Experiencia negativa: I’ve been trying to get the same procedure done for almost two years, and every visit I’m told what the “next steps” are — but nothing ever actually happens. At my last appointment, I was supposed to get X‑rays to finally start the process, but was told it would be done “next visit.” Today I got a call confirming my appointment, only to find out it was scheduled as a basic cleaning, and there were no notes on my account about the procedure I’ve been waiting on. Completely frustrating. If you don’t care, or want to do the procedure just say that.

Experiencia fantástica: I've never been happy to go to the dentist until I went here. I could not praise the staff more for their friendliness and good communication. Doctor is so funny and kind. The assistants and receptionists are always very nice. Rescheduling or asking questions is SO easy and can literally even be done over text (they respond so fast!). The office is clean and cozy, and honestly feels homey unlike a plain, white, fluorescent-lit office like ones i've seen before. I LOVE it here

Experiencia fantástica: I found my NEW dentist! Rollins Family Dental Center is the place to go for all your dental needs. The front desk was so welcoming and that is big because that is the first impression of the practice. I saw Dr. Canty for what we thought was an abcessed tooth. To say I was a nervous wreck was an understatement. Dr. Canty made me feel at ease the minute I met him. He went over the radiographs with me and was very knowledgable and honest. Plus they offer a dental membership package for those with who have no insurance. It has huge savings for all your dental needs with no yearly cap. Rollins Family Dental Center really cares for their patients and the community. Thank you for the work you do!

Experiencia negativa: A book a cleaning/deep cleaning and it takes forever to get in, once you make it to your appointment for your cleaning they simply look at you and tell you to make another appointment for a cleaning, it makes no sense! Not sure if this is a way to get more money off your insurance or what. You made the appointment for a deep cleaning why have to make another one again? They do this all the time!

Experiencia fantástica: They are always responsive to my needs. The staff is super friendly. Appointments are easy to make and you are seen promptly and given options for any work needed. Even had my retainers fixed here. Dental cleanings are thorough and covered by my Delta insurance twice a year.

Experiencia fantástica: Rollins family dental is the absolute best! Had a dental emergency with a crown that fell off. They got me in the same day even though they were not the ones that originally put the crown on 5 years prior. They worked for almost 40 minutes prepping my crown to get it put back on. The dentist explained why it failed, provided excellent care. I was expecting a big bill for services and was pleasantly surprised that it was extremely minimal. I have been going to them for the past few years and can not express just how much I am pleased with their entire staff.

I called the office to schedule an appointment because she had a toothache after a recent injury and we were see the next day on Dr. Canty's lunch break. Experiencia fantástica: We have been going to Rollins Family Dental for quite some time now. We loved it so much that our other family members goes there too! All of the staff is patient, informative, and kind. We have never had any issues in all the years we have been going there and even in emergencies (thank you to combination of twisty slides and rebellious boys) they have always accommodated- no questions asked. Shout outs to Ashley, Cindy, and Dr. Canty! I’ve been taking my boys to see Ashley since they were 18 months and she is absolutely the best! Highly recommend! We even moved and will make the 40 min drive because of the staff! I suggest you give them a try- you won’t regret it!

So many familiar and friendly faces! The front desk team is kind, knowledgeable and efficient! The dental assistants are all very helpful and kind. They get you settled in and comfortable and are super supportive during the dental procedure. The doctors are all very nice and knowledgeable- we always have a positive experience. They are great with the kids and they take the time to explain what is going on in a way we understand. The dental hygienists are ALL amazing! We could be scheduled with any of them and have the absolute best experience. They are great with the kids and always make sure they have a positive and fun experience. The whole team is absolutely AMAZING but huge shoutout to Ashley, Cindy, Ben, Lupe, Dr. J. And Dr. Canty!

Experiencia fantástica: I have NEVER experienced such a great place. From the moment I walked in! The staff treated me like a friend. The dentist explained absolutely everything before and during the procedure. He secured my jaw a bit by cupping it so gently. He also checked my denture to see how it could be used. I was never pressed to spend money I didn't have. They listened to everything I told them and worked with the info. I can't say enough to express my pleasure. Only one problem. I wish I'd known of them earlier. I wouldn't have been so afraid.

Experiencia fantástica: Never liked going to the dentist. Until I started going here. My hygienist (Ashley) is amazing. She does such a great job getting every stubborn spot out without any pain or numbing. Dr. Can't is great also. Always thorough, good bedside manner and explains everything well. Heidi and the other reception staff are all so kind, helpful and friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: They have always been good. This last trip was the best. I had a problem with a bridge in my mouth and they were able to get me in the next day. My appointment was at 10:40. Got a phone call at 9:40, an hour before my appointment, and asked if I would be able to come in early. Not all dentists offices would pay this close of attention. It’s nice to know that there is a dentist that cares about their patients being in pain. Doctor J is a great addition to the staff!!

Experiencia fantástica: I can honestly say that is this is the best Dentist office I have ever been to. Dr. Canty has worked on my mouth at least 10+ times fixing the damage from decades of neglect and with me struggling with dental fear he has always made me feel welcomed and talked through each step of what he is doing to ease my anxiety. The front desk has always answered my questions about billing and always find a way to get me in for dental emergencies. I love this place so much that I have switched my whole family to come here. If you want a personal experience and a place that makes you feel like family and not another number then I highly suggest giving this place a shot and seeing all the great they have to offer.

Experiencia fantástica: When it comes to extraordinary Dental Center, compassion, kindness, trust, transparency, and flexible office hours are deal breakers as qualification and skills are already vetted. Our family experienced all of these at Rollins Family Dental Center today. My son was referred by our dentist of five years to a pediatric dentist for cavities. We got his x-rays done at a kids' dentistry. As working parents it was challenging to coordinate appointments during 9-5 business hours at the office we were referred too. Then we learned about Rollins Family Dental Center.They have flexible hours that allowed us to take our son after work. Dr. Canty, Laura, and Michelle made it the best dentist experience for our 7 years old and us as parents. Laura was kind enough to explain the entire process to my son. She let him roll the filling into a ball and showed him how with the light it turns into tooth like material. He was fascinated by what he learned and his anxiety about visit was gone. Dr. Canty not only made sure our son stayed calm and engaged during the visit but he also inspired him to look forward to getting all the "bugs" out soon. Our kids do not want to go to any other dentist now. Michelle took her time to financially educate us regarding insurance billing and happily helped us with all our questions. Although the practice has evolved over time, there has always been that small family feel, amazing customer service, good communicate and great dental care. Experiencia fantástica: Thank you for the care I received at Rollins Family Dental Center! The doctors at this office are caring and professional, and the staff is always welcoming and kind. I brought my mom here as well, and she was very impressed. We had been seeing our previous dentist for a long time before he retired, and my mom was surprised that the filling she received at Rollins was even better than at our previous office. The dental assistant also took amazing photos of her teeth that the doctor used to really help her understand their current condition and his recommended treatment plan. I have honestly never seen someone take so much time with a patient to deliver the highest quality of care. If you are looking for a team that will treat you with the level of service that seems to be impossible to find these days, I would recommend this office!

Experiencia fantástica: Greeted with a friendly hello and smile. Waiting area is clean and with entertainment options. Rooms are spotless, lightly personalized ( in good taste) and TV channel choice upon seating. Equipment is up to date, clean and appropriate for needed procedures. Hygienists and doctor(s) are well trained and knowledgeable. They explain procedures with radiography and pictures. You cannot ask for more.

Experiencia fantástica: We love Dr Dave and all the staff at rollins family dental. Everyone is very caring and wonderful. They are great with both adults and children. My 8 year old loves going there. They are great with addressing any concerns and are always willing to make time to take a look at things if you ask. I have brought my family here when they were just young lads right into adulthood, some of which still go there as well. I've seen some of the staff retire and new faces show up. They've not only consistently taken superior care of my teeth, they've always treated me with such kindness and regard. I've never felt like just another number. I've seen numerous different hygienists so it's not just one good-hearted person. It's an atmosphere, a philosophy throughout the staff!
