Experiencia negativa: I Loved Going To This Dentist But Ever Sense They Got The Two Girls In The Front Desk Have Been So Horrible, Rude, Attitude, Cant Hear Them Over The Phone, They Need New Front Desk Girls !! Also They Hire Girls Who Dont Know How To But On The Rubber Bands On Braces !! There’s Only Two Girls That Have Been There For Ever And Are The Best Ones !! But Over All The Experience, I Feel Like Dr Choi Sometimes Doesnt Know What Hes Doing, I’ve Had Braces For Over 2+ Years And Still Not Satisfied! I Will Be Looking For Another Dentist/ Ortho !

Experiencia negativa: Where do I start. I have always been happy with the care offered here when I first started my journey with braces years ago. I truly loved my smile when I got my braces off. Later my teeth shifted back the old way and I went back in for a 2nd time to see what could be done since I had a great experience with Dr. Choi. I was introduced to memoform aligners for my treatment instead of braces again to get my smile back. I trusted the aligner treatment explained to me by Dr. Choi. However, on my last visit I had with Dr. Choi made me feel very unhappy with the my end result of my smile treated with aligners. As a patient I felt like I wasn’t heard enough and felt like Dr. Choi just wanted to be done with my treatment. Based on the conversation I had with Dr. Choi my aligner journey is complete. My smile did not go back to how I had it when I got my braces off. I was told by Dr. Choi I’m looking at cosmetic dentistry now for my right canine and my right canine shouldn’t be moved due to the function. When I clearly told Dr. Choi I wanted my smile back to how it was when I got my braces off since the very beginning. My canines were perfectly straight with braces with no issue on function. I invested a big part of my time and money on this aligners treatment. Now I am gonna have to go elsewhere and invest more money to get my smile back.

Experiencia negativa: Staff and doctors are incredibly friendly! I’d give 5 stars for that. However the time manage is the WORST. I have been here at least 4 times and every single time I’ve waited over an hour before I even get a bib on. The appointments run at least half a day, seriously a minimum of 3 hours but more like 4 for procedures that should only take an hour or 2 tops. I feel like my time is absolutely not valued and I cannot keep spending half days at the dentist.

Experiencia negativa: I was actually so surprised at the experience I had taking my son here, with all the great reviews. The dentist didn't seem to care much. And then said he wasn't sure if we wanted to take out one of my son's teeth and they would get back to me after the appointment and then they would submit his plan to insurance and never got to me. I had to call them and they had no idea what was even supposed to be submitted. I'm sad that it seems like I'm the only person who got this treatment. Maybe it's the type of insurance I had I'm not sure. It's just a bummer I now have to find someone else.
