Throughout the entire process, they’ve been very accommodating and knowledgeable. The scheduling team clusters appointments to help with our busy schedules and their communication with our dentist was so helpful. They’ve even assisted in ensuring we maximized our insurance coverage and we’ve never had a single charge outside of the initial upfront costs. It’s wonderful to have a local family business you can trust!

The office is so clean and up to date, they even have a coffee bar with tea, hot chocolate & bottled water. It seems like everyone you come in contact with is more friendly than the one before. Dr. Nick, Dr. Nate and Dr. Theresa Mellion are superior at what they do and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. (They even call you at home the night you get your braces on to make sure you are ok and don't have any questions). I would recommend this practice to anyone in need of an Orthodontist. You won't be disappointed!!

I don't think we have ever had to wait more than 5 minutes. Dr. Nick and Dr. Nate are great at explaining the why and how of the treatment plan which I really appreciate. I have 3 kids with different needs and each plan is tailored to their needs. I highly recommend them. My oldest daughter has a beautiful smile now! My other two are on their way. My youngest got her braces on yesterday. Needless to say - we have had many visits to Mellion and all have been pleasant.

They are friendly, knowledgeable, caring, generous, thoughtful and genuine. Many times when you go places you can tell when people do not like their job. I have never felt that here! Dr. Nate took the time to explain the entire process of straightening my teeth and collaborated with a local periodontist and my personal dentist so my smile was exactly how I dreamed it would be. Experiencia negativa: My son calls me from school, almost in tears because he's in so much pain because a wire had come off and was poking him in the side of the mouth... So I call the office and ask them if it was ok to bring him in to be looked at real quick so we could get his wire handled... The receptionist says not today, we can see him in 3 days. I told her it was a major issue because he was being jabbed in the side of his mouth and he was in a lot of pain... she basically did not care and told me to come in at a later time. (Not acceptable)--- Second issue, today, my son had an appointment at 2:05... she calls me at 2:19 and says we need to reschedule your appointment because you missed it. I told her I was literally 2 mins from my house and 5 mins from the office, I could be there in 7 mins. She says nope, because we've already filled your spot.... (which is a lie, because they dont take new people in a day--- example above) if you have appointments already scheduled for the day, and you do not take new patients, you can just adjust accordingly and you have the same amount of patients. Now we have to reschedule for another 2 weeks out and wait. (Again, not acceptable) In my opinion, if they truly cared, they would have seen him when he had the 'emergency' and being 20 mins late they could made a slight adjustment to accommodate... I have 2 younger boys who will need braces and I will be looking for alternatives.

They are extremely accommodating and will go to all lengths to ensure your comfort during the process. They thoroughly explain what they are working on at each appointment, so you always know the progress. And when the day comes for the braces to be removed, you will feel like a VIP, everyone is telling you congratulations, pictures, balloon, etc You will not be able to stop showing off your brand new, radiant, perfect smile!! Our family will be recommending and referring the Mellion Family to everyone we know!
