Experiencia fantástica: Our 9YO daughter slept on 4 pillows to keep from coughing all night, nearly every night since she was in a big girl bed. With Phase 1 expander, within 3 months, she no longer breathes audibly or coughs at night and doesn't prop herself up anymore. We absolutely love Dr. Richards' thorough review during consultation and her insight into how ENT and Orthodontic care could correlate. Clearly it worked for us. We can't wait for Phase 1 braces to come off and see the beautiful smile to go with it!

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly staff and excellent care

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t explain how much QC orthodontics means to me. I started treatment here back in 2016. I had an amazing smile done by Dr. Richards and would receive compliments quite often, until I was a victim of domestic violence where the other party, hit me in my mouth causing extreme trauma. My front teeth shifted and I was left with anxiety, depression, and a now not beautiful smile. My primary dentist called QC ortho to advise them of the situation, that same day they were able to squeeze me into their busy schedule. They were so kind, and comforting. They placed braces on me that very same day and even sent me off with goodies to take home. I will recommend QC orthodontics to anyone I know that is looking for treatment. 10/10 the nicest, friendliest staff. I am 6 months post trauma and my teeth look just as good as they did before the incident. I’m so excited to feel like myself again with a confident smile! Thank you QC Orthodontics!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Very good place for braces, very nice staff

Experiencia fantástica: We have had such a great experience at Quad City Orthodontics so far! My two teens are happy with their braces, the staff is amazing and customer service for anything (scheduling, billing questions, flex spending issues, etc.) is top notch!

Experiencia fantástica: Sandy,Megan, Lindsey and Missy SERIOUSLY made my morning! They are beyond kind and so inviting! We love this place. Dr. Richard's and Dr. P SHOULD BE SO PROUD OF THEIR TEAM!!

Experiencia fantástica: Great people and treat you very well. Would recommend for any dental work!!

Experiencia fantástica: Great job! Thank you

Experiencia fantástica: Nothing like showing up for my kiddos appt 1 week early. Oops! But they were very nice about it and were able to squeeze him in. Saved me another trip in town next week. Just one more reason we love Quad City Orthodontics!

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely amazing staff and service. Dr. Richards, assistants (I've had many and they're all great, super friendly and good at what they do!) and the front desk workers (Missy and Megan are the best!) have always been excellent to me and provided top-quality service. Any time I've had a specific concern, it's been taken seriously and Dr. Richards and her staff take care to make sure I feel confident with how things are progressing. Dr. Richards regularly makes slight (even temporary, so they look good in the meantime) adjustments to tooth shape and position due to details both she and I have pointed out and it's made a world of difference. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: I can not express how wonderful QCO is! Our son broke his hardware and it was after hours. We had no idea what steps to take. Go to ED or hope things didn’t get worse til morning. QCO has an after hours line and within an hour we heard from Jaime, dental assistant and she was willing to met us in Bettendorf within an hour, thankful Dr. Richards jumped right in, called and walked us through what to do til morning, since we have an hour drive, they got him in first thing in the morning and got everything taken care of. What an amazing and caring team, we are so thankful that we chose QCO for our orthodontist needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly, knowledgeable staff that makes the process enjoyable.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve seen Dr. Richards since I was about 8 or 9 years old. I’m 26 now. I just finished with my most recent set of braces after a big maxillofacial procedure that I had in March that I’ve been prepping for since a teen. I have noticed a HUGE difference in my bite, my alignment, and my confidence. I have so much trust and appreciation for Dr. Richards and her team. I would recommend Quad City Ortho to anyone needing braces! 100/5 stars.

Experiencia fantástica: Very welcoming atmosphere. The staff are excellent and super friendly

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing experience! Highly highly recommend anyone to go who wants a gorgeous smile! They always take great care of their patients!

Experiencia fantástica: My son currently goes to the Rock Island location and has had braces for over a year. We have been quite pleased since the beginning, my son has had only minimal pain and they do quite well fitting him in when quick adjustments need made. We are anxious to see the wonderful smile behind the braces!! Thank you to all at QC Orthodontics!

Experiencia fantástica: Today, we got the wrong time for my daughter appt. They were So Sweet and squeezed her in. I totally appreciate this Orthodontist group. They are always so sweet and totally understanding. I give them a 5 star review.

They not only worked with me for payment options that I could afford but they got my daughter in immediately and she had her braces within a week. They look amazing & both my daughter and I couldn't be more grateful for this place & all the wonderful staff in it as well. Thank you for being so AMAZING! ❤❤❤ I am sharing 2 photos of my daughter with her new braces on

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Richards along with her wonderful staff are always so helpful and understanding. I've been with them for about 8 years and I have never had any issues. I definitely recommend them for anyone in the Quad Cities looking for an orthodontist.

Experiencia fantástica: The location was very clean and organized. The people were very friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to the Quad City Orthodontics since as long as I could remember and have gone through 2 treatments in my time here. I have learned a lot not only about myself but also learning my lesson to do what your told because the people who work here like Dr. P, Dr.Richard and Sandy who is one of my favorites are here to help you and your smile!

Experiencia fantástica: Great place to get your braces put on! Awesome group of ladies, especially Lindsay, Leyby, Sandy and Rosi!

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful place spent 9 years with my braces and they did a perfect job

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They explain everything so throughly from the consultation to my daughter getting her braces on. Building is updated and very clean and nice!

Experiencia fantástica: Our initial consultation was wonderful. Our daughter was not keen on braces, whatsoever. The staff at QCO was kind and encouraging and gave her the option of using their Light Force method, essentially clear braces, to expedite her treatment from traditional braces, as well as give her confidence in her smile! She left the appointment excited to have the "Gucci version of braces". Her nerves went from 100 to 0. Not only did they have her laughing, but they also included her in the conversation, and made her feel part of the decision, which gave her ease. She is also super excited to be an ambassador for Light Force and help promote QCO in her journey.

Experiencia fantástica: Took my daughter in for an evaluation and all diagnostics were complimentary. She was able to get braces on that day. All the staff were very professional and kind. Overall satisfied with care as of now.

Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommend. Everyone in the office is so friendly and kind. They are clean, efficient, and provide quality service.

Experiencia fantástica: Christine was super helpful and amazing to work with!! Dr P always answers all my questions and I love all the check ups!
