Experiencia negativa: I called to ask for pricing after noticing that the estimated prices listed on the website are from 2022 and appear to be outdated for certain procedures. I was told that pricing cannot be discussed over the phone, which was confusing since estimated pricing is already publicly available online. When I asked for clarification, I was told pricing is handled on a case-by-case basis, which is understandable in some situations. However, the specific procedure I inquired about is not covered by insurance and is typically quoted as a flat rate or per quadrant. I was not requesting a treatment plan, only an updated price estimate. Instead of receiving a clear explanation, I was repeatedly told that pricing could not be discussed over the phone. If this is truly the policy, the website should be updated to reflect this and outdated pricing should be removed. Additionally, it would be helpful if front-desk staff were better equipped to explain pricing policies and services offered.

I've been going to this dental office for twenty years when Dr. Bogdanoff was the head dentist with Donna by his side. I loved both of them so much, I kept returning even when I lived east. I've met the new office staff but do not know them well. Place is clean and professional but I will typically go out of my way to go back to Donna, the hygienist all the time. When I can communicate more easily with the new staff on important issues, I would consider coming back in for procedures. :)

I was pleasantly surprised and I have had no bleeding and no pain since the painless procedure. Donna has been my hygienist for about 10 years and is always gentle. Experiencia fantástica: I have had Donna Frink as my dental hygienist for years. She has been excellent and it’s always a pleasure to have my teeth cleaned by her. This by far the best dental practice I have ever used. So many dental offices try to sell you work that you really don’t need. This office is honest and will only recommend procedures that is in your best interest medically.

Donna was exceptionally gentle and thorough during my cleaning and has a super clean working environment. They took the time to explain each step of the process, which made me feel comfortable. They were not only knowledgeable but also took the time to answer all my questions and address any concerns I felt reassured by their thoroughness and expertise. Dr. Arocha has a wonderful way of making patients feel at ease, which is so important in a dental setting. I have been a patient of this office for more than 25 years and I can’t begin to say enough good things about the dental work the great assistance of the staff and to Donna who’s been my hygienist for many many years. Whenever I have a question or concern, they always take the time to make sure I get all the best information. In the event of an emergency like a broken tooth I always get immediate help.
