Kenneth R. Russell DDS, PA

Experiencia fantástica: I called today…Saturday in an hour before their business was about to close. I spoke with an amazing woman named , Anita. She was kind, thoughtful and helpful. She went out of her way to answer every question I had, gave me reassurance and looked into my insurance when she should’ve been trying to pack up and go home! Anita truly understands that the first person who answers the phone is the Representative of the business!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic staff. I was able to get an appointment same day on the weekend. Very friendly

Experiencia fantástica: Great dentistry being practiced up here. The two receptionist up front, one’s name is Anita, are Great ladies. They were patient and helpful while working thru an insurance issue (policy changed at the beginning of the year) Dr Kenneth and his assistant were also Stellar. From the moment I walked in I felt cared for and not rushed. Polite people no rudeness whatsoever! Had 18 comprehensive teeth X-rays taken and they talked and walked me thru the entire process. Dr. Kenneth recommended a tooth extraction from a highly rated Oral Surgeon. 5 Star experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Experiencia positiva: Good staff, friendly, and efficient. 4 stars because they put me with a different dentist who was out-of-network, resulting in unexpected payment. I would make this my regular office if all dentists were in-network.

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter had a routine cleaning here, taking advantage of the flexible scheduling options! Can’t thank them enough for offering Saturdays to help get my busy student to the dentist!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Russell is terrific during his examination and his new hygienist is wonderful. Charity was gentle but thorough during the cleaning. As always it’s nice to see the ladies up at the front who take care of check in and payment. They keep the insurance stuff from being too complicated.

Experiencia fantástica: No-nonsense, Skilled in his craft, reasonable pricing, clean and the Staff is a power of example for others in the field. Thank you so much Dr. Russell

Experiencia fantástica: By far the best Dentist in town. EVERYONE is friendly , pleasant & professional. The Dentist explains everything thoroughly. I'm glad my son referred me to this office

Experiencia fantástica: By far the best dentist in town! Everyone in that office seems knowledgeable, professional and friendly. What a wonderful experience. I'm so glad I now have a dentist I can trust again.

Experiencia fantástica: My first visit - everyone was pleasant, informative and professional. The facility was beautiful and clean. It was just for x-rays and assessment. My second visit - I walked in apprehensive and a bit fearful... and walked out restored to the "old me" previous a very bad dental experience by a different local dentist. No dentist should ever hurt you. I would refer anyone to Dr. Reynolds. He's attentive, takes the time to talk to you, and explains what he's doing. My third visit - I'm sold. He performed a difficult procedure with patience, kindness and determination to get it right... and he did. For the first time in about 8 years, I have no pain in the tooth he fixed. Amazed and grateful.

Experiencia fantástica: I came in for my first visit today and I was very impressed by how kind everyone was. I have a lot of anxiety around dental work and this is the first office I've been to that I can honestly say I am looking forward to going back.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Russell is really good. Cares about the patient and does excellent work. Even the pain numbing injections are hardly noticed! Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: When I had pain from a filling falling out, they were able to get me seen same day. I had to make a different appointment to replace the filling and this dental coward felt very comfortable in Dr. Russell's hands. He recognized my red hair and immediately knew that I have issues with staying numb. He didn't even question it and made sure I didn't feel a thing. I would highly recommend this practice. He even has good taste in music, choosing Def Leopard over Nickleback ;).

Experiencia fantástica: Great service and professional staff. My whole family uses this practice - and we have used Dr. Russell for over 10 years. Update...still seeing Dr. Russell, and his professional care and personal style are greatly appreciated.

Experiencia fantástica: this office is AWESOME. the best dentist I've ever gone to. The DH are so friendly and gentle with you. Dr. Russell is cool. The only office I've gone to and I got to the Doctor, who's name is actually on the door. Great place

Experiencia fantástica: Always professional, courteous and even friendly. Much satisfied

Experiencia fantástica: I think this is the Best dentist around. I had a couple of issues with my former dentist and Dr. Russell gave me the best care and very nice atmosphere with super nice assistants. I highly recommend his office if you want something done right the first time. Also he is very tuned in to make sure you are comfortable and feeling okay. His wife is the sweetest also

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Reynolds (partner to Dr. Russell) and staff are great—friendly, clear, communicative. They worked me in as a new patient really quickly. Dr. Reynolds explained every step of what he was doing. The staff underpromised and overdelivered on how quickly my dental work could get done. The communication was swift and clear. The office is perfectly nice, but not super fancy (cute kid size wingback chair). You’re paying for competence and kindness rather than a swanky office.

Experiencia fantástica: My first appointment at Dr Russell's office was scheduled far in advance although it was well worth the wait. All office stay were very pleasant and professional. My cleaning was extremely thorough and the best news was that Dr Russell told me that I didn't need to schedule any future appointments with him. I look forward to returning for my next cleaning and am glad I landed with such a wonderful office.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to Dr. Russell for 30 years or more and he is wonderful. I highly recommend him.

Experiencia fantástica: While I usually dread going to any dentist, any time and anywhere... my first visit here was better than I imagined. The Administrative Staff started things off on the right foot by being cheerful and helpful. My hygienist, Crystal, was very good and she lightened up the whole experience. Dr. Reynolds was friendly, approachable and was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this practice.

Experiencia fantástica: Very thorough and strives to make patients comfortable! I will continue to go here for all of my dental needs and I highly recommend their services. :)

Experiencia fantástica: Besides being a great and gentle dentist, he takes the time to answer any questions I have. His staff is great too.

Experiencia fantástica: All staff was very nice and attentive. I had a great experience with each person I interacted with and left with clean pearly whites. Sidney, Lindsay and Dr. Russell were great and I’m glad to have found a new dentist office.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve only had one visit to Dr. Russell, but based on that experience I’m so pleased. The entire staff was friendly and professional, the technology and techniques were all up to date, the physical environment was pleasant and the two hygienists worked as a team to provide the most thorough cleaning and dental exam I’ve ever had.

Experiencia fantástica: i had a a major toothache, called and they worked me that same day. i had to have a root canal done and they were so kind and respectful.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience and service...always has been and expect it always will be. Trusted, friendly, and good - can't beat that.

Experiencia fantástica: Very helpful and friendly. Very satisfied with the work and lack of pain and discomfort.

Experiencia fantástica: Beyond Exceptional! Personal service and professional excellence. You really can tell they care! Review update: Google won't let me add a 6th star! (Need to review Google!) I could find a dentist closer to home, but I won't do that! Best service ever, best treatment ever, newest equipment and technology, Saturday appointments, friendly staff, Dr. Russell is the Jedi Grand Master of dentistry!

Experiencia negativa: Hard to get in touch with receptionist

Experiencia fantástica: Recently moved to Winston-Salem and am thrilled to have found Kenneth Russell DDS, PA and his amazing staff! After using the same dentist in another state for over 20 years I was skeptical that I would find anyone as good BUT I DID! Incredibly competent and friendly staff. I highly recommend them for your dental needs!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is always so nice and professional. Dr. Russell is one of the best Dentists around, he's passionate about his work. I refuse to go anywhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: I think some would agree that a visit to the dentist is not one that most people are excited for. However, Vicki, the staff, and Dr. Russell himself make your visit with them feel like going to your favorite family's for a visit. Their office provides such a personal feel which reduces that anxiety felt towards going to the dentist. You don't feel like you're just another patient with them. You and your longterm care matter to them. Dr. Russell is open and honest with his opinion about handling your dental needs and what's best for you. I'm not from N.C., and am glad I found his practice for my longterm dental care which they have provided me with for well over 18 years now. I have recommended them to several people and will continue to do so!

Experiencia fantástica: My dental hygienist, Virginia, is very thorough and personable and gives helpful suggestions for home care. Dr. Russell gives honest advice and doesn’t try to talk you into any thing that you don’t need. The office staff are always willing to get you the documents you request. An excellent all around experience.

This office is open on Saturdays so that's a plus if you can't take off of work during the week. Every employee has been nice and helpful to our family in our two years at this office and we would highly recommend it to others.

Experiencia negativa: Person answering phone is rude and unhelpful. I had an dental emergency. She showed no compassion acted like I was irritating her by calling. Told me to call my regular dentist on Monday. Just didn’t even care that I could not eat because of broken tooth cutting into my mouth.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Russell and his associates are professional and provide excellent care. Their facility is clean and protocols are in place to protect the health of their patients and associates. I highly recommend Dr Russell and his practice.

The doctor is phenomenal and I have not once had a negative experience. I’ve only been coming three years and have moved 45 minutes away but I will Continue to make the drive.

Experiencia fantástica: It was my first time visiting the office and I received a kings welcome. I was treated like a I owned the joint. I like that! The suggestions made sense to me and I'm already recommending them to others.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience at your office was amazing! From the moment I stepped into the building I was treated with kindness and appreciation. My technician was fabulous! Katie was gentle, and Dr. Ken was very helpful!!! I am blessed to have found you all!!! I

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome dental practice!!!

Experiencia fantástica: As usual, as much as I dislike going to the dentist, going to see Dr. Russell and all his staff is such a delight. Everyone is so friendly and even though I was there to have a specific problem checked, after not having been to see them in quite a while, it was like coming home. Thank you for being so kind and patient with an old lady who still is "scared of the dentist"!

Experiencia fantástica: By far the best I have ever dealt with...The entire staff is AWESOME

Experiencia fantástica: Great dentist....great staff....great service!! Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Great folks

Experiencia fantástica: The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Russell is awesome.

Experiencia fantástica: Very courteous, informative. Went smoothly. Great patient relations. Tried to answer any concern or question I had, in a way I understood. Fantastic visit!!!!! Thanks!!!! Rick.

Experiencia fantástica: I was seen emergently at tooth-hurty and was seen promptly on time. The friendly hygienist took my tooth-pics, where it was decided that I must return to the filling station, no gas for me. Upon my second visit, I was equally enameled. Great peeps, friendly and on time.

Experiencia fantástica: always great..professional, friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy

Experiencia fantástica: Always a very welcoming atmosphere. The dental hygenists are always very nice and very thorough. I have to say they sold me on the Phillips Sonicare. I did not purchase it from them but on their advice I bought two. One for me one for my wife and it was the best dental decision I have made. They probably do sell them from their office but naturally I am a bargain shopper. Highly recommend this dentist and the Sonicare.....all the other electric toothbrushes do not compair.

Experiencia negativa: Great staff, but Dr. Russell gave me a terrible filling that may not have been necessary and charged me for having to correct his mistake in a second visit.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Russell and Dr. Reynolds are absolutely awesome! I've never had a more gentler touch, practically pain free shots, professional, polite and very knowledgeable. Simply can not say enough.

Experiencia fantástica: Outstanding service and outstanding staff. Always a pleasure dealing with Dr. Russell his wife Victoria abd the dental hygienist. They are true professionals. My wife and I both go there routinely. BIJAN

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely great service and everyone is so friendly! They try and get you in asap! Very relaxed atmosphere and procedures are great and pain free.

Experiencia positiva: Seems like a good practice. However, after finding them on my providers list of Dentists accepting new patients and verifying on their website I was told they will not accept my insurance. It's quite hard to find a dentist in Winston Salem.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Russell and staff are expert at dealing with people like myself who have a difficult time with anxiety. I would highly recommend them for your dental care.

Experiencia fantástica: I went for the first time in seven years today to a dentist and it was a great experience. Dr Kenneth Russell is very polite and was also gentle. Great bedside manner. The tech that did my x-rays was wonderful. I hate that I forget her name. Front desk was polite as well. I'm not nervous about what I need done and I'd highly recommended them.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Russell's office is a very professional and friendly office. I have been going to them for many years and would recommend them to anyone who wants professional service.

Experiencia fantástica: Great service, amazing staff, and an overall outstanding experience. I hadn’t been to a dentist in years due to negative experiences I had at a previous office. But at this practice I was made to feel extremely welcome, and comfortable. The staff took time to explain everything they were doing, which was beyond any other pervious experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. They also were able to get me immediately scheduled for a follow up appointment within 1 day. Absolutely fabulous and will never go anywhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: These folks are wonderful. I actually like going to the dentist now!
