While we understand that you were expecting a routine cleaning, our providers are obligated to recommend treatment based on clinical findings. In certain cases, a standard cleaning may not be appropriate, and performing one could be considered below the standard of care.

We also strive to be transparent about insurance coverage and patient responsibility. While we verify insurance and do our best to provide accurate estimates, coverage decisions are ultimately made by the insurance provider. We regret any frustration this caused and are sorry if there was any miscommunication along the way.
