Experiencia fantástica: A Gold Standard in Compassionate Dental Care: Novak Dentistry at Riverwalk Visiting Novak Dentistry at Riverwalk was a revelation in what modern dental care should feel like—welcoming, patient-centered, and deeply human. From the moment we arrived, every member of the team radiated warmth and professionalism. It wasn’t just a friendly greeting—it was a genuine atmosphere of care that immediately put us at ease. What truly distinguished this experience was the extraordinary patience and attentiveness shown by the entire staff, especially Dr. Novak. My four-year-old daughter was understandably nervous, but Dr. Novak approached her with remarkable sensitivity. Before introducing any tools, he took the time to show her each one, explain its purpose, and gently reassure her. His use of light humor, a calming tone, and a gentle touch transformed what could have been a stressful visit into a moment of trust and comfort. Not only did they show excellence to my small child, but to the rest of us in the household. The team’s ability to communicate clearly and compassionately was equally impressive. Every step of the process was explained with care, ensuring that we felt informed and supported—not just as patients, but as people. Their dedication to creating a positive experience for families is evident in every detail, from the thoughtful pacing of appointments to the way they anticipate and ease anxieties. Novak Dentistry at Riverwalk isn’t just a dental office—it’s a place where empathy meets excellence. I’m deeply grateful for the way they cared for my daughter and for the professionalism they bring to every interaction. Something im always impressed with is the ability they all have to remove dental tools from mouth after asking a question. Its little but shows in a big way how much they care and so many other great examples to many to list. My lifetime dentist is found! A special shout out to Janna who will always go out of her way to make sure everything is seamless before even ariving.

Experiencia fantástica: The dentists were all very friendly, and the practice does exceptionally well, making the experience enjoyable for both the dentist and the patients.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently returned to Dr. Novak’s office at Riverwalk in Castle Rock after having been a patient of his in the past. I was so glad to have found him again! This time, I visited for a set of new whitening trays. From the moment I walked in, the office felt just as warm and welcoming as I remembered. The environment is inviting, and the entire staff is incredibly friendly and professional. I was assisted by Laramie, who was fantastic—she took great care of me and had my new whitening trays ready in no time. The whole visit was quick, smooth, and pleasant. Even though I now live in Tennessee, I plan to visit Novak Dental once a year whenever I’m back in town. The level of care and hospitality is truly unmatched. Highly recommend Dr. Novak and his wonderful team!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been a patient of Dr. Novak’s for years and followed him to his new office—and I’m so glad I did! They’re incredibly accommodating, which I really appreciate with my busy schedule. Dr. Novak provides top-quality dental care, and I wouldn’t trust my smile with anyone else. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a truly wonderful experience at this dental office. From the moment I walked in, the lady at the front desk greeted me with kindness and a warm, friendly smile that immediately put me at ease. The dentist was excellent—skilled, communicative, and made sure I understood every step of the process. I felt comfortable, informed, and genuinely cared for throughout my visit. It’s rare to find a place that blends professionalism with such a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: As someone who’s unfortunately had more than the average issues with my teeth, I have been to more dentists than I can count. That being said Novak is by far the best. Each and every one of their staff goes above and beyond in their specific job and that’s not without saying that Dr Novak is the best that I have personally ever had working on my teeth. I trust him and his staff without question and I wouldn’t suggest any other Dentist to anyone that I care about other than him and his team. That know their jobs and they all execute them with complete perfection.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent dentist! As did many previous customers living in Aurora, I decided that the quality of service provided by Dr. Novak is well worth any extra drive time to his new location. Excellent staff also supports him at his new location!! Highly recommend him!

Experiencia fantástica: I spent the past 2+ years trying to find a new dentist after mine (who was phenomenal), retired. Finally, I found several people who had nothing but positive and encouraging comments about Dr Novak and his practice. I'd had a horrible experience with my pediatric dentist as a small child and he literally traumatized me. I walked into the office, very nervous and was greeted by Jana. She was warm, friendly, and inviting. Wow, what a great introduction to a new dental office. From there, I just continued to be genuinely taken care of by several people each doing what they do best . . . X-ray tech, Dental Hygienist, and last but not least, Dr Novak. I felt like I'd known them all my life. My anxiety disappeared and after 63 years I was feeling safe and confident about my dental experience the very minute I entered their office. Each explained what they were going to be doing, as they did it. There was no pain or discomfort. I knew going in, there would be a lot that needed to be done since it had been a few years. At no time did they lecture me about being negligent for not going to a dentist sooner, pressure me into some new Veneer, cap or crown for two of my teeth that had a faint crack right down the middle of each front tooth or in-office whitening. It was unbelievable. As I was setting up an appt to get a crown (I'd broken a molar a couple of weeks back and was panicked about what it would entail, BEFORE going in for the appt). Another patient and her son just happened to be standing there and were talking to Jana and I mentioned it was my first time there and had been apprehensive. Oh my gosh they couldn't say enough about Dr Novak and his staff and shared with me how they'd followed him from Ft Collins to Aurora to Castle Rock. WOW!!! I knew right then that everything I had just experienced is what a patient can expect every time. There truly just aren't enough words to begin to explain how happy and relieved I am, that I've found this Dental Office/Dentist/Staff. I even told Dr Novak I was glad he was so much younger than me because I would never have to find another dentist again. R. Gillespie

Experiencia fantástica: Just had my first appointment and after all the dentist we have seen over many years I can truly say this has been the best, Fever very good at everything they did super friendly highly recommend them,Dr Novak very knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone there is so friendly and professional. I haven't been to the dentist in years and they didn't shame me. Helped me with insurance and understanding my benefits. I need lots of dental work and it will be completed in four appointments over the summer.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Novak and his staff are professional, competent, and caring. I just had a cleaning appointment that made my mouth feel really clean! The hygienist was very thorough, and gentle. I chose the tangerine flavor polish, it was so refreshing.

Experiencia fantástica: Sam was very knowledgeable and gave me some great tips. She did a fabulous job on my teeth. Great service at Novak Dentistry as always

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone from the front desk to all the dental staff are always cheerful and professional. They never try to upsale expensive or marginally needed products or procedures. I’ve been a patient since they started the practice and have always been more than satisfied with my experience.
