Experiencia fantástica: I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. B and her entire team. For years, my smile was one of my biggest insecurities. I originally had veneers placed on my front teeth over 10 years ago after an accident as a child left me with broken front teeth. At the time, the solution was simply to glue my broken teeth back on until I eventually received veneers at 21 years old. While I was grateful to have my smile restored back then, over time those veneers no longer felt like me. They had become bulky, didn’t match my smile anymore, and as I got older my gums naturally changed as well. Add in years of coffee, smoking, and not always taking the best care of them, and I found myself becoming more and more self-conscious about smiling. Then I found Dr. B and her team. Not only did they completely transform my smile with beautiful new veneers and whitening, but they gave me something so much bigger than that…my confidence back. One part of the process that absolutely blew me away was being sent to a lab where a specialist literally hand-painted and customized my teeth so they would perfectly match my smile before the final veneers were completed. I remember being so shocked that this level of detail and artistry even existed. It made me realize how much care, precision, and craftsmanship goes into creating a truly natural smile. The final result exceeded every expectation I had. My veneers no longer feel bulky or heavy like my old ones did. They feel like my teeth. I don’t find myself worrying about camera flashes, certain lighting, or hiding my smile in photos anymore. The timing could not have been more perfect, as I was preparing for my wedding. Looking back at photos from when I found my wedding dress compared to my wedding day, the difference is incredible. For the first time in years, I wasn’t worried about how my teeth looked in pictures or trying to smile a certain way. I was simply happy, present, and smiling nonstop on one of the most important days of my life. I also have pretty significant dental anxiety, so finding a dental office where I actually feel comfortable is something I never thought I’d say. Somehow, Dr. B and her team changed that too. I genuinely love coming here for my cleanings, which is something my younger self would never believe. Every procedure and every visit has been met with so much patience, gentleness, and compassion. Over the years, I’ve had all of the dental work I’ve needed done here, and I have never once felt judged or rushed. The entire team truly cares and goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable every step of the way. Dr. B and her team didn’t just change my smile…they changed my confidence and my relationship with going to the dentist. It is my first review for this office and I have seen it go from Dr. Loisel to Dr. Borole. Both excellent Dentists and kind caring people. For cleaning, I go to Amelia(Ami) who has been cleaning my teeth for as long as I can remember. She pays close attention to detail, always wants me to floss more, and makes sure I don’t have cavities. Haven’t had one in over 20 years! The reason for my late review was because recently Dr. Barole taking me in for an emergency appointment. I was under stress, ground and cracked my tooth. 2 weeks before my Wedding Day. She immediately saw me and had her staff take X-Ray’s. Sure enough, a crack. Not 1, but 3 teeth. She quickly was able to find a remedy. And shortly after I felt instant relief. After the wedding went back to the Dr. to make sure everything was good and fitted for a night guard to help prevent further damage to my teeth while sleeping. While I was getting my fitting, I overheard an Elderly woman next to me who had me beat. Been going to the office for 40 years and was saddened that she wasn’t able to have more regular visits because of the distance she had moved away. Dr. B assured her that she would take care of her and help assist her in any way she could. Needless to say I will still be going to this office and I am sure so will that woman. If you are looking for a new Dental Office to feel comfortable and take care of. I can assure you this one is to check out. Thank You Mission Peak Dental

Experiencia fantástica: If you have anxiety due to past dental trauma you need to come here. I did not need to explain a single thing for them to make accommodations for me. It’s simply how they treat everyone. I was provided hot tea, a blanket, a stress ball, & the assistant even let me hold her hand during the difficult part. They hear you out when you speak, they don’t just tell coerce you into treatment. I’ve never been treated with such kindness at a dental office. my anxiety at other offices was always met with eye rolls & “just hold on” & “almost done” being said repeatedly when I would express if I felt pain during treatment. Dr aparna immediately paused the treatment & administered more numbing & assured me that this should not be a painful experience. I was also taken in immediately, they do not over book & take their time with each patient, no rushing.

The assistant listened patiently as to my reason for the visit. And in about 10 minutes Dr Borole saw me. She analyzed and explained my problem in great detail and gave me some recommendations. Experiencia negativa: I have asked for treatment details for number of times but receptionest has kept it under wraps after telling me over and over the phone that "oh yeah i will do that!". So i am thewing 1 star review, after getting sick and tired of poor response from front service and no longer comfortabnle going to this place. There is lot of unexplained procedure and it is rushed. x-ray would be performed almost every visit to siphon from insurance so often, I had to remind them not not to at this frequency.

Even when we ended up moving to Tracy I still go to Dr. Borole. She is super personable and very passionate at what she does. She genuinely cares about your well being and takes into consideration all your concerns and doubts. When I had to see a specialist in periodontics I had both doctors talk about who would be taking me on for the year. I told my periodontist I’ll do whatever Dr. Borole says. Highly recommended for sure. Love her.

They can create custom-fit crowns within the same day, using their own equipment! Most importantly, my teeth are healthy and happy! I just had a procedure done which was expected to be painful and she got me through it with no pain. My recovery was far quicker than she had estimated; I am certain because of the exceptional work she did in the procedure. I cannot recommend her highly enough. However, I immediately started to relax when there was zero pain associated with getting the novacaine shot. I was also impressed with the little plastic gadget that was inserted in my mouth so that I didn't have to try to keep my mouth open. I love the fact that I could get the crown in the same day and not have to get a temporary crown. I was absolutely amazed at how easy it was to get a crown. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
