had no issues with tooth pain. Sea Dental Care completely misdiagnosed my issue and it would’ve cost me a tooth and so much more money.

She does a completely thorough job at cleaning all the while delighting you with her anecdotes. Dr. Bhatt is amazing. She explains every procedure as she is about to perform it. That helps calm nerves. I got my crown replaced at SEA Dental. The new crown looks and feels great. Dr. Bhatt is very precise and it definitely shows in her work. The location is great, whether you want to drive or take a bus.

I wanted to get my permanent filling done and was new to the town with a lot of hesitation about what would come. But, I would say I am fortunate to meet Dr. Priti Bhat. The whole treatment was a cakewalk and so gentle. I did not even realize it was done. Maggie, who hosted me at the front desk was kind. I was new to the whole insurance process in the states. Mallory, the hygienist, gives a very thorough cleaning and is very easy to talk to. Scheduling and billing always goes smoothly. It would be more convenient if they had online bill pay, but that’s the only negative thing I can think of about this place.
