Experiencia negativa: The practice does three X-rays when they seek permission for just one. They are not concerned about the overall, long term health of the child. They are completely blind to the fact that X-ray radiation can cause serious diseases later in life especially for young children. Even after they did these X-rays they refused to do a filling and instead they suggest a surgery for reasons Dr. Madhu or any other doctor could not clearly explain to me. The filling they had done earlier came out and that is what is causing all these issues in the first place. All the good dentists have left since they got acquired by pro health. Usual PE firm greed, they got low paid doctors to max their profits. I also feel they get commission for referrals to endodontists for surgery. I want to take my child to some other place but they said they will only be able to give me all his records after 30 days. With much back and forth they give me one set of X-rays without even mentioning the date of the X-ray. On top of everything I got schooled by their receptionist for being insistent. I wonder what she would have done if her own child was involved. Never go to this place and protect your child from them.

We just switched to her practice after 3 years with another pediatric dentist because we were looking for an experience that was less rushed and less overwhelming for my toddler. I took both my 1.5YO and 4.5YO at the same time. Dr. Bianchi met with us first in a separate sitting room to learn about my children. Then she cleaned each child's teeth, taking time to explain what she was doing in age appropriate ways. My older toddler was reluctant to even get in the chair, and Dr. Bianchi took extra time to address any possible sensory issues that might have been making him nervous (the bright light, the buzzing tools, the moving chair). While she cleaned his teeth, she made up a story about a dinosaur hiding in his mouth, and by the end he was smiling and laughing. What a relief! What a delight! When we left, my toddler declared, "I like my appointment at this office." Dr. Bianchi's assistants Kimmy and Carissa were also incredibly kind and helpful as I juggled two young kids. I am so glad to have found Kids are Great Dental and would highly recommend Dr. Bianchi to anyone whose young children are nervous about the dentist. BONUS: Instead of TV playing in the waiting room, they have a fish tank with an eel, an angel fish, and several other tropical fish.

She had her teeth cleaned, x-rays and fluoride all with the compassion and guidance from Dr.Bianchi. We are so happy we found her. Experiencia negativa: My previous review was taken down I guess. It ok because I have new info. I just received a copy of my contract where I clearly circled Invisalign but have been receiving 3m Clarity. I don’t know why that is but I can say I don’t recommend Kids are Great Dental in Mt Kisco Ny. I went because I trusted them and they treated me very rudely and unprofessionally. That not right when you spend almost $7000. My contract states $300 will be automatically taken from my account on the 15th of every month until paid in full which is fine but now I’m getting billed for the remainder of$4000 to be paid now. They don’t honor their contracts and I don’t trust them at all. Avoid!

Just this week we had 2 sports injuries in as many days and Dr. Lodolini was available off hours to guide us, get us scheduled with specialists and fit us in for an urgent visit. Not only are they there for the best routine dental and orthodontic care possible but in the unexpected scary moments too. Drs. Lodolini, Bianchi and Capalagno are top notch. Staff is phenomenal. Kids are Great is the greatest!

They nurtured her through a new experience with ease and comfort. The office is fun, bright & cheerful. The staff is helpful, supportive and accommodating. Experiencia positiva: This was a biannual check up. Everything was great as usual, but as usual the Dentist tried to sell orthodontic services. Even though they have been told multiple times that their own orthodontists does not recommend any work to be done. It’s gets a bit irritating after a point.

However, the techs changing the wires and brackets only have basic knowledge.... one purposely didn't run a wire to a back bracket because she didnt think it needed it. This was because the last wire put on was too short. We have had continuous breakage not due to eating the wrong food. We don't understand what Dr. Capolongo is doing if not modifying appliances. It seems he directs the techs what to do.

Dr. Bianchi explained what she was going to do before she actually did it which I appreciated. She examined and cleaned my son’s teeth thoroughly.
