Absolutely every question I had was answered, with explanation, and everything was explained directly to my son, which I lived! Experiencia fantástica: Quad City Orthodontics truly deserves all five stars. I took my 12 year old in and from the moment we walked in, the staff made everything easy, welcoming, and stress-free. They explain every step clearly, answer questions with patience, and treat you like a person and not an appointment. What meant the most to me was how they showed real heart for their community….stepping in to help in ways I’ll never forget. Their generosity and compassion went far beyond anything I expected from an orthodontic office. Our experience has been smooth, professional, and honestly above and beyond. I’m so grateful and highly recommend them. If I could give 100 stars I would!!

I had an injury to my teeth and lip needing ortho repairs. The staff was all so friendly, welcoming, and non-judgemental. They made me feel comfortable and at ease. They were gentle and explained all of my options going forward with treatment plans for clear aligners, as well as began the ortho repair process for me. I am so thankful for their kindness, understanding and professionalism!

Experiencia fantástica: We had an absolutely amazing experience getting my daughter’s braces put on! From the moment we walked in, the entire team made her feel comfortable and confident. I learned more about dental and my own teeth this last year and a half than I ever have before. I now have the confidence I wish I had as a kid as an adult thanks to QC ORTHODONTIST!

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing work! I love how they always told me what they were doing for my braces since it was my first time. They definitely know what they are doing!! They are very welcoming too and let’s not forget how beautiful this place is!

Experiencia fantástica: I stopped in today after getting my braces off over 20 years ago, because my top teeth have shifted after not wearing my retainer. The building was beautiful, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Anne and her associates were so kind and helpful. They explained everything clearly and really went above and beyond in every way! I absolutely recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: We've had such a wonderful experience with the team here that we worked with so far! From the moment we first walked in for my children’s consultations, everyone has been incredibly welcoming and professional. What truly impressed is how everything is explained in a clear and understandable way, both to the parent and to the child. The child was a bit nervous about getting braces, but the staff were so kind and patient, and they really put the child at ease during our initial visit. Overall, the building was very nice and very clean. Great affordable options to choose from and they help you through the whole process! Definitely recommend this office!

Experiencia fantástica: My kids and I both have been through palatal expansion as well as braces with Dr. Richards and Dr. Piepenbrink. We couldn’t be happier with the service their team has given us along with the feeling of individual care we have felt! We are so grateful for their patience, showing up for us in the rare instance of needing emergent help and the rewards for my kids really help!!✨ I know it can get exhausting as a parent nudging our kids to do so many things and when/if it comes down to rubber bands it can feel like too much but stay vigilant parents—you got this!! I didn’t want to be wasting doctor’s time with my kid having to be ‘held hostage’ in braces. By reminding my son often he was able to form the habit of wearing them. It’s worth the struggle! The culture Dr. Richards has built in her practice has been carefully crafted and something I make up she refines mindfully. I am always impressed by how open to feedback everyone on the Quad City Orthodontics team is—meticulously making note of changes or improvements. Thank you for all you do!!

Experiencia fantástica: The entire team is so extremely helpful!! All 3 of my kids love everyone they've worked with!! Such a great office and team

Experiencia fantástica: I do not have words to express high enough praise for the care I received. From reception to x-rays to consultation, I was treated with utmost kindness and respect. As an adult who has had previous orthodontic care in my teen years, my case is unique. Dr. Richards took the time to thoroughly explain all of the factors affecting my case, was patient in answering all of my questions, showed compassion for the complexity of what I was navigating, and exhibited true care in providing guidance that was specific to me, not wanting me to undergo any more treatment than was necessary to help remedy my issue. I highly recommend Quad City Orthodontics for young and old patients.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a fantastic experience with Quad City Orthodontics. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and always made me feel comfortable during my visits. My daughter’s treatment was smooth and the results exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-notch orthodontic care!

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful service super friendly always a pleasant time

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Richards is simply amazing, a perfectionist with an exquisitely detailed eye. My daughter started treatment two years ago with wonky crooked overlapping teeth and a bite that was way off, due to years of mouth breathing and an undiagnosed tongue tie. Today her teeth are beautifully aligned and her smile far exceeds anything we could have expected. We live almost an hour away in a town with multiple orthodontists and it's been well worth it to make the trek to the QC, if that tells you anything. If you're looking for orthodontic treatment, avoid any practice with the 'do whatever it takes to make it fit, including pulling healthy teeth' mentality. QC Orthodontics looks at the whole picture including airway because crooked teeth signal a narrow palate, which goes along with a narrow airway, mouth breathing, and other issues. Dr. P and the staff here are pretty great, too. 100% recommend this awesome practice!

Experiencia fantástica: Had THEE best consultation of my life! From the front desk, to the assistants Summer and Alyssa, the treatment coordinator Christine and the best orthodontis Dr. Richard… this was worth wait! I put off my daughters and my oral health for far too long and this place has restored my faith in having a beautiful smile soon and very soon! Can’t wait to start treatment!

Experiencia fantástica: A very clean place. The staff is so friendly and very helpful from the time you walk in till the time you leave.

Experiencia fantástica: Quad City Ortho was hands done THE BEST ortho my family has been able to experience. The staff was very knowledgeable, patient, and made it fun for my son while attending. Highly recommend for everyone! The environment is warm, positive and super clean! We have been to both the Rock Island and Bettendorf locations and no complaints at either one. Each kid that follows my oldest, and myself will be using this place for all Ortho needs. My son’s teeth are amazing!! Thank you Ladies for EVERYTHING We really appreciate your knowledge and professionalism!

Experiencia fantástica: From my very first appointment, I felt like I was in great hands at Quad City Orthodontics, Bettendorf. The staff was always so attentive and made sure I understood every step of my treatment. The office is modern and comfortable, and I couldn't be happier with my results!

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely stunned! My son has been going for a year and his mouth and teeth have truly transformed as they said. The staff is so kind and always friendly! I recommend to all my friends!

Experiencia fantástica: Both of my kids and I are patients here. It's a very friendly atmosphere where everyone knows your name. They have done a great job with treatment for all three of us! Dr. Richards started by referring two of us to myofunctional therapy before starting orthodontic treatment. We've learned this was the best way to protect our future smiles and dental health. Dr. Richards and Dr. P go the extra mile to make sure we're taken care of (Dr. Richards just ordered me a different retainer to try to address tooth pain and Dr. P got my 8 year old a stress ball to squeeze when it hurt to get his expander out). We've been happy with our care and definitely recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was so nice to my daughter and helped her explain what having braces is like.
