Experiencia fantástica: Updating my review! I have been going to Arlington Dental for a couple of years now. I have never had any problems with them or any of their staff. I typically see Rachel and Dr. Kyu. Dr. Kyu makes me laugh and feel so much better about the situation as to why I’m seeing him. Rachel is somehow even kinder and more relatable, making the whole appointment go smoother. They have wonderful communication as well. I don’t think I will want anyone else to ever work on my teeth between the two of them. They work well together and really know what they are doing. They have fixed several problems of mine now. Always in and out and they will fit you in if they can. I will recommend them to everyone. Thank you Arlington Dental!

Experiencia negativa: I had an appointment today to have an infected tooth looked at. I was previously from Axxess Point, and they don’t handle infections or removing infected teeth. When I initially set up the appointment, receptionist were very nice and were bad-mouthing Axxess Point (sp?), saying that they could definitely take care of it. So they were aware that I had a current dentist and that I was coming here for an infection. But once I came in, they said they couldn’t do it because I had been seeing another dentist recently. They also said that they won’t work with infections. I told the receptionist that those two were probably one of the ones I spoke to on the phone when I called twice about this. I also informed them that I am autistic and that I have trouble communicating, but they didn’t care. The younger girl at the desk was extremely rude and just stared at me with psycho eyes. After about five seconds, she said “I’m sorry, sir” and I said “that’s all I was asking for was an apology.” They clearly are unprofessional in numerous ways, but worst of all they are extremely rude. I never had this problem in the past and I’ve been a patient of the dentist office for years. Steer clear of this place. I would love to see a rebuttal from Arlington Dental on this comment. Please send a rebuttal so I can reply to that, too. Again, I’ve been a patient of theirs for years, but had to take a break due to them not accepting my new insurance. I’m calling the Board of Dentistry on them. This place is a joke.

Experiencia positiva: They were ok! The only thing is the assistant keeps calling you girl I didn’t like that very much when I’m old enough to be her grandmother. But as far as the services it was good so far . They also needs to be a little more detailed on information the patient needs. If you don’t ask they don’t tell you anything.

I need help bad but they told me I was sol today… the new receptionist is good but the one at the old office screwed me over and I can’t seem to get doctor que to understand I actually did call in time …. Rachael and Dr. Lee took their time with explaining things and helped me so much! My son also had an appointment and they were amazing with him also. Experiencia negativa: I had previously received dental care from this provider. The provider cancelled my appointment and my son's appointment on the day of the appointments because they no longer wanted to accept our insurance. I had used this insurance for prior visits and this provider was listed as being in network. The dentist gave no notice prior to cancelling the appointments. This negatively affected our dental health since we had to wait quite a while to get an appointment with another dentist. Office personnel were rude. Also, during for previous appointments they scheduled exams but not cleanings. We attended the scheduled appointments but received no cleanings. My cleaning was fit in (and inconvenient for my schedule because it took most of my day to wait for an opening), but my son was on a wait list and never got a cleaning. After waiting 6 months, his next appointment was cancelled as mentioned above. He went almost a year without a cleaning. I've never been to a dentist that didn't routinely schedule cleaning appointments along with the dental exams. This provider is not good. I would give this provider zero stars if I could. In response to the provider's response below. No, my Humana plan has NOT changed once in the last 10 years. And yes, Arlington Dental was listed as an in-network provider because that is why I initially called Arlington Dental. I would not have driven so far otherwise. Additionally, no one EVER mentioned that a cleaning was not being scheduled for either of us. That was a shock when we arrived and I definitely would not have scheduled a dental appointment without a cleaning. What would the point be? And the appointment for my son was not cancelled until he showed up at the office in September. My appointment was cancelled the day before it was scheduled through a text message.

Experiencia fantástica: Had my teeth cleaned finally, after neglecting my yearly visits for over a few years. The dental hygienist took her time, and thoroughly cleaned the tartar that had built up on my molars, which had been bothering me. The Dentist (whom is very nice) came in when she was done to give a thorough check and verify everything was good. My teeth feel SO much better, and i will never skip my visits anymore! Every visit at this office has been positive, and I recommend everyone to schedule an appointment. Thank you

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience The entire staff was very welcoming and also very calming I don't generally like dentists offices but I had to have a procedure done here today and the doctor was excellent .Did not waste any time fixing me up and the place was beyond clean - which is a big must for me anywhere that I go but especially ESPECIALLY if I'm about to have surgery on my mouth. Experiencia negativa: Extremely rude receptionist or dental assistant that called me after I had scheduled to have an adjustment on my partial that this office had made, after making the appointment they called me back an hour later to tell me that they would not make an adjustment on my partial because I had a crown done at the endodontist that THEY referred me to. So now I am stuck with a partial that I cannot wear and neither office will adjust for me. Very unprofessional and the woman that called me was very very rude. Ever since they moved their office from across the street and the hygienist that my family loved left the practice this place has went downhill I would not recommend going here

Experiencia negativa: I’ve been going to Arlington Dental for years, but what I’ve experienced recently is beyond unprofessional and honestly shocking. I had two routine cleanings on 7/5/23 and 1/11/24—both fully covered by my Delta Dental insurance. Arlington Dental never submitted the claims within the one-year deadline. Because of their mistake, Delta Dental can’t process the claims now. Instead of taking responsibility, Arlington Dental is trying to charge ME $250 for services that should’ve been completely free. To make things worse, they are refusing to see me until I pay the $250. I’m currently pregnant and dealing with bleeding gums, which means I need dental care ASAP. Their refusal to treat me because of THEIR own administrative negligence is unacceptable and unethical. On November 7, 2025, I even had a conference call with Delta Dental and Arlington Dental. Delta Dental made it clear they never received the claims in time, but Arlington Dental (Lauren I believe her name was) got hostile, insisting they did—even though there’s zero record on Delta’s end. The whole call was incredibly uncomfortable and unprofessional. Arlington Dental messed up, and instead of owning it, they’re trying to push the cost onto a pregnant patient and deny care. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. My husband and I won’t be returning, and I strongly suggest finding a provider who values their patients and takes responsibility for their own errors. Arlington Dental should have owned up To their mistake, paid the $250 in order to keep two customers but their negligence is the reason for this review.

Experiencia fantástica: I hope anybody in need of a dentist comes to Arlington Dental ! From the minute you walk in the receptionists are so sweet and helpful with anything you need. Dr Q is Amazing , helps me feel calm and very comfortable especially when the dentist makes me so nervous from past experiences. Today i met Susan and she did a GREAT job doing my dental cleaning today she took her time and so determined to clean every single tooth and was super patient with me . I will forever go to Arlington Dental ! Highly recommend!!

Experiencia negativa: I literally just called the office TODAY as a new patient and not only that but I knew patient out of town. While on the phone with a representative in the office as a new patients who was coming to see Dr. Kyulee with myself, daughter and spouse I had a few question. 1) one I just had a exam less than 6mo ago and she stated that dr Kyulee does not take release of medical and that he only starts fresh! Weird but ok? 2) I wanted to book us all on the same day because we are coming from out of town, Nope he does not do that each of us have to book a separate appointment because this doctor only see one patient per a family per a day when ask do you have a office manager no we don’t! That was flag #2 .., 3) I than ask is is Dr Kyulee from that area( as if I can’t look that up myself) before the lady on the phone could answer my question, the lady in the background stated” WHAT THE HELL SHE DOESN'T NEED TO KNOW THAT, WHAT NO” and than HANG UP THE PHONE WHE I WAS STILL ON THE OTHER LINE!!! that was enough she left a bad impression not only on the staff but this entire business, I didn’t even bother to book nor call back. IF YOU ARE A NEW PATIENT SEARCHING FOR NEW DENTIST THIS SHOULD BE YOUR ABSOLUTE LAST RESORT. Very unprofessional, disrespectful and I don’t even want to know how the patient care is.

Experiencia fantástica: Had a wonderful experience here at Arlington Dental yesterday. I already have a fear of mouth pain......so I was super nervous, but Dr.Q and his wonderful assistant did an excellent job fixing my teeth and making sure I was comfortable.

Experiencia fantástica: My whole experience was something you would not expect. I went in for a look at a cavity and learned one of my wisdom teeth was broken and needed to be removed. They were able to do both that same day. I was nervous to say the least but Dr. Q and his assistant were both amazing calmed my fears were professional and attentive. Experiencia negativa: Never experienced such rude behavior from a professional place of business after walking in I was not greeted instead Lauren (if that is her name straight brown hair side part with large round glasses) said “what do you need” I explained to her I had a filling fall out recently that was causing me pain she said when did you get the filling I said about a year ago she said no you need to go back to the dentist office that did it your insurance won’t cover it without asking for my insurance so then I asked could you look up my insurance she rolled her eyes and took my card then said your insurance will only cover a full exam every five years we can’t see you i never heard of that so I went to the car called my insurance the customer service rep stated that is not true that I should go back in and she can provide the receptionist with accurate information i go back into the dentist after being ignored for 5mins I finally say excuse me I have my insurance company on the phone and I am covered for the exams the insurance rep asked Lauren did she need help Lauren’s face turn red and said no she said do you see that she is covered she said yes she said are you able to get her scheduled Lauren said yes I thanked the insurance rep and ended the call as soon as the call ended Lauren said it looks like in the past you canceled and appointment with us and due to that we now have to schedule you three months out and you can not do a walk in overall this lady was very rude and a bad representation of this business as someone who works in customer service she needs to work on her customer service skills or a lot more bad reviews will be coming if anyone has good recommendations for a dentist office please comment below

Experiencia fantástica: Big dentist coward here, and my first experience was pleasant! The environment is very welcoming and quaint. Nice size waiting area with alot of space. All the staff is very nice and everything was explained to me with a smile. Dr Q is definitely a people person and has a great bedside manner. He laughs, smiles and is a dentist that you actually want to go back to see. The office, rooms, equipment, etc...are all very clean. Edit to post: I've had a few cleanings here and it always goes well. They're thorough, and gets everything done in a timely manner. Experiencia negativa: I got two back teeth pulled and now I have a piece jawbone sticking my tongue.!! I'm glad they got the bad teeth pulled but they need to check their work more carefully, because I was so numb I didn't feel the bone until the novican wore off.

Experiencia negativa: Arlington Dental, has changed a lot! My experience today was really terrible! The lady cleaning my teeth was nice but OCD! But worst of all was the doctor himself very rude, with a conversation that we had! He failed to check the things that my insurance allowed and paid for when doing partials for my husband, would had missing teeth. The insurance stated in their policy that do not pay for missing teeth. So it was missed on the dentist part and therefore it became our responsibility! Which we known it could have been taken care of at the time. This was very unprofessional on their part. Now he want do any work for my husband teeth until the bill is taken care of, no arrangements no phone call to let us know. I am very disappointed in the way this was handled. We will start looking for a new dentist....

Experiencia fantástica: I came in as a walk-in at Arlington Dental. The dentist and staff helped me very quickly ! I got two procedures taken care of very quickly. The staff and the nurses are fantastic at this place they are all extremely nice and funny. You know nobody loves a dentist office but these people are really cool some of the best, I believe.

Experiencia negativa: I made in an appt to come in for X-rays and they were able to get me in, in only a couple weeks, spoke to the doctor and the experience was great. He wanted to monitor the problem and continue to see me, made a follow up appt for the following week and I got sick, called to ask to reschedule and they mysteriously couldn’t get me back in until December. Not happy at all.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible experience for my fiance. She needed a full set of dentures. They sent them off to the "lab" the 1st time and didnt fit her and hurt. They said they made a mistake with them and others they sent at same time. 2 more "adjustment" and still hurt and not even close to fitting. they said oh well, this is all the insurance will cover and sent her on her way. now the insurance wont cover another set for 8yrs. she has gone over 6 months with 0 teeth and no dentures. Her mental health is now declining because of all this stress. Its all about money to them and rushing the process and getting you out the door. Dont go here!!

They really went the extra mile in regards to answering all my questions, and giving me solid recommendations. The office is very clean and welcoming. Experiencia fantástica: This place is amazing. After working in the dental field for 14 years I was hesitant about going to a new place, but every visit is more pleasant than the last visit. Dr. “Q” is so knowledgeable and I have had 2 crowns placed as well as my cleaning appointments and the 2 prettiest teeth in my mouth are the ones he has done. I won’t ever go anywhere else. They talk to me through every step, let me take breaks, comforted me. They were incredibly supportive. Experiencia fantástica: I love Doctor Q. He is always so kind and friendly. I am never nervous going to the dentist anymore. Prior to this office I feel like I had a new dentist every year. I just wasn't satisfied with the office or procedures... etc. But I have been at this practice for a couple of years and my daughter is now a patient. We love Dr. Q and Arlington Dental staff.

Experiencia fantástica: I had my first appointment at Arlington Dental yesterday and I had a great experience. Everyone who worked there was incredibly helpful and friendly. I'm glad that this will be my new dentist office!

Experiencia fantástica: i went to 5 different dentists in my insurance network, this by far is the nicest, it’s local, the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, the work was efficient, i had work done YESTERDAY and my mouth feels perfect today, i was treated with respect and truthfully can say this is the best dentist i’ve been to, the receptionists, the doctors, and the nurses are all phenomenal.

Experiencia negativa: Went there for partials they didn't fit right went 4 different times to have corrected. They didn't make it right Dr. Lee doesn't respect his patients opinion, tried to tell him the over filled a tooth and that's why they don't fit he says no no no and said i need a bone cut out of my gums to make them fit. He has no idea what he is doing. I have had sets of partials over 20 yrs 2 sets fit fine but his didn't so no problems with bone before.Dont use Arlington Dental. Dr. Lee just shrugs his shoulders and walks away

Experiencia negativa: Came here because my brother comes here. Dr. Lee is the rudest dentist I’ve come across. I had an infection in my mouth and he didn’t prescribe me anything. I was in pain and he looked at me and just walked away. Like he didn’t want to deal with me. Then when I went to my car he was staring at me and my boyfriend through the window. Like a creep. Never felt so judged by a dentist in my life.

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love this office, I am so scared of the dentist and my anxiety is so high but from my first appointment everybody was so welcoming and kind. Today I got a tooth pulled and they were so attentive to me and making sure I was comfortable and informed like I really cannot explain the joy and respect I have for everyone here thank you so much!

Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommend this dental office!! The dentist and all the girls were absolutely great. Had 8 teeth pulled and he did amazing making sure I knew I was comfortable and didn’t feel a thing.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this place, and I hate the dentist normally. Dr. Q is amazing. I became a new patient and got an appointment within the same week. They also scheduled me a teeth cleaning appointment within the first 2 weeks of being a patient, everywhere else has an ungodly wait time for cleanings but not this place! It's clean, the staff is friendly, funny and accommodating. And Dr. Q has the best vibe! He's so funny and thorough, and always let's you know what's going on. 10/10 recommend. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
