Lake Forest Dental Associates

Experiencia fantástica: Great team! Dr. Razdolsky really cares about your personal comfort and quality result. Hygienists are truly expert as well and the office staff could not be friendlier or more efficient. The A-Team!

Experiencia fantástica: Great, professional staff.

Experiencia fantástica: I can't say enough wonderful things about my dentist and the entire team. From the moment I walk in, I'm greeted with kindness, patience, and genuine care. They always take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I'm comfortable throughout every visit. What truly sets them apart is how much they care about their patients as people, not just appointments on a schedule. Their professionalism, gentle approach, and attention to detail have completely changed the way I feel about going to the dentist. I'm incredibly grateful to have found such a compassionate and skilled dental practice. If you're looking for a dentist who combines expertise with a caring heart, I wholeheartedly recommend them. Thanks Dr. R!!!

Experiencia fantástica: The most beautiful, professional, serene dental office. The staff is incredible. Dr Lenny is amazing!

Experiencia fantástica: Great place clean happy and alway does a great job! Did a filling made me fell calm and help me throw the process!

Experiencia fantástica: I recently had an old gold onlay replacement originally done decades ago by Dr. Ira Niederman, and I couldn’t be more impressed with my experience at Lake Forest Dental. Dr. Laniel Razdolsky is truly a gentle, “painless” dentist. He made sure the topical anesthetic fully took effect before giving the injection, and the entire procedure was virtually pain-free. He explained everything clearly as he went and consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable. The entire staff was outstanding—professional, kind, and clearly a well-coordinated team. The office uses advanced, state-of-the-art technology, including digital impressions, which made the process so much more comfortable than the traditional methods I remember from years past. My temporary restoration was done with care right in the office, and photos were taken to ensure an excellent color match for the final crown. I highly recommend Dr. Razdolsky and Dr. Monika Tincher at Lake Forest Dental Associates. This was an exceptional, stress-free experience from start to finish—easily 5 stars! Lynette

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Tincher is the best Dentist I have EVER had. She and her staff are very professional, careful and detailed. I highly recommend this place to everyone. :-)

Experiencia fantástica: I have a very long and detailed review coming, especially for those who have dealt Eon Clinics in the past. Just know they are great people to deal with and will take care of you the right way.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is where High Tech and Family Dentistry unite. You can tell the Docs take a lot of pride in their work and state of the art equipment . Everyone in the office from the front desk, to the assistants and hygienists show great care and concern for the patients. I've even seen happy Kids There :) Never thought I'd actually look forward to going the the Dentist. But I do :)

Experiencia fantástica: Great first visit ... very pleased & impressed

Experiencia fantástica: I have a health condition that can make tilting my head backwards very difficult. The hygienist and dentist worked with me to accommodate my needs, and they made my visit truly pleasant. My whole family enjoys visiting Lake Forest Dental Associates!

Experiencia fantástica: Efficient, knowledgeable, caring. Greeted in the parking lot. In chair early, Out early. Listened to.

Experiencia fantástica: This perhaps may be the 2nd time in my life I’ve left a review on anything. People, all I can say is OUTSTANDING! from the front staff , Hygienist, annnnd the Dentists themselves, Husband and wife team Dr. Laniel Radolsky and DR Monika are two of the finest Dentists and humans there shall ever be! It’s always a pleasure to go to the dentist that I can hardly weight to see them next. Thank you team. You’re the VERY BEST!,

Experiencia fantástica: I'm an endodontist (root canal specialist) who has taken care of people in the local community for over 25 years. My long time friend/dental classmate/Navy shipmate was my dentist, but he decided to retire. I chose Dr's Razdolsky and Tincher to take care of me because of their superb dental knowledge, kindness (of themselves and their staff), and exceptional state of the art practice. I feel comfortable and well cared for through all the phases of care: initial diagnosis, treatment planning, and execution. I have found my "new dental home". Thank You.

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly, on time appointment! Love this place - care is great.

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly staff! Good service.

Experiencia fantástica: I can't believe it's been many years since I posted this review! As always, my visit yesterday was super! Lake Forest Dental Associates are consistently amazing and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Here's the still true and rave review! True professionals who genuinely care about their patients. Both Dr.s are attentive, give full explanations, and follow up. The staff is always professional, knowledgeable, friendly and caring as well. Simply the best.

Experiencia fantástica: Great office and what is more important great doctor. I had several procedures done by Dr. Laniel Razdolsky and attention to detail is unparalleled to any other dentist I have used before.

Experiencia negativa: Paid @300 for a consult. They insisted on using their own xrays, although I had new ones sent to them. I waited, maybe 40 minutes to be seen by the xray tech - she didn't ask about radiation sensitivity and just took the shots without providing any protection. Another long wait for the dentist to finally come in. He said he'd write up his recommendation with a quote, other options available, and send it to me. He never did. The only communications I received back from this office was a call requesting a $6 overdue balance, and several texts throughout the year indicating they would be out of office due to bad weather. As for my quote? Nada. I called twice, was told it was coming. Even received a vm with some attitude. But no quote. I wasted my time, and my money and got nothing. Except blasted by radiation. I would definitely not recommend this office. Frankly, I wouldn't mind a refund.

Experiencia fantástica: The dentists and hygienists and office staff are ALL top of the line. There is a nice feeling of camaraderie within the office. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: As a new patient, the entire office staff made me feel comfortable. Dr. Ticher was thorough and very reassuring as well. Both she and her tech assistant were careful to not cause more discomfort than necessary. I highly recommend Dr. Ticher.

Experiencia fantástica: Always a great experience. Staff is very friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was very nice!

Experiencia fantástica: Local friendliness with top-shelf expertise. LFDA is the best!

Experiencia fantástica: Many thanks to Dr. Razdolsky for such a professional response and workmanship.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to Lake Forest Dental Associates since 2017, and I couldn’t be happier with the treatment I have received over the years. When I arrive, the front desk always greets me warmly and is very helpful with any questions. I have seen both Dr. Tincher and Dr. Razdolsky, and they are great! Both doctors are amazing with the care they provide where I know my teeth and health are in good hands. They’re not only knowledgeable, but easily communicate my treatment plan in a way that is easy to follow. I also appreciate the positive table side manner between how the doctors, hygiene, and assistants communicate among each other. I would recommended anyone who is seeking a good dentist to come to Lake Forest Dental Associates, because of the quality care they provide and positive environment.

Experiencia fantástica: They responded quickly to repair my broken tooth and worked to make me as comfortable as possible. They also stayed late to accommodate me. Very professional and efficient. Thanks !

Experiencia fantástica: High quality care from a friendly and experienced staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Incredible Deep Cleaning today and I'm half way there

Experiencia fantástica: The best dentists..... highly recommend them both and their team.

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love Lake Forest Dental associates!!! They are always so understanding and really believe in client / patient satisfaction. Prices are on the higher level. But so are services. You’re paying for excellence.

Experiencia fantástica: Professional and Skilled Dentist Office. Staff and dentists are top notch - Highly Recommended!

Experiencia fantástica: Fear of seeing the dentist? Terrible gag reflex? See Dr. Tincher!! Both dentists are great; Dr. Razdolsky is very informative and meticulous while Dr. Tincher is skilled, caring and considerate. Dr. Tincher made a routine filling, something I dread, an easy experience that was fast and easy. She understood my limitations and fears and adapted to make me comfortable without any hesitation. She was also interesting and very easy to talk to which was great as it kept me busy and distracted during the procedure. Overall, best experience I've had at any dentist. I'll definitely see her again and now I feel more apt to go more often. What I found surprising is her front desk staff are some of the nicest people you'll meet! And if you've ever been to a dentist office with rude staff you'll will really appreciate this super kind office staff. Rob and the rest of the staff make you feel comfortable and welcome right when you walk in which is especially nice if you're about to have a procedure that you're nervous for. Rob was also very patient and took the time to thoroughly explain my insurance and payment. It was also very easy to make appointments with this staff, they work around your schedule and they never pressure you or guilt you into making appointments. Give them a try!

Experiencia fantástica: while we did not find a problem, I very much appreciate the effort to fit me in and the thorough exam.

Experiencia fantástica: This place will make you love going to the dentist. The office is clean and modern, the staff are knowledgeable and just the nicest people ever, and the dentist is personable, thorough and passionate about their work. I'm so glad I switched!

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly, professional, safe environment with highly skilled dentists.

Experiencia fantástica: Wendy does amazing work, she is thorough and gentle, this practice is very professional

Experiencia fantástica: Terrific, helpful, thoughtful, thorough and darn friendly!

Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommend! Drs. Razdolsky and Tincher are very professional and caring with their patients. Always an amazing experience. The hygienists are also the best!

Experiencia fantástica: Professional, knowledgeable, punctual and friendly!

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to Lake Forest Dental over three years. Amazing service and professionalism throughout the entire office. I love my hygienist and Dr. Laniel is a very skilled and personable dentist. I was on the fence about going here at first because they are out of network for my plan, but It's well worth going to a dentist you can trust and a team of people so helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent service, knowledgeable and friendly staff

Experiencia fantástica: I love LF Dental Associates! Everyone is so caring and they do amazing work!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I want to express my deepest gratitude to the team here. The doctors and staff are absolutely extraordinary. In navigating a series of health setbacks recently, I've encountered a lot of practitioners exhibiting a broad array of skills, and none compare to Dr. Razdolsky and team. Not only was the treatment I needed handled, but Dr. Razdolsky isolated a problem I was unaware of, addressed it honestly, handled it deftly, and perhaps most importantly, did so while maintaining a manner of complete reassurance and equanimity, so much so that the typical distress one might associate with health issues was entirely assuaged. I am profoundly grateful to have found this practice, and recommend it unequivocally for virtually any dental needs.

Experiencia fantástica: This office is always exceptional: everyone is friendly and there is rarely a wait time with schedule appointment. They squeezed me in and called me to tell me they were running late! They also always manage to squeeze you in if you're having a problem which is great! Both dentists are highly trained and skilled and their final product......excellent! This is how dentistry should be.

Experiencia fantástica: A professional, welcoming and very caring staff. I have complete trust in the dental care provided by Lake Forest Dental Associates.

Experiencia fantástica: The friendly office staff greeted me and the actual service by the dental hygenist was quickly completed.

Experiencia fantástica: Had my teeth whitening done there and the experience was pleasant. I was admitted right on time and staff did an excellent job explaining the procedure.

Experiencia fantástica: Lake Forest Dental Associates is the best! They are experts and provide a detailed overview of every treatment and process. Plus, they are genuinely nice people.

Experiencia fantástica: Once again wonderful service by Wendy the dental hygienist.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely amazing! Very honest and truly impeccable with every careful step they take with you. From the little touches they create for patient comfort, to their incredible professionalism and state of the art technology, the lake forest dental associate team creates the safest and educated environment I've ever experienced.

Experiencia fantástica: I had all my dental work and veneers done by Dr. Razdosky over 8 years ago when I lived in the Illinois and worked near Lake Forest. I know live on the west coast. Every dentist I have gone to since then has told me they have never seen such beautiful work. If I ever needed to have more work done, I would fly back to Chicago and go back to Dr. Razdosky. I am a physician myself and can truly say, he is the best.

Experiencia fantástica: The office was very careful about protecting everyone from Covid-19. The appointment itself was, as always, a thorough and nice experience.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff is all very friendly and helpful and the service was excellent. Overall a great experience, as always.

Experiencia fantástica: At my initial appointment, the entire staff I interacted with were welcoming, helpful, and professional. I was very satisfied with my first visit.

Experiencia fantástica: I just want to give a shoutout to Robert! My Mom had a tooth break off her bridge. The elevator was not working at the time and my Mom was unable to climb the stairs. We really didn’t know what we were going to do. Robert went so above and beyond to help us figure out a way to get her bridge fixed. He was always so kind and friendly and was so on top of following up with phone calls to keep us aware of the options the dentist was recommending. It all ended well and her bridge was fixed. We can’t say thank you to Robert enough!!! Thanks again, Trish Johnson

Experiencia fantástica: Best dental experience I've ever had. I had a few fillings taken care of recently, and the attention to detail and expertise was impeccable. One of these fillings was not completed well in the past at another provider, and Dr. Tincher made sure it was done right this time. I highly recommend Dr. Tincher and Dr. Razdolsky. The staff is very thorough, knowledgeable, and take the time to answer any questions that you might have.

Experiencia fantástica: One of the best dental offices I have ever been to. Everyone is always nice and welcoming. Wendy was very friendly and super thorough. I always look forward to my appointments.

Experiencia negativa: Look at all of these sterling reviews recently… I wish I could agree but this office has cost me a lot both personally and financially, which were all unnecessary.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Tincher and Dr. Razdolsky are the best at what they do! Their diligence and attention to detail is impeccable. I had quite a few cosmetic procedures performed on my front tooth and have been very grateful and satisfied with my experience. Would highly recommend them any day! Their staff are wonderful and kind as well! Love LFDA :)

Experiencia fantástica: The best dentist I've ever been to and I had a fear of the dentist for so long. Dr. Tincher is so gentle, kind and attentive to everything going on. She works with great attention to detail, while also making sure you're okay. The hygienists are also great and thorough. The worst thing about moving was having to lose Dr. Tincher as our dentist!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent experience! Knowledgeable, Professional and great problem solvers, highly recommend

Experiencia fantástica: The hygienists are super attentive, I’ve had work done with Monica and Laniel, and I can honestly say they’re the best in town. I travel from California to see them because they’re honest and fairly priced.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Razdolski is very professional oral surgeon. He is thorough and explains all his procedures. I am very satisfied with his work.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing experience. (new client for life) Dr. Laniel Razdolsky makes you feel comfortable and confident going into every procedure. He goes above and beyond to educate and explain all options before anything. His Attention to detail is unmatched. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. -Highly recommend-

Experiencia fantástica: As a dentist myself, I condider Dr. Razdolky is a dentist's dentist. Outmost attention to details when it comes to any treatment, is why he is second to none. Dentistry with miscroscope- check, painless experience - check, extreme attention to details - check. That's why out of all dentists I know I choose him to be my dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: First time here and a nice experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Tincher has been so helpful to me in many ways. She goes above and beyond to help her patients. She is very thorough in her assessment process and asks a lot of detailed questions. She spent a lot of time treating my problem. She also is very funny, personable and patient, which helps make her patients feel at ease.

Experiencia negativa: I had made an appointment for a whitening. It was during the pandemic, 2020 or 2021, although I felt my health was possibly at risk. The technician was pleasant and welcoming to me, a new patient. She said she needed to consult with Dr. Tincher and brought her in. Dr. Tincher looked at me and said accusingly, "You haven't had your teeth cleaned regularly!"-something to that effect. I should have left then, such rudeness! I have had my teeth cleaned regularly all the life. She hadn't even looked at my teeth! The whitening accomplished very little. Choose a polite, sensitive dentist with a little bit of warmth. Those adjectives won't cost you any more.

Experiencia fantástica: From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a smile. My hygienist Wendy is very good. She’s friendly and does a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. As for both dentist, they are the best. Very smart and they make you feel like you’re their favorite patient. I’ve been very happy going to this office.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely the best dental work I’ve ever had.

Experiencia fantástica: The "best" applies to Dr. Tincher and all the staff at Lake Forest Dental! It doesn't get any better! Love the staff and my dentist, Dr. Tincher!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a positive regular visit. Everyone was very pleasant!

Experiencia fantástica: First time visitor. Friendly atmosphere and great professional service.

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly and comfortable environment. Excellent staff. Very professional. Very satisfied customer.

Experiencia fantástica: It was great to experience a thorough care and an exceptional service provided by Dr.Razdolsky and his team. The best dental care center on North Shore.

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I have been going to this dental practice conducted by a devoted husband and wife team for several years. They are patient centered as well as highly disciplined in keeping an ultra hygienic and safe environment in the office. Their hygienists are highly competent and thorough. The office staff are cordial and knowledgeable. This is the practice to go to in case you might be not be fully satisfied with your current dental experience. Daniel & Karen

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Razdolsky and his staff are incredible, very Covid safe, friendly, and frequently checked on my comfort level throughout my visit.

Experiencia fantástica: Just out of this world care. Brought my 3.5 year old for a cavity filling. I could provide zero support for her because I was just shaking in a corner (high high anxiety when it comes to medical anything.) My poor child, thank God my heroes stepped in and the magic started to happen. The doctor herself explained what was going to happen showed her the tools let her touch things they even brought out a weighted blanket I mean it was amazing. She did great! No tears no fear I would highly highly highly highly recommend this place with all of my heart.

Experiencia fantástica: The office is genuinly friendly with and I have been very happy with both the dentist' work. Switching my husband over!

Experiencia fantástica: I am delighted I have found these incredible dentists to provide my care. They are highly skilled, friendly, efficient, and compassionate. And their whole staff has the same attributes! I highly recommend this practice.

Experiencia positiva: I feel so comfortable with these dentists and this practice. I believe I am receiving the utmost quality and care.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff at Lake Forest Dental are the best ever. Two procedures done with no problems or discomfort. I'll be back in 6 months

Experiencia fantástica: I can't say enough positive things about this practice. Everyone - from the dentists to the hygienists to the office staff - is committed to making patients feel welcome and ensuring the best possible patient experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Took me in for emergency visit, was clean quick pain free I highly recommend great job

Experiencia fantástica: This a great place , everyone from the moment you enter ,make you feel good about being there.

Experiencia fantástica: The best dental group around! Above and beyond, professional, kind and state of the art. I have had fear of dentist my whole life and I am always made comfortable, supported and cared for.

Experiencia fantástica: Great Customer Service! They made me feel calm and were very attentive to my needs- particularly with anxiety. Would recommend to everyone!

Experiencia fantástica: I was very pleased to see our friendly dental practice begin to reopen for cleanings! I had no reservations whatsoever. Dental offices are by nature super clean. LFDA has gone the extra step and installed super air purifiers and everyone is gloved, masked and cheerful. It was a welcome experience in these crazy times. I would encourage one and all to book a cleaning and get back in the practice of good oral hygiene – it's super important. If your dentists aren't seeing patients, then it's time for a change! Stay safe everyone

Experiencia fantástica: I called late after business hours and received a call the very next morning. The first question the asked “was I ok” “ how am I feeling.” They took me in right away and extracted my infected broken tooth. The process was great! They were was more concerned about my pain/well being before business. I will recommend to anyone needing dental work! Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been with this practice for a few years and they consistently provide great dental care. The office is clean, the hygentists are efficient and thorough.

Experiencia negativa: While the staff here are very nice, I feel as if the doctors are trying to rip people off. I've heard stories from various family members and other patients I know, all which unfortunately reinforce my opinion. After hearing yet another story today, I decided to tell mine, which is pretty minor compared to what I've heard. I figured I'd let others write their own reviews if they wish, otherwise this would be pretty long. Whenever I'd have a cleaning, I'd be strongly encouraged by the doctors to try Invisalign since my teeth shifted after braces. They made it seem like it was a big deal and needed to be taken care of sooner than later or else it could get way worse. I was concerned about the shifting affecting my jaw and causing problems, so I asked them about it. They told I'd have to schedule a $35 Invisalign consultation for them to be able to tell, and that Invisalign would likely cost $2500 - $3000. I decided to go to an orthodontist instead, and he took one quick look at my mouth and told me that isn't going to affect my jaw at all, it's purely cosmetic and not any cause for concern. He seemed surprised that I was even considering Invisalign, since it seemed like total overkill for my problem. He gave me a $265 retainer and my teeth have already improved for much cheaper. Also, the consultation with the orthodontist was free. Also, I'm not sure if they're still doing this or not, but whenever I'd get an email after my appointment, I was encouraged to write a review. By leaving a review, I would get either $10 off my next appointment or a $10 Starbucks gift card. Something to keep in mind when looking at all the 5 star reviews.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone , the front desk, the hygienist and the dentist were courteous and helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: THE BEST ! Beth is a Phenomenal hygienist - and a great gal to boot. The office has a Wonderful Energy that is most palpable. Top Notch and Excellance Every need you may have.
