I have chronic pain in my neck, spine lower back and the back office is so compassionate. Dental technician Michelle, without me saying anything, got a pillow to ease my pain. Andrea is very helpful and takes care of everything for me as she knows I don't understand the insurance process. They do everything to make us comfortable. Excellent dental work and they will not let you leave until you're 100% satisfied. Thanks guys!

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first time with Dr. Kim & all the staff at Salin Dental. My “old” Dentist had retired & passed all his patients onto his neighbor. I was unhappy with this new dentist as she used words like “might” have a crack & “maybe” need a root canal. Ughhh you are a doctor i need confirmation from you before i let you start messing with my teeth. I have not had a cavity in over 15yrs. My last visit with her, she told me I had a cracked tooth & a broken tooth. Just from looking at x-rays & not actually looking into my mouth. Then the billing girl told me the pictures were not clear & did not show the crack & I would have to pay out of pocket for the entire repair. I intentionally did not tell anyone at Salin Dental about these so called issues. Yesenia took lots of x-rays & we got along great! Dr. Kim did his exam of my mouth & found no issues, not even 1 cavity. I told him of my previous experience & how i did not trust her. He gave me compliments on my teeth & said lots of the same things my old dentist would tell me. Everyone I dealt with today was Super Nice & made me feel comfortable. Thank You Dr. Kim, Yesenia, Cody, Caren & ALL the other gals.

Experiencia fantástica: I have a horrible dental experience with the drs that used to work with me. Going into this office made me feel so comfortable, they explained everything in detail and told me step by step what was going on. I suffer from anxiety and they let me know they would let my boyfriend in with me and took him in and let even him ask any questions he had! Everything is great from the front office, assistants, Dr and hygienist. I have more care with them coming up but aside from my fear for dentist I’m looking forward since I know they will work with me. I also mentioned I have very sensitive teeth and they gave me great recommendations and explained everything and were very gentle. Overall, it’s a great office and I look forward to continuing my care with them!

The receptionist was helpful. We just had a cancelation and the appointment is now if you want it. I sat down and in five minutes I went in to get my teeth cleaning . Kelly was my hygienist. She was friendly, respectful, answered all my questions, and did a great job cleaning my teeth. What a great experience. Thank you

Experiencia fantástica: ive been going to this dentist for more than thirthy years two dentist retired dr salin turned if ovdr to his son who is so awesome i always had a fear of gojng to the dentist. he makes me so comfortable. he is so good at numbing you and making sure you are ok. the girls in the office are so good. they do everything they can to work your insurance and help you with your company’s. Michelle works as dr d assistant. she is so good matching your crowns with your teeth and making the tempary she has been there as long as i’ve been going and she knows what she is doing well! i also got a permanent tooth a few years back and im so glad I spent the money and did this. i cant even tell it is not my tooth and dr D knows what he is doing preparing your gum for the tooth and making sure everything goes good. i would recommend getting a permanent tooth by him if you ever need one.

They do adults & children. They do every orthodontic procedure you can think of & need. Dr. D has always been my favorite & preference. He's kind & gentle, & talks you through everything, & his voice makes everything seem like a walk in the park.

The dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth during this visit was so competentent, friendly, spirited and kind...additionally, she educated me about additional attention needed when brushing my teeth.

Experiencia positiva: The Dentist and staff are caring, supportive and professional. I had a procedure for a crown. The dentist explained everything to me. I do have one complaint. I feel the billing staff need to update clients on cost of procedure and changes made by insurance. Luckily, I had funds to pay for cost but for those that can't its important to keep your clients aware.
